Reliable, Communicative, and Highly Recommended! I used RNT123 Transportation to ship my car from Hawaii to the U.S. mainland and then have it driven cross-country to Indianapolis -- and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Despite some of the worst weather conditions hitting the country during the transport, my driver kept in constant communication, calling and texting with updates along the way. Their professionalism, reliability, and transparency gave me peace of mind throughout the entire journey. My car arrived safely and right on schedule. If you're looking for a trustworthy company to handle your vehicle with care, I would highly recommend RNT123. Truly top-notch service from start to finish! read more

Having a car transported cross-country is an oddly stressful thing to research and plan. Information online is odd, disjointed and opaque. Many reviews consist of people's horror stories. And the companies themselves largely don't provide a lot of info to distinguish themselves before you choose them. So overall I was incredibly pleased and perhaps even a bit surprised that this was such a seamless, easy experience. It was done in the exact time frame promised, and communication with James and his colleague was reasonably frequent when requested, and always clear and friendly. I know delivering a car to the city can be challenging to certain locales, so originally they asked me to meet somewhere in Queens which was fine, but when a conflict câme up for me they drove the car the last stretch right to my door. Everything was in perfect shape and done on time--the car made if rom Glendale California to the Bronx safely, in perfect condition (well, in the same condition the 12 year old car started out in!) and with no extra charges....honestly a much easier experience than I expected and I am quite grateful for that! read more

Easy transportation, dependable with no worries. Driver was James Dropped off quite a bit away from the location which was inconvenient, but it was brooklyn so understandable ,Competitive rates especially for the service. Recommend! Especially easy for first time users like me. read more

RNT123 Transportation - Vehicle Shipping Near Me - Westminster, California

This company has my car and is refusing to communicate. The third party they used to pick the car up finally reached out to me on the day the car was supposed to arrive to let me know it would be at the drop off in two to three days. So after many calls and texts, hours before the car was supposed to arrive I was told about this delay. RNT has still not contacted me and I'm still waiting on the car. This company has several negative reviews and similar stories on Reddit. This delay has cost me money and impacts my travel schedule. They don't care. read more

I have never shipped a vehicle before, but we wanted to send our car to California .James at RNT123 Transport was recommended to us by someone, so I took the plunge. It was awesome. Super fast response time through txt and a pretty good ongoing communication throughout transport. A driver was assigned waaaay faster than I thought could happen and the car was delivered looking exactly like it did when it left. Had to meet the diver a few miles away for pick up but that was fine. Just a fantastic all-around experience and I cannot recommend RNT123 Transportation more enthusiastically. read more

This was one of the most seamless and trouble-free transactions I've made in years. RNT123 Transport who showed up on the correct day and brought our vehicle from NY to California in 8 days without any problems. Better yet, it was much more economical than taking a road trip to bring back the vehicle myself. Communications with James was prompt, clear and courteous and they kept us in the loop the whole way. I wish a lot of other service companies could run their business like this! Job well done! read more

Just wanted to share my experience shipping my car from Manhattan to California with RNT123 Transportation. Everything went super smooth! James, the driver, was awesome -- great communication and very professional. Since it's hard to pick up directly in the city, I met him just outside Manhattan, and it worked out perfectly. My car arrived on time and in perfect shape. Outstanding service -- highly recommend RNT123 and James! read more

RNT123 Transportation is truly excellent!! Talking to James will truly give you comfort, very honest and easy to speak with. This was my first time shipping a vehicle and I was shocked and couldn't believe the other companies out there, doing the bait a switch. I learned that you definitely get what you pay in this business. I had purchased a vehicle in Los Angeles and had it shipped to NY. The carrier showed up on the exact day as promised and delivered the car a couple of days early then quoted. James won't be the cheapest but with him, you get an honest and reliable guy who knows the business. The service was white glove. Excellent Service and well worth every penny. You can't put a price on sleeping without any worry, knowing your car is in good hands! best part is you can txt him anytime and will get a reply back within minutes even after hours. read more

