The longest wait was due to all the top rack vehicles ( double decker transport truck) being unloaded to place our vehicle ( last to get dropped off in AZ) on top at the very back of the carrier near the Cab. ( understandable) . Delivery & pick up was down the road because the carrier was too big to navigate in the housing area we live in that have smaller streets. The drop off was .5 miles from the house. The pick up was a lil bit further from the house in a shopping area size parking lot. I called again on the first day of the pickup window, and they still didn't know but urged me to call the next day. On the 2nd day of the pickup window I called again and was informed that they had no trucks available and were unable to provide the transport I had contracted.
