The best place to get your car serviced!!! Owner & son are the most honest people you could ever meet! I would not bring my car anywhere else! read more

We've had SIX different vehicles repaired at Mark's over the 16 years I've been going to them, AND NEVER HAD A SINGLE PROBLEM. Mark and his son are the MOST HONEST AND COMPETENT mechanics in the Saint Cloud area. I've been building and repairing cars since 1958, and Mark's IS THE ONLY PLACE IN SAINT CLOUD WHERE I WOULD TAKE MY CAR OR TRUCK. I've had suspensions repaired (and replaced); air conditioners rebuilt, repaired and serviced; clutches, pressure plates and throwout bearings replaced; MAJOR electrical problems diagnosed and repaired; and myriad other big and little repairs done at Mark's, AND EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS DONE THE WAY I WOULD DO IT MYSELF, AND DONE HONESTLY AND AT A VERY FAIR PRICE!!! read more

I heard about Mark's on 10th from a family member. After getting the runaround from Pepboys about my engine, wheel bearings and finally my rear drive shaft, I confided in Mark's. Not only did they fix the problem, they did it for about $2,000 less than what I would've paid. They solved the exact issues that were concerning me. I can drive my car with my safety and the safety of everyone around me as a priority again! read more

Max K., you got lucky with your A/C. I just drove home in 95 degree weather which was cooler than inside my car. We have taken ours in 3 times for other concerns (one including A/C). At first it was great but then you see the relaxed unprofessional mentality. Too comfortable. Dropped our car with them saying it would be ready the next day...no word till we called to find out the main guy left early delaying another day with myself and husband from work until the next day awaiting opening. I'm glad everyone on here had a good experience but I'm not impressed by any means. We still have to go back once more. Wish us luck. I guess I'm used to things on time and a more professional setting other than relaxed. Not sure why everyone raves about this place. read more

Mark and Mr. Mark Sr. are the Best! Honest and to the point. They explain what exactly needs to be done, along with the cost. No hidden agenda there. Once the car is fixed, it's fixed, no going back! Highly recommended, so glad I found them, get place to go for your vehicle to be fixed!! read more

I am so lucky that I found Mark's 10th St! I had been using a different auto repair shop and I literally could not leave for under $1000 no matter what the service was, it turned into a much bigger issue. When I contacted Mark's they were pleasant to speak with, the work they've done is top notch and straight forward. The price has always been extremely reasonable. Every single mechanic has been super pleasant and polite. No one ever looks right through you. Mark's 10th street is our 100% go to. read more

We found out about Mark's from a neighbor a few years ago when my bestie's car was having issues. He treated him really well and when my mom's car needed work we took her car and then again mine... Mark and his guys have proven time and time again that they will go the extra mile to take care of your car at a fair price. read more

Mark's 10th St Automotive - Auto Repair Near Me - Saint Cloud, Florida

Just wanted to give a RAVE about Mark's 10th street automotive. My husband has been in the hospital over 3 weeks and I was having major issues with both our cars. This being said I didn't know a local mechanic and didn't want to be taken advantage of because I was a women. Not only did they call me and tell me nothing was wrong with my car, all it needed was new tires an there was no charge for my car. Then quoted me $795 plus tax for repair on my husband's car which was reasonable because they had to remove the transmission. I explain my situation when I dropped both vehicles so when a rusted bolt added 3 hours to the job they merely informed me and didn't mark up the job. They get 5 in my book. Just thought I should share, it's a rare find to get an honest mechanic. read more

I just came back from Marks automotive after they replaced my A/C compressor and I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a car mechanic. When I first took my car in to get it diagnosed they quoted me about $200-300 less than other places in the area. Not only was the price lower, they were extremely helpful and polite on the phone which is a rarity when it comes to auto mechanics. The whole repair process was super smooth and quick- I just dropped off the car in the morning and got it back before 5pm and everything was working great! Thanks so much guys for the great work and awesome customer service! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs a hefty repair or a quick fix! read more

I have been so stressed with my car the last few weeks. I take care of issues on my car, because I want my car to last a few years more. Today Mark eased my mind after he drove my car, and then put it up the rack to inspect. He said my car is in good shape especially with the high milage. He provided me information that helped save me money on unnecessary repairs at this time. I appreciate this so much, BIG Thank You to Mark! Sometimes you just need a second opinion to help with Major decisions. read more

Had a transmission problem. Quickly reviewed and corrected at a reasonable price.

Extraordinary! In a business where dishonesty is rampant, Mark and his son, Mark, are an incredible breath of fresh air. They competently analyze the problems your car is exhibiting. They present your choices with incredible fairness. They give you a fair price and let you know if they can save you some money with an alternative fix where possible. They respond as quickly as possible to your needs and keep the promises they make. Beyond this, within a very short period of time, they make you feel like you are family rather than just another customer. I have the deepest respect for the honest and decent manner in which they choose to conduct business. In that regard, I have never dealt with better people. read more

My in-laws have been using Mark's for years and for good reason. They are a trustworthy mechanic. Where do you take a car thinking you may need to have breaks checked (just bc I recently got the car) and they actually tell you the pads are only 50% worn. You walks away knowing you weren't taken advantage of here, which is refreshing. read more

I went here several time and had some big jobs done for a fair price, but then the son took over dad's business and it went way downhill.. Most recently they did not stand behind their work.. I had a whole new A/C system installed for about $800. it worked a few days then went on and off and finally just off. I returned and the guy questioned if I knew how to turn my A/C on properly.. Then they charged me an extra 50 to get it running again.. it worked for a day and a half then went out again.. I went back and they offered me an appointment to bring the car back in a bout 5 days.. I was treated as a red headed step child instead of a valued customer.. in the end they could not fix my car and I had to take it elsewhere, they have lost my, my family and friends business for life.. read more
