A few weeks ago my fiancés car seat got a tear due to movement of furniture. It's a 2015 Honda & the dealership over exaggerates their prices. I was searching online for different quotes & came across this company that had great pictures of their work on repairs. I was very impressed & decided to go with them due to their reasonable price & I couldn't of been happier with their work. They were super quick & replaced the cloth that needed to be replaced. It took 3 days to get the original cloth but of course that's what you want & every place needs to order it. Once they repaired the seat it looked brand new, you would never think anything ever happened to it. I wish I had a pic of the after pic but I'll take it when I can. The interior leather/vinyl on my wife's VW EOS door panels had separated and was coming off. I stopped at Tony's for an estimate, after looking at the doors he commented they have seen this before on VWs and because VW doesn't use enough material it can be hard to fix but they were willing to try. They quoted $80.00/door but wanted to try one first before committing to the second one as there is a lot to removing the pane. I agree as this car has every option and all electric window and mirror controls on the door panels. This was very reasonable, I tried a larger shop and all they would do is order complete new panels and replace. I agreed and asked for a quote but before I could finish he asked for my keys. I was surprised and asked why and he said you want them fixed, right? I asked how long and he said about an hour, one hour later the car was done...BOTH DOORS were like new. He said unlike VW he staples and glues and that this would not happen again. I am very happy and my wife is also extremely happy and satisfied. We made an appointment to have my son's driver's seat reupholstered. My son arrived for the appointment and was told the car would be finished around 1pm. When he returned around 12:30pm, he found the business closed and his vehicle locked inside. He called Tony and was told that someone would unlock the place and let him get his car, but that they had forgotten to his seat! I called and spoke with Tony, who said he had to leave due to an emergency and asked his staff to take care of the seat but they forgot. Although Tony offered a discount on the service if we choose to return, I wouldn't feel comfortable gambling with the quality of the service based on this experience. It shows poor management and poor attention to detail, not to mention poor customer service. They had my son's phone number and could have easily called him to alert him that they had an emergency and would be closing unexpectedly, or the staff who remained after the owner left could have contacted him before they locked up for the day. A wasted day of time, and no repaired seat. Definitely cannot recommend this for anyone else. read more
