On the day of the inspection, Mike showed up on time at the RV dealership and coordinated with the service staff. Additionally, Mike brought in an expert on the Mercedes Diesel drivetrain to provide me with a reassurance of its condition. Mike and his two inspectors allowed me to walk-around while they explained to me the operation of certain RV systems which I was not familiar with. Mike and his team even took time to make repairs in a couple of areas. The inspection results were delivered to the service department for their action prior to me taking delivery. The first response regarding the price was just giving me the same price so I questioned what is the get best price button? I was told by Kevin that would be $500 off. I asked very detailed and specific questions regarding final out the door, price terms and interest rate. He only responded with the out the door price of the RV so I didn't respond. Then I started receiving text messages from Devon asking if I wanted to move forward. Again, I said I needed to know the terms so I could decide how I wanted to finance it. Devon only quoted me a monthly payment of $329-$359. I didn't respond. Again, I was asked if I wanted to move forward with the purchase. So again, I asked what is the interest rate in term? Devon responds with 8.9% for 180 months.!!! I respond with the figures and that none of that math adds up. Then this morning the sales manager James Spallino starts interjecting in the text thread and is extremely rude. Calling me out like he's smarter than me talking about something totally different. Very unprofessional and totally uncalled for. There are thousands upon thousands of RVs for sale. You would think as a sales manager, the goal would be to get one sold. Instead of trying to be little or intimidate somebody into buying, his role should be high-level customer service with the ability to understand and communicate financing options and negotiate the best deal for the customer. We googled rv places close by and found these guys. They're a locally owned business that offers both for purchase and rentable options. We opted for the coachmen leprechaun rv that slept 5 of us very comfortably. The process was smooth, educational and comparably priced to others out there. The rv was clean, in good condition and ready to go. Pick up takes about 30 minutes due to instructions and ensuring all rules are known. The drop off took 1 min. Park, drop the keys and go. We'll be back!

I called and had them pick up my cart because it was making a "grinding" sound in the back end. I told them it sounded like the brakes were dragging. Fast forward 2 months later, Giant told me I needed a new motor. Not knowing the ins and outs of golf carts, I asked them is this going to take care of the noise? I was told yes, and it would be around $1600. After putting in the new motor I received a call saying it didn't take care of the noise and that I would need to spend another $2000. To get the rear end replace. I didn't really need a new motor and the reason they thought it did is because they hadn't plugged it in the whole time and it wouldn't run. After going back and forth with them, I had them install my old motor and just return it to me. When I got it is was in a bigger mess than when I took it in. None of my lights worked, the wiring harness was not secured, they had used the wrong bolts that didn't fit, and I have a couple of covers missing. I had another place look at my cart. They had it fixed in 3.5 hours, including fixed the problems left by Giant and were a 3rd of the cost.
