ABC Auto Shipping delivered an exceptional experience transporting my 2026 Corvette Z06 from Merced Chevrolet to Lake Forest. The pickup timing was complicated due to the dealership's internal procedures and a five‑day wait for a cashier's check to clear. Despite that challenge, ABC Auto Shipping moved with impressive speed--within just a couple of hours of the vehicle's release, they had secured a high‑quality covered transport carrier that exceeded my expectations. Communication was outstanding. Every question--whether by text or phone--was answered within minutes, day or night. That level of responsiveness gave me complete confidence throughout the process. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the expedited timeline and the premium nature of the shipment. My Corvette arrived in perfect condition, exactly as promised. ABC Auto Shipping earned every bit of a five‑star rating through their professionalism, speed, and commitment to customer service. read more

This was my first time shipping a car and I read so many things about how horrible the industry is.... However, this was not the case with ABC auto shipping. It was a great experience. Arman communicated very well the whole way through and I was never stuck wondering what is going on. As a medical professional, my schedule was tight and I had more logistics than most about how to deliver my car. Great experience, highly recommend. read more

It was my 1st time shipping a car and I could not possibly imagine a better outcome! Have to give a big shoutout to the man named Arman, he's extremely professional and true to his words and promises! I paid the price agreed upon at the very beginning and my car got delivered on the very same day I wanted. Fair price and everything. Also it's worth to mention that I accidentally sent him extra money and he requested to send me back immediately! Good job brother, I wish you and your business all the best! read more

ABC Auto Shipping - Picking up - Vehicle Shipping Near Me - Irvine, California

Let me tell you, I was skeptical. I've heard and read so many horror stories about dealing with car transportation companies. But Arman made the entire process smooth and handled everything with an impressive turnaround time. I reached out on December 23, right as the holidays were approaching, and he managed to find a driver that same day. We did negotiate the price, and I paid about $100 more than I originally anticipated, but it was definitely worth it. Arman answered the many, many questions I had and was always responsive. The driver who picked up my car on the 30th was professional, and the dispatch team was very communicative throughout the process. My car arrived on January 2nd..much faster than I expected, and in perfect condition. Thank you, Arman, and thank you to the subcontractor who delivered my car. Truly appreciate it! read more

Car has been delivered and I thank Arman for his services but not Topline Group. You have giving us top services with finding a shipping company within hours and I do appreciate the car being delivered in the time frame that was quoted. You were VERY patient with us and answer all our crazy questions. However, I did not like that Topline Group Shipping they were insensitive and gave me sarcastic answer when I ask a question. I've received a email from Mercedes stating "A collision with your vehicle has been detected". OF COURSE we would be nervous and freak out! That would make ANYONE nervous. They were just to nonchalant about the whole thing. We ask for a picture they sent it but just one side THATS IT! So we were VERY stressed out til it was delivered. It turned out it was false alarm. It was VERY hard to communicate with them because we could NOT understand what they were saying. Would I use them again? HELL NO. I paid to be stress free not for the headache and to be stressed out. Why I chose 3 stars because of Topline Group. But 4 1/2 stars for Arman. read more

Arman was amazing! We needed to have our car shipped with the next 48 hours and he was able to secure for someone to pick up our car in less than 24 hours. The truck driver was also amazing as he somehow got our car from NC to CA in 4 days with NO issues whatsoever. We really appreciated both Arman and the truck driver and would definitely recommend them to car shipping services. Thank you again! read more

Arman was Amazing. I liked the services, and he was very helpful. love to deal with him again.

Arman is the best. Being a first-timer having a car shipped, I didn't know the ins and outs, and how it can be pretty confusing. Arman walked me through the entire process, answering my dumbest questions without being annoyed. He was able to beat me shipping date expectations while contracting with a shipper that was trustworthy and pleasant to deal with. Thank you Arman! read more

Arman was instrumental in helping us transport two of our cars across the country. He was prompt, responsive, and incredibly flexible with our scheduling needs. He secured a very reliable carrier who delivered our cars in perfect condition and a day earlier than expected. I've shipped a car cross-country before and it was a headache, so I was not looking forward to having to ship two. But Arman made it seamless. It was actually the easiest part of our move, and I cannot recommend his services enough to anyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy broker to work with. read more

