For the second time since I've owned this bike a spoke has popped off my rear tire. I purchased the bike in Fort Lauderdale. I had to find a bike shop I could trust. I turned to Yelp. They have this service where you ask a question and companies respond. So I asked who could fix my spoke on my wheel? I received several responses via text and I chose Full Circle Cycle. Fred communicated quickly and said they don't normally do repairs on Saturday but would accommodate me. I drove across town from Casselberry to the store. Good call on my part. The cost for the service was reasonable consider (which I later found out) was not any easy fix. Fred explained everything to me about the fix and why the spoke broke in the first place. I will be bringing my bike to this shop for all my maintenance needs. Thank you Fred. read more

I called them while driving over to their store to ask a few questions. The service rep made it clear he wouldn't answer any of my questions beyond ambiguity unless I came in. He wouldn't tell me suggested size range; he wouldn't tell me a price range. All he'd say is "when you come in..." I turned around and went back home. read more

I was vacationing in Orlando and had brought my bike. After several days of riding in the area my bike started to make a clicking noise in the drivetrain. I brought it into Full Circle Cycle to see if they could help. Fred was exceptionally friendly and willing to help, unfortunately I have Campy Ekar components and they did not have the right tools for Ekar. Instead of sending me on my way, Fred called several other bike shops until he found one that had the right tool. Fantastic service!!! read more

Fred & Team are awesome to say the least. My set up is not cookie cutter, some of my new parts had to be modified to successfully reach my end goal. I have no issue with work performed(part installs, my self inflicted intertube issues, tuning etc.) it was completed promptly & professionally. I really don't know why these guys get low ratings. My husband walked in with my bike that had been stored for four years. They chatted about what to do with it and he left with nothing but good things to say. When I picked up my bike it looked brand new! All the gears had been polished, new brakes and they had cleaned and greased my chain. The best part was the price. When I worked at a bike shop in Ohio we would've charged around $200 for what they did. They did it all for half that! The moral of the story is: if you need something for your bike, go there!! read more

I see a lot of good reviews but out of any bike shop I've been to in Orlando, this was the least friendly I've visited. I walked in and wasn't greeted even though I said "hey how's it going." I walk up to the counter asking if they had any cranks in stock and they gave me the "we can order it" Answer quickly, and then completely ignored me to talk to another customer. The selection is average, they don't carry many parts (mostly complete bikes) and they seem to be elitist bikers since they answered my beginner questions with a sense of arrogance. Visit Kyles Bike Shop or Retro City cycles for better service & selection. read more

Great service in this small shop as long as your not in a rush very personal, Fred the owner is great and is willing to go the extra mile to help you find what you want even if he doesn't have it in the shop can get most any parts you may need I ride an ebike and cruise at about 30 so when I stop my brake pads have quite a task to stop my 200 plus lbs down. My boyfriend and I went in to look at bikes about two weeks ago. We loved how honest and knowledgeable all of the guys that worked there are. We first went there just to look, get an idea of what bikes best suited our needs. The owner/manager answered all of our questions and showed us bikes that would be best for our kind of riding, as we are not cyclist and just wanted bikes for riding around town and parks. The bikes he recommended weren't exactly in our price range but he wasn't trying to sell us anything over the top for what we were looking for either. We did our own research on the bikes he had suggested and decided they were perfect for what we were looking for. We came in a week later, and they let us ride a few different models. Before deciding on two bikes, he informed us about the "ready to ride" packages which is a great deal. You're able to go in anytime and get adjustments and it comes with a tire pump and other fix-it gadgets for emergencies. I would highly recommend going here for your next bike purchase! read more
