The pickup timing was complicated due to the dealership's internal procedures and a five‑day wait for a cashier's check to clear. Despite that challenge, ABC Auto Shipping moved with impressive speed--within just a couple of hours of the vehicle's release, they had secured a high‑quality covered transport carrier that exceeded my expectations. Communication was outstanding. Every question--whether by text or phone--was answered within minutes, day or night. That level of responsiveness gave me complete confidence throughout the process. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the expedited timeline and the premium nature of the shipment. My Corvette arrived in perfect condition, exactly as promised. ABC Auto Shipping earned every bit of a five‑star rating through their professionalism, speed, and commitment to customer service.

They didn't nickel or dime me for the cost and they stuck to the original quote. The website is very detailed and let you know where the truck is at a precise moment and they kept their word on the pickup date and most importantly the delivery date. The process was very simple. After reading nightmare reviews left by customers for many of the large auto transport companies…read moredespite all the paid-for "top 5" articles saying how great they are, I was very nervous about finding an honest and reliable company to have my vehicle shipped. Even though it's a 14-year-old Wrangler with pinstripes and now transmission issues, I'm sentimentally attached to it! I finally went with JP Auto Transport after seeing a post from them on Reddit. They were more expensive than the lowest quote I received by about $100, but they were very responsive, were semi-local to my area, and believed they could get my marginally operational vehicle from Las Vegas to LA within about two days of my booking. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to deliver my Jeep a day earlier than expected, and in an enclosed trailer even though I hadn't paid extra to request enclosed storage when I booked the shipment. I recommend them to others and would use them again, although hopefully I don't have to!

With Patriot, communication was stellar throughout. After I submitted a quote request online, I received an email back within 24 hours with a very reasonable quote. I had a couple of questions and the rep (Allison) was great. She even suggested putting some extra information in the notes about where to do the pick-up and drop-off (something that was completely messed up by the other company). On the day of the pickup, the driver texted me to let me know exactly when he would be there (the other company messed that up too). We talked about the best place to do the pickup and he went to the place that I suggested (the other company insisted on an illegal and dangerous location even though I told them there was a safer and legal spot just around the corner). I asked the Patriot driver to give me his best estimate on the drop off date because I needed to book a flight. He told me he would text me after picking up the other the cars. And he did!!! He arrived on the date he said he would. He texted me about where he thought he could do the drop off and I was able to suggest a better location within walking distance of my house. In short, they did everything they promised, with excellent communication throughout. I will never use anyone else.

Once I got connected with a carrier, my car made it across the country in under a week from Maryland to California with no issues.