RNT123 really saved the day for us and took away the stress I was feeling trying to get my truck shipped from the west coast to the east coast. We had originally gone through a broker service that completely left me hanging without any scheduled pick-up...they missed the pickup window they promised weeks in advance. Our belongings were loaded on the moving truck the day before I was supposed to leave town the next day. Needless to say I was in a panic that there was no schedule to even pick up my truck. This is where James at RNT123 saved the day. When we called that day they weren't even open because it was a holiday weekend. We left a desperate, text message seeking help. Fortunately, James called us back with in 5 mins. It was his day off but he said he's help us anyway. He had us bring the truck to his terminal in Fullerton which was only about 15 miles from our house . did the paperwork right there and parked out truck next to his Semi and said the truck was leaving in a couple of days. He really came through and the transport driver Gun was a super nice guy. He was also flexible about where and when to meet for the delivery exchange Thanks James and Gun! read more

What a blessing to have a company that you can trust. I called RNT123 Transportation to deliver a car that I purchased out of state. I purchased a brand new Honda Accord from Queens, NY, to be delivered to Fullerton, CA. The process was easy, I looked at yelp reviews and found this company RNT123 Transportation. I texted them to just inquire, James texted me back and said no problem. We can have it picked up and delivered to you. Just reading all the previous reviews and talking to James kept me at ease. Gave me a flat rate and I thought the price to be fair, I decided to give it a shot. He told me he would be getting back to me soon when he can arrange a pick up. So within 2 hours he got back to me saying his co driver can pick up in about an hour!!! I decided to go through with it and boy was I surprised. Driver Eduardo got it picked up and the driver was able to deliver it to Fullerton, CA within 9 days. The car was in pristine condition just as it was prior to loading it from the dealership lot in Queens , NY I am very happy and pleased of the whole process. These guys are the actual truckers not brokers , also you can pay via zelle or venmo which saved me the trip to the bank Thanks Again james! read more

It's been over 10 years since I shipped my car coast to coast so my old contacts were gone. I went online to look for a company and it was a nightmare. lucky I got a referral from my buddies friend and found RNT123 PICK UP The process was painless. I put a request via text to James. Once he texted me back I had things settled .James worked very quickly. Within 24 hours my car was picked up in Queens, NY. James brother, Gun, couldn't get to my area due to the size of the truck, which was a couple of miles away, so I drove to the truck and Gun drove me back home! Which he didn't have to do! I received my car ON TIME. I know others have said they get calls from the drivers within hours of delivery and not having any leeway . I did get a 12 hour notice that they were going to be at my house, James wanted to make sure I was home and ready .A local driver George showed up in a smaller truck and had it delivered right in front of my house like a pizza delivery! OVERALL If you're wondering, the SUV was a little dusty since it went coast to coast. No surprises there. No damage to the car with dents or scratches. Overall, happy with the James and his team at RNT123, delivery took about 8 days ( on time with the estimate given eta of 7-10 days ) read more

This was my first time shipping a car not related to a home move. I checked Yelp as a place to start. Then I called RNT123 since it had several positive reviews. My broker explained how the system works and was honest about how best to seek out qualified carriers as I was shopping companies for comparisons. That honesty brought me back to RNT123. I explained the car was ready to go the same day. he said there was a possibility it could be picked up that same night -- and I didn't have to be there. I agreed to their terms and pricing. There was a down payment that I secured to my credit card with the balance to be paid to the driver in cash or cashier's check upon delivery or at pickup. I paid on delivery. We were told it would arrive within 7-10 days to the Bronx NY area from Southern California. It arrived In 7-8- days. Driver James was excellent with communication on both pick up and delivery (faster with text, since he's driving most of the time.. james helper, Eduardo drove the car to my house which was about 30 mins away from where james parked because I guess where I lived was too congested and he didn't want to get stuck , better safe then sorry. We tipped him well and he was pleasantly surprised. I'd definitely recommend RNT123 as part of your narrowed down option. Glad I chose them! read more

I used RNT123 to ship a Toyota RAV4 from Brooklyn, NY to Orange, CA for my daughter to use. Car shipping was easy. James was very nice, reliable, and communicative. I got my car all the way from Long Island New York to Los Angeles.

