If I could give 0 starts I would. My vehicle was rear-ended on Jan of this year, my car received that Classic Collision claimed to be over 7thousand worth of damages. Okay, the damage was significant and I am not knowledge one car mechanics to dispute the total amount. And so I left the car there to be take taking apart inspected and properly diagnosed, and for the claim or bill to be sent to the insurance of the driver who hit me, all the while I was driving a rental. After seven days exactly I called Classic Collision and ask them about the status of my vehicle, margarita informed me that they were still waiting on Geico ( the fault drivers insurance ) To respond to the amount due for the services. I was furious that I had not been updated within at least 48 hours of GEICO's lack of communication. So then I had to pay out-of-pocket for my rental to be extended, and deal with The guy Insurance, who eventually ended up responding to the claim as a total loss, since they did not want to cover the damages. After Several days of communicating with agents from GEICO, I was able to have them agree to cover the cost, I work in the medical field, and luckily, I have some understanding of how Insurance is work. Thank goodness for that, otherwise I would've had no choice, but to put my faith into Classic Collision, who did a horrible job with communicating with me and the insurance.. The second and current problem that I still have, is that they did not properly fix my car door, prior to this accident the driver door would function properly. And after the accident, the door was not able to fully close, I even have videos left me driving through the car wash and water leaking in just stays after the car accident. I drove the vehicle back to Classic Collision's and show them, the manager there I think her name may be Michelle, she told me that it would be an out-of-pocket cost. So they basically receive payment from an insurance without fully doing the job. I was strongly recommend before choosing this shop, to do some research, and nacho sound reviews, because reviews can be filtered out by companies. But by real people, and their experiences with shops around town. That was my experience. read more

Make sure to check under the hood! Engine cover missing! Took my car here under mikes management who failed me and gave me runarounds about having the part ordered and never delivered. Took 3 months I maxed out rental and paid thousands for not having my car. They didn't fix my car causing me to bring it back 3 times in a 9 month period with constant things not fixed or missing from the car. Have taken the cars to Shamrock for years. The latest was 2 weeks ago when I was sideswiped on a main road. I need to have the front panel on the drivers side and the mirror replaced. I was quoted a very descent price by Mike and I was able to drop it off on a Wednesday and got it back the following Tuesday. The price did not increase once they were look inside and it was given back even a day early. I have watched this place expand over the years from a small shop to one with a location directly across the street from the original one. If I ever need another body shop I know where I am going. Joe was very helpful and honest. He made sure he took care all of my concerns. I was worried about the paint matching considering my car had a metallic blue paint that isn't common. Absolutely horrible customer service! I took my truck in there to get an estimate for a VERY small job that should've taken about 3 hours plus paint. This was last Wednesday. The guy told me he could get it done Monday and it would be ready by Monday night, or Tuesday mid day the latest. I had plans to go out pif town Thursday (today) so his time line worked perfectly for me, and it would require minimal time off of work. Monday afternoon I called for an update and was transferred to a full voicemail box. Tuesday I called and again was transferred to the full voicemail, then we got a hold of someone who said they ordered the wrong part, so now it would be ready Tuesday night or Wednesday morning. Tuesday afternoon I called for an update and was told the guy was on "lunch" and he would call back. He never did! I tried again 2 hours later (30 minutes before they close) and was again told this guy was on lunch. Wednesday morning I called and was guaranteed, twice that it would be ready by 4:30 that day, so Wednesday at 3:30 I call to confirm and surprise surprise the guy was on lunch. I call again and he says the paint shop "forgot" to do my truck that morning, so now we're looking at Thursday mid day. I was scheduled for o go out of town today so that didn't work! I told him I really need the truck back that day. He said he could give it back but it won't be fixed! After 3+ days! Today I FINALLY get it back and now the back up camera doesn't work because they left it unhooked. Rather than wasting any more time with this place I fixed it. I will never make the mistake again of taking a vehicle to Classic Collision. Definitely need a major customer service face lift! read more

