Since then (four years now.) my rear window tint started bubbling and I contacted them and they actually replaced it as under warranty.... Again, exceptional customer service. Our brand new 2026 Honda CRV found itself here after needing a major AC repair, just a month after…read morepurchasing from another location. The team here fit us on the schedule and we were able to drop our car off before heading off to vacation. When we returned 12 days later, the car was still not ready. Eventually, our car was ready 3 weeks after we dropped it off. This is no big deal, as they were waiting on parts for a while and provided us a loaner when we returned. The only reason they are not getting a 5 star review is because of the customer service. When your car is in the shop for that long, a technician should be reaching out every 2-3 days to provide an update. We had to reach out nearly every time and even then, would hardly get a definite answer on when the car was ready and what was wrong. We are used to small auto body shops who communicate with customers periodontally to provide updates. They can improve on this. Thanks for taking care of our major repair within warranty!

I was so impressed by how professional, friendly, honest, and hardworking everyone was. It's not always easy to find an auto repair shop you feel you can trust, but I had such a great experience here. I will definitely be coming back whenever we need work done on our cars. I highly recommend ZYCH's Certified Auto Service to anyone looking for great service, fair prices, and people who genuinely care about their customers!

Driver's Choice * is a god-send to any Porsche owners who cannot stomach the dealership prices or…read moreexperience (SO snobbish!). They are reliable, their prices are reasonable, and they are a pleasure to deal with. I was leaking coolant and really worried. It took them forever to work me in, but when they did, I got the car in two days. I had a water pump that needed replacing, and all sorts of things that go with that. Took me just into 4-figures, and now I can drive it again (well, actually, there's a slew of other things too...). Miki is very pleasant to deal with in this altogether no BS place - and her doggies are adorable. My only 'complaint' is that it took over a week to work me in! That means: A) They are busy, because customers are coming back, and referring others to them, and ...B) Porsches need a lot of TLC. That's "German engineering" for ya! * They can't quite decide whether they are "Drivers Choice", "Driver's Choice", or "Drivers' Choice", since their logo/listing all say the first, while in speaking of themselves they use the second; but not that I'm trying to be grammar teacher here, but it really needs to be the third. The possessive needs to be there, and surely it's more than one driver's choice!

We used Honda Dr around this time last year for the convenience. They replaced our alternator. 9…read moremonths later my wife coasted into the Honda Dr parking lot as the Van was having an issue needing a new alternator. Honda Dr explained that their employees all quit, and they couldn't do the work because of labor issues. They informed us to go to AutoZone and obtain the part ourselves. As I didn't really have a choice, we left the car with the Honda Dr in hopes they would do some of the work. After 48 hours they hadn't touched my car leaving it behind PostTime where the AAA tow truck driver dropped the car. I reached out to AutoZone, and I obtained the part, we had my car towed from Honda Dr and found a nice mechanic that replaced my alternator in less than 3 hours. Overall customer service is lacking with the Honda Dr. Communication horrible as the voicemail inbox is full and you can't get ahold of anybody. Honda Dr didn't really stand for up for any warranted parts or labor. As for value labor was cheaper on the replacement alternator then what I originally paid to have the part put in a year again. To wrap my review its easy to say I won't be doing business anytime soon with the Honda Dr. They will miss out on my money plus any word-of-mouth referrals as I would never send anybody to them. If you want your car stuck with them for weeks go for it and let them do the work for you. If you want the work done faster and cheaper find anybody else.