Let me say this!! ARMAN IS THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES!! He made our move smooth and comforting. Moving out of state is hectic all on its own but when you have to figure out how you're going to transport your vehicle and belongings sheesh it's an even bigger headache. I came across Arman with ABC Auto Shipping here on yelp and read through the reviews and they were great. The price point was a little out of my range so I tried shopping around a bit but after a lot of skeptical and discouraging reviews, I made my way back to Arman which turned out to be the BEST decision I made. Arman is reliable, very thorough in communication and detailed. His confidence in the midst of my nervousness made me confident. Our departure was on the horizon and there wasn't anyone available to transport our vehicle but ARMAN!!! he assured us that he would make it happen, no matter what and that spoke volumes. As promised, Arman was able to find a transporter and everything worked out seamlessly. During our transport Arman kept in contact with us the whole way through which gave us so much comfort. Our transporter(Oscar) was absolutely amazing and kept communication with us the whole way through as well.. what a blessing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ABC AUTO SHIPPING!! Arman gets the job done, I wouldn't trust anyone else honestly. Though it can be a little pricey you'll have peace of mind with your transport knowing you're in GREAT hands.. NO GIMMICKS, NO SCAMS!! Our vehicle arrived on time and intact. If I ever move again, Arman is and will always be my guy!! Thank you so much Arman!! Blessings to you and your business. read more

ABC Auto Shipping - Bye bye California!!! - Vehicle Shipping Near Me - Irvine, California

My experience with ABC Auto Shipping was outstanding. From the beginning of requesting a quote for open transport of my vehicle from CA to AZ, Arman was completely transparent, genuine, and worked with me to make sure and reassure me that my car was going to be shipped safely. Even though I had a last-minute request, he worked with us and videoed the whole loading process for us to give us peace of mind. The delivery driver was accurate in when they were going to drop off the car and they delivered the car in its previous condition. We will definitely be going with ABC Auto Shipping for any future auto transport needs and appreciate Arman very much! read more

I had to ship my new Audi Q7 cross-country & being able to trust the company doing it is an understatement. I called several companies, read reviews, did a lot of research & this is what I learned: you pay a broker who shops the trip to multiple drivers/carriers then you pay the carrier. Sometimes brokers know the carriers or drivers & sometimes they don't. Insurance is always the same no matter what they tell you & no matter who you use. Another thing I learned is that a company can have a AAA+ BBB rating the same on Yelp, Google etc, but you have to look back & see if the company has changed their name in the last 2 years or so, find the old name & look that up. Often carriers will change names time & time again because in truth they royally suck & they want to hide that. Thankfully, I didn't have to deal with ANY of that. Arman, whose company is ABC Auto Shipping, is a consummate professional. Arman took the time to answer every question I had. He gave me helpful tips for preparing my car for shipping (my driver told me that brokers usually don't even tell clients about certain things & that's one way he can tell that the broker is a good one). You have to adhere to poundage limits IF they even allow you to put personal items in the car. Generally 75 pounds max. Carriers are not responsible for your personal items so don't pack stuff that's valuable. Make sure you have a quarter tank of gas & not more than that. Gas adds poundage. Make sure that your car is clean. Make sure that you have at least five date stamped photos of your car and/or a video of the same. Make note of the mileage. Remove all valuables. This is what a good broker will tell you & this is what Arman did. Side-note: After I learned these things I waited for brokers to tell me this information, & if they didn't, I knew I wasn't going to deal with them. Arman did & more. I felt pretty comfortable, but didn't sign with him immediately. I waited to see his terms & conditions, which he sent upon request. Several brokers said they would send that to me prior & they did not. Again, red flag. After that, I comfortably signed a contract & made a partial payment to him, which is reasonable & fair. Stay away from companies that want your credit card number to "keep it on file". Big red flag. So what, I'm going to give you a credit card number for something I don't even know you can deliver? Why don't I just give you my bank account number & my Social Security # too? Seriously. Another massive problem with these brokers is communication. Once you indicate you'll work with them, they won't return your calls, your texts, your emails or even pick up the phone. I chose another broker before working with Arman, who I couldn't get a hold of until I told him that I would not be using him. Then he called me texted, emailed & called nonstop, trying to push me with a low price. Another red flag. Arman's price is right on target with everybody else, don't fall for the undercut. One of the things that I value most about Arman, besides his positive attitude & his patient demeanor, is his continual communication with me. When he put my trip up for bid he let me know. When a driver took the bid he let me know. Arman told me to keep my phone with me and I admit for a minute I failed to do that. I didn't get back to him for about an hour & a bid was already gone. So be sure that you respond ASAP. Arman came back with another hit from a driver soon after, which I grabbed. Arman emailed me with specific instructions on how to deal with the carrier from then on out & that he was available for any issues. You are supposed to wait for the carrier to contact you within 24 hours of or on same day of pick up. This is on you so be ready. Arman was very clear with that. Other brokers may not tell you that & leave you in a bind when your driver calls & says he'll be there in two hours. This is all about picking the right broker & following their instructions. Arman was very thorough. He texted me to give me a heads up reminder the day before to let me know that if I hadn't heard from the carrier to contact him immediately. I didn't have to do that as the driver contacted me straight away & I got probably one of the best drivers out there. On time & constant communication. What a blessing to have worked with Arman! During the trip, he followed up with me though technically had he passed me to the carrier & did not have to do that. He texted a couple times to touch base & make sure everything was going well & to let me know that he was there if I needed his help with anything. I didn't have any problems at all, but I texted Arman on a weekend once & he got back to me promptly. My car was on time & perfectly beautiful! No problems whatsoever! Arman, I adore you and cannot thank you enough! If I could give you 10 stars I would. You are kind, professional, & I will highly recommend you to anyone that is shipping a vehicle. Peeps, use Arman at ABC Auto Shipping. Hands-down, ABC! read more

