I live in Oregon…read moreand the coach was in Florida so communication, general knowledge and photos were extremely important for me to feel comfortable sending a deposit, fly to Florida and expect to drive the coach 3000 miles home without difficulty or disappointment. I have a 25 year background in the yacht industry and am a diesel mechanic so RV's are very familiar to me because they use very much the same components in their assembly and day to day operation. After talking to Gary several times I could tell that he had more knowledge about these coaches than any average salesman, he's basically an RV technician that sells motor coaches, not a car salesman selling RV's. This knowledge base allows him to not only to understand every aspect of the coaches for the buyer but also allows him to buy the finest quality coaches at the best prices for his dealership. When we got to Florida he had his wife pick us up at the airport (very nice) and when we arrived at the dealership it was late so we just got comfortable in the coach and retired for the evening, he also had a mini van there he offered us to use to go eat and get groceries and supplies for the trip home. The next morning Gary and I went over the coach (a little more thoroughly than he expected I'm sure considering my background) and found a couple of problems even he didn't know about. He had already changed the engine and generator oil for us at no charge because he wanted us to have fresh fluids for our trip home. We stayed on the coach at the dealership for a couple days while we sorted out the issues completely to our satisfaction at no charge. After spending some time with Gary wrenching on stuff and checking out his shop, meeting his family and understanding his knowledge he and his brother have in heavy equipment, truck bodies, construction, body and paint, it's not hard to feel comfortable buying from Quality Motor Coach. We have sold our house and made the coach our primary residence and had not only no problems with the coach not only on the trip home but none since, VERY HAPPY!

He was knowledgeable, patient, supportive, personable, and reasonable. He was absolutely stellar during both the negotiation process and the closing process. He made me feel like family the entire time and definitely left a lasting mark, that will keep me with General for all of my future RV needs. Samantha, who did the walk through the day of my delivery was also awesome, sweet and thorough. I was running 2 hours late (out of my control) and she was flexible and kind about it, showing me nothing but smiles and grace! She even set my puppy and I up to stay the night in their lot, since my drive that night was going to be 4 hours and I was exhausted. Safety first with this bunch! Ryan, who not only perfectly installed my weight distribution hitch (with several roadblocks due to my negligence with a trailer hitch key AND my tardiness) but also went above and beyond with sharing his personal RV experiences/tips/tricks. His technical expertise was comprehensive and meticulous. He was also SO loving to my puppy, who I had to bring with me that day...making sure she stayed cool in my truck. Even when he was finished with the job, he brought her water and love while I was inside with finance. He walked me through my entire list of questions that I had the next day, still tweaking a few things to make sure my rig was perfection and that I understood every nuance. Now that is incredible customer service! I also want to through props to Tom! While on site, I had some mechanical issues with my new truck (which was my tow vehicle). He went out of his way to make sure that my vehicle was safe to drive home, as well as taking his precious time (it was past closing time) to educate me on the problem, how to remedy it, and how to discuss it with my mechanic who sold it to me...making sure I understood their liability and how to approach the situation to be successful. I am writing this review regarding Blue Compass RV in ORLANDO's excessive and unjustified retention of our RV, which resulted in substantial and unnecessary out-of-pocket lodging expenses. Blue Compass RV retained possession of our RV for a total of 105 days, during which they repeatedly failed to provide accurate timelines or meaningful progress updates. Communication throughout this period was inconsistent and inadequate. I received written communication from the service manager, Ashlyn, explicitly acknowledging that the prolonged delay was due to staffing shortages and that ongoing communication failures regarding timelines and expectations were the dealership's responsibility, not ours. According to the dealership's own service records, the total documented labor time across all jobs was approximately 6 hours and 35 minutes, and even the documented work was incomplete. Given the minimal and unresolved nature of the work performed, retaining our RV for 105 days is completely unjustified. Because our RV is our current residence, we were forced to secure alternative lodging for ourselves and our dog during the time the dealership retained the unit, which they were aware and completely inconsiderate of. We chose inexpensive, conservative lodging locations to keep cost low. These lodging expenses totaled $9,049.84, which I shared with them as proof. Additionally, we were informed that Blue Compass RV would cover approximately $8,000 in lodging expenses due to the prolonged delay. However, when we were later sent an agreement to sign, it reflected only $5,500 and included overbroad release language extending beyond lodging reimbursement and requiring waiver of unrelated rights. This was inconsistent with what had been represented to us and was not acceptable. I'm asking for a full reimbursement of our lodging expenses with either no agreement signed or an agreement that reflects only what the reimbursement is for: lodging expenses only. I want to add that not only did it take 105 days for us to get our RV back, when they only worked on the RV for 6 1/2 hours according to their own paperwork, but when we received our RV back, not only was hardly anything fixed, but there was more damage and extremely horrible workmanship. I recommend finding an independent RV tech with good ratings and I would never go to blue compass to purchase an RV or for any repair work. The entire experience was absolutely horrible.

