Okay, the damage was significant and I am not knowledge one car mechanics to dispute the total amount. And so I left the car there to be take taking apart inspected and properly diagnosed, and for the claim or bill to be sent to the insurance of the driver who hit me, all the while I was driving a rental. After seven days exactly I called Classic Collision and ask them about the status of my vehicle, margarita informed me that they were still waiting on Geico ( the fault drivers insurance ) To respond to the amount due for the services. I was furious that I had not been updated within at least 48 hours of GEICO's lack of communication. So then I had to pay out-of-pocket for my rental to be extended, and deal with The guy Insurance, who eventually ended up responding to the claim as a total loss, since they did not want to cover the damages. After Several days of communicating with agents from GEICO, I was able to have them agree to cover the cost, I work in the medical field, and luckily, I have some understanding of how Insurance is work. Thank goodness for that, otherwise I would've had no choice, but to put my faith into Classic Collision, who did a horrible job with communicating with me and the insurance.. The second and current problem that I still have, is that they did not properly fix my car door, prior to this accident the driver door would function properly. And after the accident, the door was not able to fully close, I even have videos left me driving through the car wash and water leaking in just stays after the car accident. I drove the vehicle back to Classic Collision's and show them, the manager there I think her name may be Michelle, she told me that it would be an out-of-pocket cost. So they basically receive payment from an insurance without fully doing the job. I was strongly recommend before choosing this shop, to do some research, and nacho sound reviews, because reviews can be filtered out by companies. But by real people, and their experiences with shops around town. That was my experience.

This is a perfect example of doing 3rd party over the counter parts refinishing, vehicle was never at our location for one, two customer brought hood over only the with a paint code. They were explained silver based colors would need to be blended to existing panels, but chose not to just to save a buck. Mind you they had prior parts painted from our neighboring collision shop which had the same issue with not blending colors and vehicle had multi shades after that also! So go figure! Then wants to bash you on social media! This individual just goes from shop to shop and complains just to get free work done beware! Got to give them credit for their hustle! LOL. Wreckovery Collisions Response- This is a perfect example of doing 3rd party over the counter parts refinishing, vehicle was never at our location for one, two customer brought hood over only the with a paint code. LOL Wreckcovery Collision is in very well standing on reviews and customer service in our community.. My response to Wreckovery Collision- As you can see, all Wreckcovery Collision has are excuses. The simple truth is this: Wreckcovery Collision agreed to the price, agreed to the work, and the result they delivered was wrong. Everything after that is noise, deflection, and finger-pointing to avoid accountability. Now let's address Wreckcovery Collision's accusations one by one: 1. "The vehicle was never at our location." That's because the owner of Wreckcovery Collision said all he needed was the VIN and the paint code. Not once--NOT ONCE--did Wreckcovery Collision request the Jeep to be present. In fact, Wreckcovery Collision was told repeatedly that we could bring it any time they needed it. They never asked. 2. "Customer refused blending just to save a buck." This is another excuse. Nobody refused anything. Nobody said, "Don't blend it." Wreckcovery Collision took the job, set the price, and never once said blending was required. For Wreckcovery Collision to claim that after the job was already botched is convenient, to say the least. 3. "They had parts painted before that didn't match." And what does that have to do with Wreckcovery Collision's work? That's like a contractor blaming a previous homeowner for why their roof leaks. It's irrelevant, and it's another attempt by Wreckcovery Collision to dodge responsibility. 4. "This individual just goes shop-to-shop for free work." Really? We paid Wreckcovery Collision $500 for a job they didn't stand behind. Then we had to pay another shop to fix Wreckcovery Collision's mistakes. That's not "free work." That's paying twice because WRECKcovery Collision (emphasis on WRECK) didn't do their job correctly. And here's the irony: The other shop--the one Wreckcovery Collision is trying to blame--offered to correct anything at no charge. Meanwhile, Wreckcovery Collision delivered a hood with black splotches in the paint, and still refused to fix it. 5. "They're bashing us on social media." No--here's what actually happened: We reached out to Wreckcovery Collision for almost three months. Calls. Texts. Follow-ups. Not a single response. Not one. Only after a social media post did Wreckcovery Collision suddenly find the ability to call us back. That says everything you need to know about how Wreckcovery Collision handles problems. 6. "Wreckcovery Collision is in good standing with reviews." Good standing doesn't excuse bad work. Good standing doesn't excuse ignoring a customer for months. Good standing doesn't excuse refusing to fix a mistake because Wreckcovery Collision "didn't want to take a loss." That's the part everyone needs to remember about Wreckcovery Collision: Wreckcovery Collision agreed to the price. Wreckcovery Collision agreed to the work. We provided everything Wreckcovery Collision asked for. The result from Wreckcovery Collision was wrong. And Wreckcovery Collision refused to fix their own mistake. Everything Wreckcovery Collision is saying now is an excuse to distract from that simple fact. If a company like Wreckcovery Collision can only stand behind their work when it benefits them financially, that's not "good customer service"--that's avoiding accountability. And when Wreckcovery Collision's response is nothing but finger-pointing, blame-shifting, and personal attacks instead of owning their work... that tells you exactly what kind of business Wreckcovery Collision really is.

I brought my Jeep to this shop based on a referral, which makes this experience even more…read moredisappointing. I trusted this company to paint the hood of my show vehicle, and the results were unacceptable from day one. When I arrived for pickup, I immediately noticed uneven areas in the paint. I expressed my concerns right away, and the owner came out to look at it. Instead of offering solutions, he tried to ease my mind by saying that "silver is a hard color to match100%." Even then, I made it clear I was not happy with the quality of his work. He asked me to take it to different shops, and they would tell me the same thing. Well, I did. I took the Jeep into 4 reputable paint shops in the area, and not only did they say it was a poor job, but they also noticed blotches in the paint. From that day forward, I continued reaching out to discuss a repaint or at least a credit toward future work. Not only did no one follow up, they would not even answer their business line. Because the shop ignored my concerns and would not even give me the courtesy of a repaint, I had no choice but to take my Jeep to another painter to correct their poor workmanship. Now after weeks of calling, I finally received a call from the shop owner who was very nice at first but then, continued to express that they will not rectify this situation. She refused to hear our concerns. refused to make things right, even though I'm not asking for a full refund--just a simple credit as a gesture of integrity. Instead, she ended the conversation by hanging up the phone on us, which was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I genuinely feel they took advantage of me because I'm a woman, assuming I wouldn't know better or push back. For a business that works on vehicles people take pride in, especially custom builds, this level of workmanship and customer service is unacceptable, (especially of you're a woman". I'm sharing this to warn others who expect quality work and basic respect. Paying customers deserve better.