This is my second time working with james and will always be my go to man whenever i need to ship a car, unfortunately , i had to change my flight and i told james we would not be able to receive the car when we orginally said, he told me not a problem and would keep it at his terminal , which was about 15-20 mins from where i lived and i would pick it up once i've arrived in NY. He was also nice enough not charge me 3 days of storage fee's, which was about $45 per day. Everything worked out perfect! i will always recommend working with RNT123, Thank you James! read more

Don't trust these crooks to transport your vehicle. I trusted these guys to transport my LC500 I purchased from Brooklyn NY and have it transported to Garden Grove CA. They dropped it off with font bumper damage and interior damage. I had paid over 80k on the car so i wad pissed! They also dropped off my car with way more mileage than when it left the dealership! So these crooks had to take it for a joy ride. These people don't care about your car. They only care about your money. I tried to put a claim with their insurance but these Crook denied everything. These guys are not honest and very unprofessional. There are better transportation companies out there to move your vehicle don't go with these guys. You have been warned. read more

Short version: Don't bother. Disorganized and terrible communication, start to finish. I booked through a broker, which was my first mistake. You never know who they'll hook you up with. I was moving my car from Brooklyn to Los Angeles. They gave me a pickup time and told me they it was a pain to get to my location, so I obliged driving to Queens to drop off the car. I tried to pay in advance so my father in law, who was receiving the car, wouldn't have to deal it. The pickup guy didn't know how to receive digital payment. I reached out to dispatch to figure out how to pay, and he gave me James' number. I texted to ask how to pay in advance. No response for a day. I texted again. No response. At midnight eastern time James texts me to let me know he's dropping the car off in the morning, a full two days before my drop-off window. I have to reach out to my father in law who now has to leave work to receive it. The next morning I again ask how to pay and get no response except a warning three hours later that if he doesn't hear from us in an hour, he's putting the car in storage. What? I call and he picks up and sort it out, but it looks like the car is going to be delivered late. It's fine, as long as it gets there. I get a message from dispatch that these clowns delivered my car to the wrong place. I try to text and call James, but he doesn't respond. My father in law has to leave because of work so now my mother in law has to receive the car. They finally sort it out and deliver the car. I'm not sure where they stored it, but a family of rats made a home inside the engine, did damage, and died. This is expensive. I reach out to my insurance, who tell me to get James' certificate of insurance and the bill of lading. I texted and called both dispatch and James multiple times over the course of two weeks to get these so I can sort it out, and they will not respond. I reached out to the broker, who requested these things, and they won't even respond to them! Do your research, folks. Don't get a broker and don't hire these jokers. read more

My car a 1998 Toyota Camry XLE original owner's had 44625 miles at pickup from Yonkers NY to Manhattan Beach Ca. on Jan. 7th 2023. Albert the broker & owner Five Point Auto Transport picked the transport company RNT123 transportation company which he claims was reputable, has an insurance policy for any vehicle losses & was used by him in the past. My complaints are the following; 1. My car's exhaust system was damaged in route & it appeared my exhaust was dragged by RNT123 transportation company on street payment and damaged causing car at delivery to sound like a motor boat see attached damaged exhaust stainless steel flex pipe. At delivery RNT123 driver Albert refused to give me my keys in order for me to check my vehicle prior to signing the bill of lading. Once I signed the bill of lading delivery driver quickly drove away. When I refused to sign the bill of lading unless I received my keys to check my vehicle the driver threatened to take my vehicle back to the shipping yard and I would be responsible for $100 per day holding costs. I reported my complaints to Albert broker the following day & broker Albert gave me RNT123 insurance company MDX - National transportation insurance company RRG, LLC (NTIC) . After 2 months of getting the run around by Albert broker & insurance company the insurance company refused to pay my $560 claim due to the fact that per insurance company RNT123 driver was not on RNT123 insurance policy. I asked Broker to get involved and make things right for the last two months and Broker was not responsive nor would return my calls or texts! 2. My car arrived with 28 additional miles 44653 than was at pickup 44625 as noted by delivery driver on bill of lading! 3.