We needed to transport our third car to my son in Texas. It involved meeting the driver and coordinating with my son to arrange pickup. Arman did an excellent job in getting a driver to take the vehicle to my son's town, which was significant since he does not live in a large city. Communications with Arman were excellent throughout the whole process and he negotiated an equitable fee for delivery that was satisfactory to me and my son. Though the driver was a little late (and he had a little difficulty negotiating the offramp to the shopping center where my son was to meet him), the car was delivered in good shape. Nice job by ABC Auto Shipping and Arman. read more

Let me start off by saying that Arman is truly an angel! I cannot express enough how satisfied I am transporting my car with him. I had never transported my car before and needed to do it ASAP. I called after regular business hours and desperately needed my car to be picked up the next day and Arman was able to work with me and my time sensitive situation and went above and beyond to provide me with the best solution. I dropped off my car with him because I had to leave town the next day and was not able to coordinate with anyone to meet the delivery truck at a parking lot outside of my residential neighborhood that wasn't legal for 18 wheelers. Arman was extremely professional and so clear communicating with me throughout the entire process which eased my anxiousness as this was the first time I'd ever done this before. TLDR: It was a smooth and quick hand off and I am so happy to have worked with him! I would recommend Arman to anyone considering transporting their car. Thank you. read more

ABC Auto Shipping - Arman updated me every step of the way and sent me videos of my car being loaded. Really appreciated this. - Vehicle Shipping Near Me - Irvine, California

I declined booking with ABC because I don't appreciate the classic bait and switch Arman tried to pull with pricing. On 5/29/20 I was quoted $1100 & knowing that I wanted to pack extra things in the trunk, I'd personally budgeted $1200 so booked with ABC that same day. 3 weeks later, Arman reached out with a new quote of $1200- $1300 which I pushed back on since that wasn't what he quoted me and the price was my max budget, not including potential fees. Arman said the increase was due to peak season and COVID-19 which I partially understood but I don't see how he had no idea about peak season pricing if this is his profession? After some back and forth he agreed to keep looking for a carrier closer to my budget then reached out a few days later with a new quote of $1350, higher than any amount we previously spoke about. I declined, then he tried two different times to give me a "better deal" ($1300 then $1250!), even telling me he suggests I take it like he's doing me a favor which upset me even more because clearly my time was wasted in an attempt to price gouge. Looking at Ronni's review from 1/2019 this seems to be a common practice so I'll gladly pay more money to a different company that's honest upfront. Screenshots attached. **UPDATE**: After I posted this, Arman texted me saying I was evil and was still typing but I blocked his number (text attached). Please don't give your business to someone who acts this way. **Response to Arman's reply**: In the very second line of my review I acknowledged wanting to put extra weight in the car so I budgeted an extra $100 for it. And no, my car is not mid size. The literal Acura website lists it as: Acura ILX premium *compact* sports sedan. A simple Google search will show you that the ILX is listed as a luxury small car. You want consideration for being a small business, yet I told you I was presently unemployed and you still tried to charge me $1350 when you were capable of doing it for $1250. I'm done replying to this but future customers should know what they're dealing with here. read more