I asked very detailed and specific questions regarding final out the door, price terms and interest rate. He only responded with the out the door price of the RV so I didn't respond. Then I started receiving text messages from Devon asking if I wanted to move forward. Again, I said I needed to know the terms so I could decide how I wanted to finance it. Devon only quoted me a monthly payment of $329-$359. I didn't respond. Again, I was asked if I wanted to move forward with the purchase. So again, I asked what is the interest rate in term? Devon responds with 8.9% for 180 months.!!! I respond with the figures and that none of that math adds up. Then this morning the sales manager James Spallino starts interjecting in the text thread and is extremely rude. Calling me out like he's smarter than me talking about something totally different. Very unprofessional and totally uncalled for. There are thousands upon thousands of RVs for sale. You would think as a sales manager, the goal would be to get one sold. Instead of trying to be little or intimidate somebody into buying, his role should be high-level customer service with the ability to understand and communicate financing options and negotiate the best deal for the customer. We googled rv places close by and found these guys. They're a locally owned business that offers both for purchase and rentable options. We opted for the coachmen leprechaun rv that slept 5 of us very comfortably. The process was smooth, educational and comparably priced to others out there. The rv was clean, in good condition and ready to go. Pick up takes about 30 minutes due to instructions and ensuring all rules are known. The drop off took 1 min. Park, drop the keys and go. We'll be back!

WARNING!!!! My father gave my family a Country Coach…read moremotorhome when he moved to a retirement facility. The motorhome was stored in an air conditioned airplane hanger & is in pristine condition. I live out of state and because of the distance I decided to sell the motorhome. Joe at RV Outlet agreed to sell the motorhome through consignment. Prior to pick up of the motorhome I hired an RV inspector & a diesel mechanic to do a complete check & tune up on the motorhome. After Joe picked up the motorhome he informed me that the motorhome was having mechanical issues. His mechanic quoted $5,000 for repairs (new gas tank, slide out replacement, new key). Joe advertised the motorhome & sent me the listing. A buyer put in an offer well below value. Joe advised me it was in both our interests to accept. Joe sent me a signed promissory note on 2/9/25. The promissory note states I would receive payment within 45 days of the sale 2/9/25. After 45 days passed I inquired several times on the status of payment. Joe told me he had not received payment from the lender because they were short staffed & behind. On 5/2/25 Joe stated that the money from the lender was wired to him & he will pay me that week. Joe contacted me that same week and stated that he did not received payment from the lender & wants to make partial payments to me until he can pay me in full. Joe told me because the lender International Credit Union of Omaha is in Nebraska it can take longer. After further research I found out no such lender exists. On the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles site there is no lien holder listed on the title further proving that there was never a lender or a payment we were waiting for. It is now 121 days since the "sale", I have not received payment, communication, or documentation of the bill of sale from Joe or any representative of RV Outlet. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and are taking legal action against RV Outlet for theft and fraud.
