Greg (the owner) called me back right away, took a few details, and was on his way. He arrived about 20 minutes later, quickly found the puncture, repaired the tire, and provided a receipt. From my initial call to completion, the entire process took about 45 minutes. I was very pleased. Compared to the hassle of using a spare and then going to a tire shop, waiting, and paying for the fix (btw, their prices have gone up) this was zero stress, quick, and very convenient. I brought that possibility up to Manny who dismissed it without even checking if there was a vacuum leak. If you want it done right, call someone else.
