I had to contend with some time constraints due to a car rental return to an airport location, then Uber travel back across town, etc.. Lora did what needed to be done to make things happen. And she did it all with a smile. Heck, Lora even suggested a few restaurants! Andrew runs the rental desk. He too was friendly yet professional. He helped with my helmet sizing and saw that my moto was ready for me at the scheduled time. Andrew also informed me of the prepaid thruway toll service EagleRider offered, which paid for itself many times over. He provided a complete explanation of the moto's controls. The drop-off was easy too. Now, January is a slow time for moto rentals in Florida, so, yes, these folks had time. But you can tell that they are sincere in their dedication to service. I only mention the slowness of the season because Daytona bike week is coming up. They've a fair amount of motos on site but I don't know how many are already rented. But I know Lora and Andrew will be VERY busy. Personally, I wouldn't expect the level of service I received during this coming crush, but I wouldn't be surprised if you do. Recently purchased the MX-125 from Motrac and in general my experience with them was good. Shipping…read morewas a little longer than the advertised seven days on the website and the battery needed to be charge before the bike would start but, all in all they delivered on what was promised. The bike itself, a 125cc Grom clone seems to be made well for a China bike. I do not think it is up to the same quality standards as the Japanese bikes like the Honda Grom and Kawasaki Z125. Also, the Motrac website advertises a top speed of 70mph which is complete nonsense with a 180lb rider. Maybe in theory it can reach a top speed of 70 but, in the real world, 58 was all she had. All in all, Motrac has several nice little motorcycles for sale and they are coming out with some bigger displacement bikes too. The customer service I received from Motrac was good. All questions were answered in a timely fashion and they were always polite. I'd deal with them again.

I ride 90 minutes to get there, and discover they have 1 universal rear mudflap, and one front mudflap, with a WARNING sticker that says "DO NOT INSTALL THIS ON A TOURING MODEL". This is where it gets interesting. I inquire where the "missing" mudflap is that I inquired about on the phone. After some confusion, the parts guy says "Yea, you can install that one, we've done it on a customer's bike before, and we never had any complaints". I was skeptical, because of the CLEAR WARNING statement on the mudflap itself. He goes on to say "Indian only makes one front mudflap, it works fine on all bikes". I get on the internet... sure enough, there's a different mudflap required for touring bikes (a 2-piece, pre-curved) model. Turns out, if you install the wrong mudflap, it DENTS THE FENDER. I give them the part number for the correct part.... The counter guy and the buffoon working parts look it up in their own catalog, and say "Oh yea... hmm... sorry about that." I'm not upset that you didn't have the correct part. I'm upset that you're so incompetent and unknowledgeable that you actually tried to convince me to buy a part that would DAMAGE my bike..... and you've DAMAGED OTHER PEOPLE'S BIKES, AND ADMITTED TO IT!! My advice? Fire the clown that is working in the parts/service counter. Just wait until his unlucky victims come in to complain about a dented front fender.