Where do I begin....I have never dealt with a business that has such bad customer service, lack of professionalism, and poor quality work. A business should not take a job that they cannot handle, much less not be able to adhere to a timeline. My criticism is not just aimed at one person, but as the whole business in its entirety. There is no reason for a job to be estimated to take a month but actually be completed in two months with little to no explanation on the delayed process. The parts were at the shop in a timely manner. This job took way too long to be completed. Even at the end, when the car was cleaned, a very lousy job was done of it (loose debris of broken parts and broken glass was found in the vehicle). Honestly, the repair was not worth the $9,000 that was paid by the insurance company. As a matter of fact, the door panel still has a hole in it. This shows that they didn't bother to even quote it out. How could a car be returned back to its owner still having a broken part after months of repair? This is the first and last time I will ever use this business. The bottom line is from the top of the management to the lower staff, they need to do better. Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review for this shop in St Cloud, FL. I would not recommend the shop, because the work took far too long to complete, with several setbacks due to failure to properly assess damages and to properly perform the work. I had my car at this shop twice for repairs, and both times they tried returning the car to me with obvious flaws in the body work, paint and mechanics of the repair. They did correct most of the issues, eventually. The first time they repaired my car, they returned it to me with major flaws in the body work and paint. I had to bring it back, They did repair the work, but there was still a scratch in the hood, which they painted and somehow scratched, after painting it; it was minor so I let it go; I The second time, I had to bring the car back the day after they returned it to me, because the paint was flawed, bubbly and not well blended; a sensor warning light was malfunctioning and the car was pulling to the right; they fixed the sensor and did a nice job on the paint and blending, but the car still pulls to the right. I've decided to take it somewhere else to have it checked, probably the Infiniti dealer. On top of it all, it not only took 3 months to complete the repairs to an acceptable level, but they also lost a set of keys I had left in the car, and the manager there refused to reimburse me for new house locks and mailbox key! Never again; I tried this shop twice for two separate repairs and both times it took far too long to repair my car (around 3 months both times) and the initial repairs were inferior; the car had to be brought back both times, and they will not be responsible if they lose, damage or steal your personal belongings, if you mistakenly leave something in the car. There are better shops to repair your car; check your car dealership and if they don't have a shop, ask them for a shop referral. And always TAKE EVERYTHING OUT of your car, regardless where you take it. Most, if not all shops, have you sign a waiver, so they are not responsible for losing, damaging or stealing your personal property! I made the mistake of pulling to close to the parking block in a parking lot and when I tried to back out, I pulled the front bumper loose. My beautiful Merceded-Benz convertible. After calling and visiting several auto body shops I went to Shamrock Auto body in St. Cloud Florida. I was guided to Joe, the shop manager. When he looked at my car, he asked me to take a seat in the lounge and he would have a technician look at it. I had no appointment. When he returned, he told me that I was ready to go. My bumper looked perfect. I want to thank Joe and Shamrock for their professionalism, knowledge and skill. It was the start if a little four day getaway as we where on the road my little one drops his window and tries to get the truckers to honk well he did and next the window would not return to the close position as we pulled into the Orlando area we stopped at the Walmart and asked around was steered in the direction of Pep Boys that part you can read my review the over lunch met Carl at the local Pub ,man what a great person started speaking with him told him of my troubles and no sooner said than done called up his distributor quoted me the parts and the labor I agreed I would take my vehicle to the shop on Monday he helped me put the window up in the closed position and all this over. Stay far away from this place. This is the worst body shop I have ever been to by far! I have gave them multiple time to fix it and lots of time. They are rude when you go back for an issue and I had a lot of issues with my repair. Still has clear coat splatter all over the areas they painted and that's after bringing it back three times. So to start off the estimate they had was to replace two doors, fix rocker for step, replace step, and paint driver's side. They did not paint or remove bed even though they where paid to. The paint work they did has splattered clear coat all over and had places plastic stuck to clear. Also over spray all over door jams, hood, and rocker. Broke a lot of clips on door seals. So first day I got it back (by the way longer then was told) truck was dirty so could not really see and after washing it I noticed all the splattering and over spray. I took it back and this time mike said no problem but will have to bing it back in 10days so paint can set up then we will buff it all out. So first time on highway it had lots of wind noise so I looked at it and seen all the door seal falling off and more then half of the clips broken. So took back and they put some clips in ( found out late still a-lot broken) and tried buffing out but was told would take longer and probably will have to repaint drivers door but to drop it off in two weeks because mike was going to be on vacation. So dropped it off again and told them they could have all week just needed it by Friday. So mike called Thursday and said it was done and when I went to pick it up you could see it had swirling so bad it looked like a hologram layered swirls even though it had dirt all over it. So I went in to talk to mike and I told him it's swirled bad and that's when the attitude started. He said all dark cars swirl and there's nothing he can do about that. So I asked him to go out and look at it. After looking at it he said I will take care of it now with glaze. So he started buffing it with dirt still all over truck and I said it still has over spray and splatter all over it and opened the door to show over spray and seen door seal hanging with more broken clips. So I said why don't I leave it another and they can try again and fix clips. So they called later Friday and I went to pick it up and guess what still did not respray anything and still has splatter all over it. Only now looks like more marks in door. So went in and talked to mike and he got shity saying well that's the best it's going to get and I said then I want a manager because I don't accept that answer. So manager comes over with shity attitude from the start and starts making snide comments Like maybe you should b my quality control inspector and also throws a I don't think anything is going to make you happy and this is all before listening to me! So he looks at it and said I guess I'm going to have to take it back and do it myself. So they spend a hr or so and bring it back but it's now raining and hard to look at it so I left. I think all the clips are now fixed and a lot of the large clear coat spots are now gone. But after three times back and 6 days trying to fix it. It's still the worst paint job I have ever got from any shop and still has splatter all over it only now it's swirled too. Really regret ever going here makes me sick every time I wash my one year old truck. Looks way worse in person but put some pics of splatter and you can see the Orange peel in some too keep In mind this is how it looks after all the attempts to fix. read more

