Rich is meticulous and kept me informed with every detail. A very thorough mechanic. Luis, Heather and Will took care of it, during its stay, as I had to wait for a specific parts. Luis even named my bike and detailed it to the highest shine grade there is. The staff in back off house, in the detailing and wash bay are\nVery detailed oriented and do a fantastic job. My bike came home today. Lino was extremely accommodating and called me ahead of time.Making sure that the time suited my schedule. I was so happy to have my bike home. Lino made sure to unload it with care. What I noticed in particular was :- Lino was clean cut and groomed. He had a brief conversation with me , rather than just rushing off. The trailer was spotlessly clean both inside and out. My entire experience with Seminole Harley-Davidson was 5 stars. Nothing in my neck of the woods, so I had to go a bit further... by a hundred miles... to find a couple. This is what led me to Seminole Powersports. They had a 2021 model that was a reasonable price, and I got in there to take a look at it. It sat well, was a reasonable price, but it was not my only stop to look at bikes, as there was at least one other place in a short distance to look at still. Sadly, the other place offered a better price for a newer model and that is what I went with. I will say that the salesman that I dealt with at Seminole was a good guy, and he was straight with me about both the bike and my trade-in. It was just that I was looking for something that is in a niche area of motorcycling, and when it comes down to that kind of thing it is hard to compete. As for the store, it was a decent store with a nice selection. I had no issues with them and if I am looking again at some time in the future I would have no problems with returning and looking.

They will charge you for items you don't need. Then tell you parts you need, and you wait weeks for parts. Only for them to tell you later that you need more parts. They are incompetent. Then you're stuck. By that point, if you say screw it, I'll go elsewhere, then they strong arm you anyway with hundreds... no thousands of dollars. They had my bike for two months, only for the bike to stop working within two weeks. With the same problem they supposedly tested and fixed. They charged me hundreds more for work they should have fixed the first time. Do not bring your vehicle there. Thieves.

Not one person even looked my way. I am in the market for one and ready to buy it, TODAY !! I just don't see myself walking into a dealership selling it to myself and handing them 30k. Seems odd for some reason. I'll try Orlando next time I'm in the area. I've found them to be completely opposite from a service vs sales standpoint. I've bought my last 3 bikes there.
