Then tell you parts you need, and you wait weeks for parts. Only for them to tell you later that you need more parts. They are incompetent. Then you're stuck. By that point, if you say screw it, I'll go elsewhere, then they strong arm you anyway with hundreds... no thousands of dollars. They had my bike for two months, only for the bike to stop working within two weeks. With the same problem they supposedly tested and fixed. Well not a fan of writing long reviews , so I will just summarize as best as possible . I called Wednesday morning 9am , I spoke with Matthew . He was very nice , I told him I purchased a new sea doo gtx limited 300 from them in 2024 and I was in need of copy's of my paper work . Mentioned I was looking to sell my ski , I kinda took eye to a gsxr 750 they had . They worked up a trade in deal in about 2 minutes offered me 11xxxx for my ski that is mint with trailer and 26 hours . So I politely declined the offer . He mentioned someone would contact me about the paperwork soon. I then asked for cash price he told me 13xxx otd Next day, still no word . Contacted Matthew he said they are busy . So I called and left a voicemail for finance department to call Me back . That night , I see the same bike on fb . I message the guy he gives me a cheaper price than Matthew did . Found that odd being I was a returning customer . Next day now it's Saturday . Still no word on paperwork . I call again , I got to speak to Zach (salesman manager ) . I explain the situation with the paperwork . He says I'll send it right now , within a minute i had it . Wow that was great . So i mention to him my inquiry on the bike and the situation with the pricing . He says I'll get you some pricing , I said great , id like some videos as well since I'm two hours away . David sends me photos at one , I thanked him , he said he was looking for the key . I text him at 530 inquiring about the videos , he tells me they have sold the bike . What a fantastic experience this has been from 4 days for paperwork , to a terrible offer on a trade in , to actually trying to do business again and having the unit sold without you being told and completely waisted my time . I was out and about, looking at motorcycles. I had my heart set on a late-model Honda Goldwing, and I had done some scouring of the Internet to see what was out there. Nothing in my neck of the woods, so I had to go a bit further... by a hundred miles... to find a couple. This is what led me to Seminole Powersports. They had a 2021 model that was a reasonable price, and I got in there to take a look at it. It sat well, was a reasonable price, but it was not my only stop to look at bikes, as there was at least one other place in a short distance to look at still. Sadly, the other place offered a better price for a newer model and that is what I went with. I will say that the salesman that I dealt with at Seminole was a good guy, and he was straight with me about both the bike and my trade-in. It was just that I was looking for something that is in a niche area of motorcycling, and when it comes down to that kind of thing it is hard to compete. As for the store, it was a decent store with a nice selection. I had no issues with them and if I am looking again at some time in the future I would have no problems with returning and looking. read more

I took my 1995 Kodiak in for repairs since it's been sitting for quite awhile. I to them what I knew to be wrong with it (needed cables, brakes, oil change and battery etc... Right off the bat I got oh the tank needs flushed, needs a carburetor anything they can think to jack up the price, after having it for over a month they called "it needs brakes" you mean like I told you when I brought it in, so I said never mind I'll change them. Apparently that pissed them off because when I got it home I took the rear wheel off (which wasn't hard since the axel nut wasn't even finger tight and not cotter key) just to find the brake in pieces, took one of the front tires off and lug nuts were barely on, so I checked the brake master cylinder (yes it needed replaced) but the mounting screw had maybe 3 threads in! Had I taken the bike straight out to ride I could've been injured or at least walking home. The battery they replaced held a charge for about a week! So now I've ordered a received all the brake components, so I can fix their "repairs" and so just to feel safe I'm going to verify and repair everything their "mechanic" might have touched, I originally to it to them to save myself some time, that was a epic fail and seeing the untrained and dismal quality of service I wouldn't trust them to put a Tonka truck together, let alone my grandchildren's bicycles together! I am Extremely Disappointed with my expierenec at Seminole Power Sports. They sold me a jet ski that sunk with 3.5 hours on it. Don't bother getting their scam of an extended warranty.....IT MEANS NOTHING. When issues arose, they made it very clear they had no intention of standing behind their customers or the brand they represent. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is astounding. Dropped off my bike in September for light work and inspection. Didn't get it back until December. They didn't review the paperwork with me, only had me flip through it, explained absolutely nothing about the work they had done, there is a discrepancy that I was charged for a battery when one was not replaced, (though I cant even be sure because they explained nothing) - they left my motorcycle outside in the rain probably the entire time with the key in the ignition as my keychain is all rusted and the key stuck. They told me to put WD40 in it. They should have already done that for me. I don't trust them. It's a shame when a business gets so much work they don't care about customer service. After trying the other motorcycle dealer/service centers in the area I decided to give Seminole PowerSports (SPS) who was the furthest from my home, a shot for my 2018 Goldwing service. It started with a major recall by Honda (actually two) that the service manager Wayne assured me that he could get the parts and the work done in a timely manner. The other dealers in the area said it would take a month to get parts. The parts were in within a couple of days and the service to the motorcycle was performed within a day of receiving the parts from Honda. Complete turnaround time was way less than expected and most of all, the communication was excellent. I then decided, because everything went so well to have my 12,000-16,000 services performed along with some extra add on items that I provided to the service department. Thomas and Alex run the service desk and the communication regarding estimates, special requests, options for parts pricing and the final wash down and a complete service run down prior to payment was top notch. I highly recommend SPS and the staff in the service department and will return for future service and repairs. read more

