I love to do business with companies that follow through. Showing up on time at the right location as promised. Aras did a great job picking up and loading an Eclipse for an out of country client. Excellent service used Aras Transport for multiple cars! Speedy pick up and knows exactly the process for out of state transport! Call him!

I had recently used ARAS transport to move my car from Irvine CA to Parsippany, NJ. It was a smooth transaction. Pick up I need the pick up of car on a certain date. Aras promised the pick up date and arrived on time. Most of other transports gave a window of dates, however Aras was ok to pick up the car on a certain date. The car was picked up on time. Drop off I was promised delivery within 2 to 3 weeks. Well the car came with in 7 business days. Exellent. I had coordinated the driver on the drop off point (As the car is transported in a big truck). The car was delivered in 2 min. Walking distance from my place and after office hours. Stuff in the car I had some stuff in the car mostly blankets and other are stuff. Everything came intact. Only one thing was asked to have visibility when placing stuff and it has to non breakable. Aras promtly responds. He is the main point of contact. The price is reasonable. The drop off driver did not ask for extra. As they brought my car safely and well before schedule I gave a tip. If you are planning to ship you car from Los Angeles or near by areas, to my experience ARAS is the best. The pricing is reasonable, takes responsibility, replies promtly. I will be shipping my next car using same service. Thanks a lot Aras. read more

Aras was amazing. I called him at 8:00 am, and said I need to drop off a car for shipment to SF. He met me at a drop off site by 10:00 or so. He then told me he'd need some days to ship it as the weekend was close. He then called me Sunday to tell me it was shipping on Monday/Tuesday and I would have it by Wednesday. The car arrived on Wednesday. It was easy, cheap, and not stressful at all. Wonderful service. I'll definitely use him again. No run around. Great customer service. He shipped my Boxster back up to SF and now I get to use it for the summer! read more

I have been talking with them for almost 6 months when I found out that we were needing to transport our cars... He ALWAYS promised $650 if it was off-season. Now that we were getting ready to ship both of our cars (in September-off season),he did the bait and switch tactic and now is trying to get $995... I cannot believe this! I heard about companies doing this out there... And if need be I can prove with all the texts that he sent my friend and messages on Yelp to my account! Why are there companies out there like this!? You cannot promise a price and then switch at the last moment! It was in WRITING on a text and message. That should be illegal! He said it wasn't under contract! That's the way he tried to get out of it! He also said he would contact Yelp and get the review taken down! What kind of fishy business is this? Again, I have the texts and messages for anyone that want to see. Actually I will post it! On the pics! Bait and switch! Go elsewhere ! *** Edited to show the owner of the company LIED AGAIN!!! Go elsewhere! This is a bait and switch company!!! He seemed defensive and combative on his answer (he also blatantly lied as you will see in a moment). As I have stated... I have spoken to him for the past six months...I did NOT say I only spoke with him six months ago..He is trying to weasel himself out of it again... I have posted the $650 quote that he gave me LAST MONTH in a picture for the world to see. Not six months ago! On July 11, 2018! I am so thankful for yelp!!! So people can post the truth... This is a typical bait and switch company!!! There are plenty of other companies out there that are on the Better Business Bureau to help you! This company is not even on the Better Business Bureau! Please be warned take your money elsewhere... Please look at the attached picture as you will see it was on July 11, 2018 that he quoted me $650... Again bait and switch! That should be against the law or he should be taken off of yelp!!! read more

Aras is someone who is extremely trustworthy. I have dispatched over 50 cars to him in the last 6 months and they have all gone flawlessly. He always gives a great rate, has a TWIC card so he can pick up from the port, & also gives very detailed condition reports. In the world of shady truckers, Aras is a nice change from what I'm used to dealing with. No fuss & easy pick-ups/deliveries. Highly recommend this hard working guy! read more

I'm very happy with Aras transport. Aras was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and we agreed on a reasonable price. I got a call from Aras letting me know the car was picked up on Monday afternoon from the dealer (in LA area), and the driver called me about an hour before the car was delivered to my house and delivered the car by 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday in San Jose area. I would highly recommend Aras. read more

NJ to Los Angeles Aras has the best customer service I could wish for. He replied any time always immediately. Communicated easily, through text messaging also. Pick up from Jersey City was seamless & he & the pick up driver, worked with my schedule & found a convenient place nearby to meet up & get my car on the truck bed. Aras told me he would drop off my car in person & he did so the day of my arrival. He kept in constant communication, letting me know he was standing by for my connivence. He also was as kind enough to wash my car during the move & sent photos via text to let me know All was well. You can pay via PayPal or Cash during drop off. This was my first move across country & I couldn't have chosen a better company to help me & make things seamless. Thank you Aras! I will always refer you. read more

My dad and I are moving to Marina del Rey and I needed to get my dad's new 2016 Toyota Avalon from Palm Springs to Villa del Mar Marina where our boat is moored which is 144 miles away and a 3 to 5 hour drive depending on traffic. I didn't know what to do. We had to have his car out of here by Wednesday afternoon. It was short notice, one day, which had me freaking out. Plus my dad is really particular about his car so I had to make sure the carrier would take good care of my dad's car. I never have shipped a car before. I went online and found Uship. I choose Tropical Auto Carriers because they had a five star rating, thousands of reviews and their price was the lowest. Tropical's carrier was Aras Transport. Aras was great. He called us several times keeping us posted on his arrival time. He was right on time. He throughly checked the car out, gave us the Bill of Lading and carefully loaded my dad's onto his car carrying trailer. Four hours later I got a text from Aras. My dad's car was in Marina del Rey. Aras sent us two pictures of my dad's car parked in the parking structure at the Marina. Aras left the keys with the Dock Master as I asked him to. I could not have asked for better service. Aras was so professional. If I ever have to ship a car again I will call Aras for sure. I highly recommend him. read more

I can't even summarize the excellent service arastransport provided for me. DEPENDABLE, AFFORDABLE, AND and most importantly AMAZING QUALITY service.Aras himself delivered my car ahead of time to the port and communicated seamlessly along the way. His service was personal able, he's the only one you speak to from start to finish. Got my car on the ship with a 24 hour notice. Working in the service industry myself, his genuine care and concern shines. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. One thing I have to share is to make sure that when you book with someone its nice to speak with the person that owns the business and does the transport themselves, as Aras does. That way you have a direct line with the person your doing business with. I first booked with another company that was a no show. In my last minute freak out I didn't know where to turn or who to trust. In the scramble of trying to get my car from santa barbara to long beach port to arrive on wednesday to get on the ships cut off date which is wednesday I luckily found Aras. He was open and honest when explaining that the car may not be able to make the cut off because the port usually doesn't add any additional cars after 12 o'clock that day anyways. ( He has a lot of experience with dropping cars off at ports. **EXTRA POINTS HERE, you want to have someone that knows what their doing.) He said that he would be able to pick the car up and drop it off first thing at opening on thursday. All I can say that he picked my car up from its location without me there with no problems and great communication letting me know he was on his way. I was so stressed after being completely ripped off by the other company before hand. I booked with aras and I have zero regrets. He amazed me with a phone call Thursday morning informing me that my car had made it onto the ship that morning, (after the cut off date) because they had extra room. ALSO because he made sure he was there the minute they opened to fight the line. I just can't even explain how nice it is to work with someone who is just as concerned as you are. So, book with Aras if you are looking for someone to transport your items with as much care as you would yourself. Its truly a breath of fresh air to have someone in the transporting business who is not only good at their job but great with people! read more
