I have a 2024 Toyota Corolla and told her I needed a battery and have it put in. She informed me that they do not put batteries in this make and model as it is too difficult. I left frustrated and upset. I have been going there for years and have always had great service and a veteran's discount. When I walked out, it was for the last time. I will NEVER return. Do not recommend. I called O'Reilly's and no problem so I ended up going there way out of my way. Thank you AutoZone for employees who do not want to help a customer. She was not friendly at all. The ones on my SUV were decomposing so I stopped in here to pick up replacements. The store is clean and brightly lit and well-organized. Picking the right blades was easy thanks to their handy guide. Outside the store, there are several disposal bins in the parking lot so DIY'ing it right there is encouraged - and I should have, as one of the blades I bought was defective so I had to go back. The exchange on my return trip was nbd and I installed that one before I left just to make sure I was good.

As always the staff was courteous and attentive. They carefully track any/all work done on our cars and make the information available. Jimmie never hesitates to give me a call with any questions and is prepared to answer related to cost, alternative repairs and life expectancy of the existing parts and/or a new "fix." Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

First, she knew from experience that the one I was asking for was not the right one for my Nissan Versa, even though 5 different websites told me it was. But it was obvious she was right when we compared the one in my car to the one I initially requested. Then, Melissa and her co-worker helped me install the right battery, which for various reasons was the most difficult battery replacement I have ever been a part of. Long story short it took us over 30 minutes, and I doubt i could have done it without her help, at least not right then and there. Both of them were beyond helpful and I am very grateful!