This is the second time I worked with Arman and ABC auto shipping. And the second time that he and the shippers he worked with did an EXCELLENT JOB. Five star experience, all the way, from searching for an appropriate carrier to receiving my sentimentally-valued family car at the end of a 1000+ mile trip. The peace of mind, phenomenal communication, and punctuality were well worth every dollar. I was firstly impressed with Arman's skill in logistical planning. I had spoken with at least 5 other auto shippers who simply could not provide the accuracy in timing that I needed: I had an extremely tight dropoff window of only 2 days, outside of which nobody would be there to receive my car. For an extra $100-200, Arman negotiated with carriers to ensure my dropoff date. He even provided a backup option of using a third party facility in case a driver was not found in time, which was great peace of mind during a stressful move. I later realized that he intentionally selected a trucker based in my destination for further insurance that my delivery date would be met. I also really appreciated Arman's communication throughout the transaction. He sent very detailed automated emails with personalized information based on my order, and he was always reachable via text for quick questions. He kept his word with every date he set, and he also confirmed with me after the dropoff to ensure everything went well. He's built a great system, and as a customer it really shows! Thank you Arman for the five star experience--we'll be in contact the next time I move! read more

Not going to lie, I was overwhelmed by the numerous businesses offering car shipping services. It became quite stressful, and I kept reading horror stories about some of the most popular companies. This is my second time working with Arman and the company. I needed a car transported from Anaheim, CA to Elmira, NY. Arman quoted me for 2200 originally, and I found another company for 1800. But as I've worked with Arman before, I knew I could count on the service. Arman was willing to work with me and bring his price down to 1900. However, as the destination location is so remote, he had a difficult time finding a carrier. He advised me to change location to a bigger city and when I could now, he advised to allow an increase to 2300. I agreed and he was able to secure one at that price for me. The carrier picked up on 6/17 and delivered on 6/20. Arman is very quick with his responses and very available through his texts. read more

After reading reviews of auto shippers, I was very skeptical about using one and tried to get friends to drive our cars across the country (LA to Kentucky) instead. It turned out that bit would cost just as much or more to cover their expenses than to use a shipper, so I did a lot of digging into reviews. ABC Auto Shipping had good reviews, so I called. I talked to Arman for a while - he answered my questions and he seemed straight-forward. I had read a bunch of horror stories on Yelp and Google about shippers in general not picking up on time, not delivering on time, vehicle damage, handoff of the car between subcontractors, etc., so I was still a bit skeptical and kept sending Arman follow up questions over the next couple of days. He was very quick to respond, so I felt like he was my best shot at getting the cars in on piece and as close to on-time as possible. As the pickup date got closer I was informed of who the transportation company would be (ABC is just a broker - they don't transport). The transportation company reached out and confirmed the agreed to pick up date. However, someone from a different company (Golden Empire Express) reached out the day before and said "can we pick up now? In and hour"? I looked up this new transport company and only found a few bad review on the BBB website, so I freaked out a bit and reached out to Arman. He was responsive and both coached me through communication with the transport company (apparently the original transport company subcontracted to another one) and reached out to them himself. That got the pick up back on track for the scheduled pick up time. I had read stories about the drivers for the transport company notifying you an hour in advance that they would be at a Walmart parking lot 5 miles or so away from your pick up location, which in LA can be an hour drive, so I was worried about that scenario. I also had read that sometimes a small tow truck picks up your car if you live in a place that is tough for a big truck to get to, and then they take your car to the big transport. The latter was the case for me. "Ben" reached out in advance to give me the window when he would arrive, and he rolled up in a smaller flatbed truck within that window. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy, and he told me that he would be picking up other cars with the little truck over the next couple of days before putting them all on the big truck and starting the drive. He gave an expected arrival date, which was the last day of the expected delivery window. In my case, I could not have the cars delivered before a specific date, so this was fine. We used Air Tags to track his progress, which was reassuring (sure enough the cars sat in LA for a couple of days before leaving). It was also entertaining because I could see a stop at a casino. He reached out the day before to confirm the arrival date and location (a Pep Boys a mile or so from my address), and texted on the delivery day when he was 1.5 hours away. He arrived on time, the cars were fine, and he was friendly. So, on one hand I felt lucky, but I don't think I would have felt that way if it weren't for Arman's great communication with me. I definitely appreciate the service he provided, and would use him again if I have a need. read more
