Once I got connected with a carrier, my car made it across the country in under a week from Maryland to California with no issues. With Patriot, communication was stellar throughout. After I submitted a quote request online, I received an email back within 24 hours with a very reasonable quote. I had a couple of questions and the rep (Allison) was great. She even suggested putting some extra information in the notes about where to do the pick-up and drop-off (something that was completely messed up by the other company). On the day of the pickup, the driver texted me to let me know exactly when he would be there (the other company messed that up too). We talked about the best place to do the pickup and he went to the place that I suggested (the other company insisted on an illegal and dangerous location even though I told them there was a safer and legal spot just around the corner). I asked the Patriot driver to give me his best estimate on the drop off date because I needed to book a flight. He told me he would text me after picking up the other the cars. And he did!!! He arrived on the date he said he would. He texted me about where he thought he could do the drop off and I was able to suggest a better location within walking distance of my house.
