Came here for a specific shirt in a specific size, and they held the wrong shirt. Proceeded to tell us they'd give us the free gift to "make up for it" when we earned it anyway for buying three full priced items. Pressured us to find another 2 for $50 shirt. Otherwise, one shirt by itself would be $65. How does that make sense? I understand that sometimes in retail, you're unable to adjust discount amounts, etc, but no accommodations were made. It's not the best shopping experience and definitely wouldn't recommend it. P.S. Women aren't the "accessories" on motorcycles. I could out-ride my man any day.

That said I did not get a great deal on my bike. The person who closed on my sale is gone. He was unwilling to budge on the price even after I told him there were better deals at other dealerships. I broke down and bought from him since I developed a relationship with him and a former salesman. The two men let me test ride many bikes and take long test rides of many bikes for 2yrs. Even after the guy I bought it from left, I was treated well every time I brought my bike in and received A+ service, in the parts and service depts. . After hearing horror stories from friends about other dealerships & shops I think the extra money spent to cultivate a relationship was worth it. Now that my prior salesman, Orlando, is back I hope to get a good deal when I upgrade. Minus one star for the lack of movement on MSRP, but again my treatment & pricing in follow up serice and installing goodies. worth it to me

They have this service where you ask a question and companies respond. So I asked who could fix my spoke on my wheel? I received several responses via text and I chose Full Circle Cycle. The cost for the service was reasonable consider (which I later found out) was not any easy fix. Fred explained everything to me about the fix and why the spoke broke in the first place. I had to contend with some time constraints due to a car rental return to an airport location, then Uber travel back across town, etc.. Lora did what needed to be done to make things happen. And she did it all with a smile. Heck, Lora even suggested a few restaurants! Andrew runs the rental desk. He too was friendly yet professional. He helped with my helmet sizing and saw that my moto was ready for me at the scheduled time. Andrew also informed me of the prepaid thruway toll service EagleRider offered, which paid for itself many times over. He provided a complete explanation of the moto's controls. The drop-off was easy too. Now, January is a slow time for moto rentals in Florida, so, yes, these folks had time. But you can tell that they are sincere in their dedication to service. I only mention the slowness of the season because Daytona bike week is coming up. They've a fair amount of motos on site but I don't know how many are already rented. But I know Lora and Andrew will be VERY busy. Personally, I wouldn't expect the level of service I received during this coming crush, but I wouldn't be surprised if you do. Lora and Andrew are that nice. I highly recommend this business!

The bike itself, a 125cc Grom clone seems to be made well for a China bike. I do not think it is up to the same quality standards as the Japanese bikes like the Honda Grom and Kawasaki Z125. Also, the Motrac website advertises a top speed of 70mph which is complete nonsense with a 180lb rider. Maybe in theory it can reach a top speed of 70 but, in the real world, 58 was all she had. All in all, Motrac has several nice little motorcycles for sale and they are coming out with some bigger displacement bikes too. The customer service I received from Motrac was good. All questions were answered in a timely fashion and they were always polite. I'd deal with them again.