Ok so about 2 weeks ago a light post jumps out behind my wife's truck while I'm backing out of the driveway. As you can imagine I'm pretty motivated to get it fixed. So a neighbor tells me about Shamrock Auto. I have held off on my review until the process was completed. Got a estimate last week, it was less than I expected, scheduled the appointment and had the work done. Picked the truck up today. Mike Reilly and his team are incredible. Great work, friendly staff and and no surprises or hassles. I don't need body work done often, but if and when I do, I'll bring it to Shamrocks. I would not do business with this body shop again. Our suv was damaged all the way down right side as well as front and rear in an accident. We thought Shamrock was a good shop to take vehicle for repair due to the reviews on Yelp. Not!!! The work is very subpar, our suv went through body shop, paint shop and inspected by there people and came out without matching paint, the bumper gaps didn't line up; they left hardware loose, one of the doors was taken off an was not properly aligned when reinstalled also they replaced rear tail light and installed 2 screws that hold light flange but the must have lost alignment grommets because I could pull on light an one side of it slid out of body. The rear hatch was knocked out of alignment from accident, they did not fix during initial work; I had to tell them about it again after vehicle was supposedly finished. They broke a sensor an lost stop grommet on hatch as well as after they aligned hatch, they left 3 out of the 4 bolts really loose on the hinges. Also the vehicle was not cleaned an detailed. From When they had the right front door off, there was sanding dust all inside interior of the front of vehicle. Just unbelievable how they thought the vehicle was done an detailed. read more

Anyways, after a short battle with insurance company, got set up to go to Shamrock. Went and obtained the quote and scheduled drop off date. Dropped her off on a Monday, picked her up that Friday and she looks like new (even got a bath). My husband had one minor concern that was fixed on site before we left property. Everyone there is very pleasant and honest. When you walk in the door, you get a vibe of politeness, friendliness, and professionalism. Bonus (at least for me) is their Irish accent :-). read more

Great service very friendly. I went in to see about a estimate for repair on my front bumper after I hit a raccoon that was the size of a small dog . A gentleman by the name Roberto went out and look at it , He asked me if I had five minutes and within five minutes he had my bumper back in place and repaired ( that's what you call knowledge and experience ). I asked What the cost was he said just a handshake. Took my 2004 Cadillac that was hit in the right rear quarter panel from a driver covered by Geico Ins to Shamrock for an estimate. Geico adjuster gave me his and I took it to Shamrock. Hope was my coordinator. There were differences between the two estimates but Hope was fantastic in coordinating with Geico to get my repairs done. Both Geico adjuster and Hope kept me up do date on how the repairs were proceeding. Today I picked up my car and I could not believe how Shamrock pulled the damage quarter panel out and it looked fantastic. What a great staff at Shamrock. Will not use ever again! My car needed roof repainted. When I went to pick my car up, paint was coming off my hood in three spots, I tried to call but shop was already closed. I called back on Monday and was told that they did not do anything but wash it. I had another person with me when the car was picked up and they saw the damaged that was caused to my car in the shop's care. Keep painting cars that the taxpayers pay for, there won't be any questions that way. Not looking real good with the BBB either! read more
