I needed a car shipped to Northern California and got many estimates. I was very disappointed with the service. I was flexible on pick up date and time but not on delivery date. I was promised it would be there on time and it wasn't. The car was two days late and I had to spend additional money ($$$) on Uber etc. I cannot suggest this company! read more

STAY AWAY!!! This is the WORST Shipping company! I first booked online because they said they told me that they own their own trucks for all deliveries. Then later I went to their online chat and was told that they also use other carriers. So who knows the truth but I saw decent reviews so I thought I would give them a chance. Worst decision! After I booked with them, they never called to confirm or anything. I had to keep calling them to even make sure someone was going to pick up my car. I asked them if I could put on a car cover and they said they would call me the next day to let me know. Of course, no callback. I kept having to chase them. I had to call them to find out when exactly someone would come to get the car. Finally, they called me back and told me they would come today between 1pm and 4pm. At about 3:30pm I called them to find out what was going on. They said they could not get a hold of the driver and don't know where he is. The person said, my manager will call you right back as soon as we hang up. 30 minutes later, no callback. Then I called them again and they said they still didn't know what was going on with the driver. Then about ten minutes later they said that the driver was running late in long beach and he would be here by 7pm. And it will be late and dark. I did not want to load my car on their truck without taking a video of the car upon giving it to them and loading it on the truck. This would show the shape of the vehicle prior to shipment so if anything happened at the end upon delivery, I would have proof. So I said sunset was at 6pm so any pickup after that would have to then be postponed to the next day. The contact at Hyperdel said she would call me shortly to see if they can come before 6pm and if not, then she would have to talk to her Manager about what happens next. After waiting another 30 minutes I decided to leave as I had things to do and I already wasted enough time with these fools we cannot even do a pickup properly. At this point I lost so much faith in them. I asked to speak to the Owner and they said it was not possible. About an hour later, I get a call from the guy who said he was the manager and he was literally YELLING at me on the phone telling me that they are a professional company and that I as a customer need to be more understanding and that I needed to rush back home to give the driver my car. He said I needed to understand that his drivers time is valuable! I'm like are you fg kidding me!! What about my time??? I wasted hours waiting for them, then calling them repeatedly and they never gave me a heads up on anything! This idiot owner had the gall to yell at me!!! I told him he got me so upset and he needed to apologize to me and appreciate me as a customer! He said someone was taking a delivery earlier and they could not find the cash to pay them so there was a big delay and so that is why the driver was late. I was like, I don't care what your problems are. You didn't pick up when you promised! He took zero responsibility for their failure and that they totally wasted my time! I even got an email from the customer service person Belle, who said that it was only an estimate of time (the 3 hour time frame) and inferred that the time frame didn't mean they also couldn't come whenever they wanted to come and I needed to deal with it. I'm like who the heck waits 8-10 hours for a car pickup. At this point, after this moron owner yelled at me and didn't apologize, I gave up and said I wanted to cancel unless they give me a huge discount to compensate me. They refused and they shorted me over $200 because of the time they spent in trying to arrange a pickup!! These idiots never arranged anything! So they failed to pickup my car, then yelled at me like it was my fault for not being there whenever it is convenient for them, then never gave me any discount or nor told me when they would come again to pick up the car. So if this is how they act when they failed to deliver, you will only have problems with them! STAY AWAY!!!! I have disputed all charges on my AMEX card!!! In my opinion you will regret ever using them as they have a horrible horrible attitude and they screw their customers! ps. Ask them for their US Dept of Transportation Number..that will show you how many trucks they own....I looked up Hyperdel...no such company exists on the US Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration website! read more

Great experience! I didn't expect to get the car that quickly. I called them on Friday morning and Belle was so nice and helpful .So I was shipping the car from Texas to California. Paid deposit and 1 hour later I received the text from the driver thar car would be picked up the same day . I couldn't believe that to be honest. Driver picked it up in the evening. I expected to have the car in 3-4 day. Driver called me next day after pick up and mentioned that car would be delivered next day.Next day later car was delivered!!! Car didn't have any damages or scratches.Amazing service!By the way pricing beats other companies I checked 3 other companies nowhere near to the quote that I got. I had to wait a little longer to get my car picked up. This was because the driver who was sent was stuck at an inspection site for the day! I was panicked because I needed to fly back to CA and wanted my car picked up in time. Luckily I called Belle and she was able to find a different driver to pick up my car same day! The pick up process was easy and the driver was very nice! I received my car in the same condition a week later! This was from VA to CA! Overall, pretty happy with how things turned out! This is my second time using hyperdel for shipping my car and I'm still satisfied with the service! I would use them a third time if I ever need to ship my car again! read more

This company is very responsive. I recieved a message within an hour after messaging them late in the afternoon. They responded the very next morning with all the information I requested and the quote. I was shopping around and did not end up working with them, but I can say they are wonderful at communicating. We were previously working with another company that would not return our calls and could not get a hold of anyone when we needed them, that's why we decided to look for a different company. We were days away from needing our vehicle transported. We needed someone fast and efficient. I was nervous about shipping my car for the first time. I've never done this before, and I was worried I'd have my car shipped across country and arrive all banged up! That was not the case with Hyperdel. I corresponded with Rigger and Steve and they both were able to have my car picked up for shipment with short notice. The drivers came on the day I had requested (Sunday btw) and picked up my car quick and efficiently. They double checked for any dings and scratches prior to loading which I thought was good and thorough. They loaded the car up and told me they would be in Virginia in a few days. (Pick up was in California) so I was surprised how fast that was. The drivers estimated they would arrive at their destination Thursday afternoon but instead showed up even earlier on Wednesday night. Rigger kept me up to date with the status of my car and everything went smoothly. My car arrived and the transaction was quick!