At the time I thought that by buying everything they would at least give a free instalation. The seller are just there as manequins. If you don't approach them you won't have any questions answered. TYPICAL BAIT & SWITCH DEALERSHIP, DISHONEST. STAY AWAY! I contacted the Seminole Power Sports online and was quoted on (2) Sea Doos. The day before I was going to drive 2 hours to the dealership I called the salesman to warn him that I was driving from Jacksonville and not to change any of the numbers I was quoted through email or we would walk away. He assured me not to worry. However, when I arrived after driving two hours the pricing had changed. After going back and forth for 3 hours they decided to only honor the quoted price on (1) of the (2) Sea Doos. I imagine this helps the immediate profit margin but only takes advantage of people. People that payed for a service and ultimately were told "how do I know you didn't submerse your boat." My family has purchased motorcycles, boats, and service plans over the last 10 years from Seminole. Now my parents boat appears to have had the service pencil whipped. The air filter was corroded after a recent service and to think what damage this could have caused is inexcusable. It was only caught because my father is as diligent and thorough as any responsible boat owner. As a result the staff blamed my parents and implied that they must have sank the boat. Unfortunately, not many dealers in Orlando to choose from so when I was in the market to get a new jet ski, had to consider this place. We made a deal. Jet ski was delivered with a dented trailer, cracked rear view mirror, no battery tender installed, no cover. All of which was paid for. I had to take my ski back. I finally did get the cover that I paid for which I had to ask. They gave me another trailer, fixed the broken mirror and delivered the ski back to our house. This time, the new trailer is also dented, the slats have not been adjusted for my ski, and the adjustment rail for the second ski is not even there. Costing me more money, headache, and wasted time. A dealer with a business now, and now johnny EGO got hurt. Having a rough day. Had great help and service from the parts department and got a great deal on a set of tubes and tires. Service however has tried twice to install them and both times I have wasted time. They can't seam to install the tires without a major issue on trying to balance them. Even ordered replacement tires and still have major issues. 100 grams of weight for the front and 60 for the rear. Omg currently the front is less than 20. Had everything put back to original and then ended up with a pinched tube. What a waste of time and now I still have old tires. Will be looking next week for someone else to get this done. If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a brand new wake pro jet ski from them with warranty... they said the jet ski was salt water approved and said great things about the ski which sold us. Took it to salt water, it immediately broke down. We took it back in for servicing they said it needed a whole bunch of things repaired and a service trying to blame it on me. After getting it back from being fixed I put it into lake and immediately broke down once again, over heating and not driving. Let it sit for a little bit and took it to another mechanic and he told us it was not serviced they didn't change the oil and didn't even change the spark plugs and take in mind my ski only has 50 hours for a 2019.... They are rude, won't work with you, and don't care about their costumers at all. They just want to take your money and give you broken things in return. read more

Buyer Beware ! I purchased a used motorcycle there 2 wks ago. During the buying process I was concerned about the tires Steve the sales manager assured me that the tires were safe and that no motorcycle leaves that shop unless it's safe. (Not True) When I got home I noticed that the tires were eight years old at least two to three years past life expectancy. I knew at that point that I needed to get new tires and I order them through the parts department and set up an appointment with the service department. The technician in the service department made a serious mistake that could have cost me my life. He did not tighten down the bolts that hold the brake housing together. After waiting there all afternoon they told me my bike was ready. The next day I was riding down the road and my front brake housing fell off onto the rotor I could have had an accident. This was a major mistake when dealing with somebody's life. SPS needs to be way more careful with the safety of their customers. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. He then put his hands in his pockets, and said to me, matter-of-factly, "Yep, we can have you out the door with it today for $6000". I walked out of there laughing. I laughed all the way home. Apparently this business is rather incompetent when it comes to registering your purchase with the DMV. We have been waiting almost a month for our jet ski registration...and the state has zero record of Seminole powersports submitting the paperwork. Yet they got my trailer tag and registration to me within like 4-5 days.... Multiple calls to sales rep and sales manager seem to fall on deaf ears, and after reading more reviews, it's readily apparent that this is a perpetual problem with this business. If you are a motor vehicle dealer and don't know how to register your products, then you should not be in business. I won't buy here ever again for this reason. read more

Some of the people here are pretty nice, I have to give them that. They have a pretty nice showroom too. But I'd check a bike out there and shop elsewhere. I'm tempted to give them one star, but the place itself is not so bad, and either are some of the people. But why so harsh? They're crooks! I was in the market to buy a Honda Ruckus Scooter, MSRP $2,000. They wanted to sell it to me for just under $3,000 out the door! They cited a ton of fees and made up charges... just ridiculous. There's no reason to buy here when you can spend a little extra time and go elsewhere. Unfortunately, I can't recommend another place, because I ended up buying my things used. But on that note... why not save thousands and try Craigslist? Anyway, I digress... At least if you do fall victim and buy things there, don't go back for accessories. Instead go across the street by Sam's Club to Cycle Gear. They can order pretty much anything you want and have a more extensive selection anyway, plus more reasonable prices, better, more helpful and friendly staff and often - coupons and sales! Good luck getting a good deal on anything at Seminole Powersports. I once saw a guy buying a brand new motorcycle at MSRP (one of their cheap UM ones that they they try and push at that), and they wouldn't even throw in a cheap helmet for him. However, they did offer to roll it into the financing.... nice way to make a $100 helmet cost $200 or more over quite a few years. Just remember this... they're not your friends. Eventually took them two months to get us a real license plate. And once my (now ex) boyfriend brought the motorcycle back for an oil change, they let him know it was spewing oil everywhere. He tells me he has to spend $400 to fix it. But wait... we spent $750 on a 24-month warranty when we bought the bike. It says $0 deductible and covers almost everything in the engine from the date of purchase. And yet NO ONE at Seminole Power Sports even mentioned this to him when he was fretting about how to come up with $400. He's a typical guy who doesn't read his paperwork, but even I remembered we bought that and SPS should have it on file with the VIN number. These guys really do seem like they're just out to steal your money any way they can. They're slime balls. read more
