The pickup process was incredibly easy (the driver and I spoke for about five minutes to figure out the best place to load the vehicles) and it didn't take the driver more than 30 minutes to load up both vehicles securely and safely. Beware. My vehicle was returned with interior panels and the glovebox opened and searched through. A personal keepsake was stolen from inside of my car. As a broker company, they need to do a better job at screening the transport companies they do business with. They were transporting a classic car from CA to AZ. For pick -up, the truck driver arrived 2 days late from what was originally agreed upon. When we first tried to contact him by phone to check on pick-up, he was rude and short answered. I had previously agreed with Nick Gomez that upon delivery of the car, I would do an electronic payment. This was not communicated to the truck driver. He expected cash upon delivery and became impatient and irrational wanting his money right away. He couldn't wait the 15min or less that it takes for a Zelle transaction to go through. He treated to take the car away, demanded his money. Shouting and cursing at us. The situation became so heated on his part that we had to call the police. We eventually got the car after a 4-hour ordeal. A month later, after we decided to fill up the gas tank on the car, we discovered a leak on the gas tank. There is no way to prove it, but we are certain this was done due to the truck driver negligent on delivery. Finally being forced to hand over the car to us. Now we have an un-drivable car until the gasoline tank can be replaced. Bottom line. Look for someone else for your transport. read more

Granted there are only two reviews so far (the one star and mine). I read the other review and find it very interesting that there wasn't one main point of contact...there were 3, the reviewer, wife and mother in law. Of course there is going to be miscommunication when three people are involved! We had previously retained another transport company to deliver a non op car from Sacramento to Los Angeles. They fell through and luckily I was referred to eTransport. On the vm I left the necessary information and within 24 hours had a quote. On Monday i confirmed the details and had a tentative pick up date. Yes, it was a five day window but I was flexible. You can check on line about status of the order. It includes the name and tele of the company/person actually driving the car. I spoke with her directly so I did not have to call eTransport. Once the date was confirmed (the following Monday) that morning I got a call with pick up time. Same thing for when the car was delivered the next day. I felt the process was quick, smooth and easy. Was it because I was flexible with pick up/delivery? I don't know but all my dealings with both nick and bon were professional and fantastic. read more

And so they were: as soon as the transport got into the Philly area, just after dawn, the driver called. He had literally gone the extra mile to make sure we had them in time for an important day. The representative from E Transport Solutions Inc. did EVERYTHING right. He found a trucker to make the motorcycle delivery, he communicated in a timely manner and offered a very reasonable price. The driver, however, never confirmed that he actually picked up the bike, didn't communicate at all once he had it and then called Monday morning at my office to inform me he was ready to deliver. Considering he had 2 full days to call me to arrange when the delivery would take place, I was both nervous about the shipment and somewhat disappointed. However, that's on the driver, not the broker. I was very satisfied with the broker. read more

I'm not even sure where to start. Biggest problem with this company, their communication is awful. When I say awful, I mean worst I have ever experienced and I come from an industry where communication is one of the most important tools. Let's get into the details. Please bear with me as there is a lot to go over. Car was to be picked up by the 29th. I made arrangements to have it delivered to a friend so they could have the 5 day window. The last day came for the vehicle to be picked up and I still haven't heard anything from anyone. So I email and call my service rep. (Not going to name names. Complaint dept. already has them) with no response. When I do finally get in touch with him and he realized I wasn't happy, I wasn't able to get him back on the phone after that. No matter how many times I called. I finally called dispatch myself. Which is the only time I talked to someone who actually cared and could tell me what was going on. So thank you Nick. You get 5 stars but you are literally the only one. My customer service rep gets a Zero. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Anyways, finally get told the day the car is supposed to be picked up that they are still trying to find a truck that comes to my destination and eventually wouldn't be able to be picked up until 3 days later. Well I have to be at work in my new city by then so that won't work. I end up having to drive it to a friend's house, leave it with him. He had to take a day off work so he could be there when it was SUPPOSED to get picked up (we'll get to that). But whatever, at this point it is out of my control and I'm just trying to get everything situated so I can hit the road and get back to work myself. Now, let's get to the driver and how the pickup/drop off went. Car was supposed to be picked up on a Thursday. On Wednesday, I get a call from the driver saying he will be picking it up between 6-8 PM that night, not Thursday as discussed and planned. So again, I have to adjust. I call my friend, who cancels his plans with his little girl for that night so he could be there between 6-8 PM. Well about 7:30 rolls around, haven't heard anything. I try to call the driver. No response. Text. No response. Call again. No response. Seams to be a trend. Well at literally 09:30 at night he calls back and says he is down the road about 15 mins away. So AGAIN, I scramble to get in touch with my buddy. Who just put his little girl down for bed that night and was winding down himself. So he stays up and finally about 30 mins later, the driver pulls up. That's how the pickup went. Now since he picked it up a day early, you would think he would get it here by the delivery day. Nope. Delivery day comes and the driver calls and says he will be here the next day (Super Bowl Sunday) and will call me in the morning to meet up and deliver the car. Fine, no problem. At least it made it. Next morning, no call. Lunch comes and goes and then finally as I am getting settled in to watch the Super Bowl. Yep, you nailed it. He finally called and was 30 mins out. Which he then tried to get me to meet him at a dealership which I refused. I did pay for door to door delivery because my car hasn't passed smog and sticker on the tag is expired so I don't really want to be driving this thing through the city. I finally agree to meet him right off the interstate right outside my neighborhood. The one thing they did get right is my car made it here in one peace. But overall one of the worst experiences of my life when moving. And I move cross country a lot for my job. 3rd time this year and this has by far been the worst experience so far. Long story short, even if it's a little more expensive or hassle at the beginning. DO NOT use this company. Go with anyone else. They don't take anything seriously. I can only assume they thought since I'm just one person who cares. Well what they don't know is that I am a bigwig in a company of over 5000 employees across the country. Many of them move often from contract to contract and I will make sure that no one of those 5000 ever use this company. This company is just a third party vendor to set up you and the trucking company. Cut the middle man, let them fell it in the wallet. That's the only thing they care about anyways so hit them where it hurts. It's at least worth a shot. Trust me, you do not want to go through the headache and hassle I went through. read more

One star only because the car arrived un damaged . Unfortunately this will be a he said I said but here goes. One of the first questions I asked Bob at ETS was would they deliver to my address and his answer was yes. I was quoted over the phone 2 prices. One was delivered to house and one if we met the driver (appx 65 miles away). Due to the fact that we also had household movers coming and we did not have an actual delivery date we chose to pay the additional fee to have the car delivered to the house. On numerous phone conversations with Bob I brought up the subject of delivery to the house and he acknowledged that. Due to a conflict with them picking up the car when we needed it picked up my wife and mother-in-law delivered it to their location where they spoke with Nick. Both my wife and mother-in-law said that throughout the conversation it was stated that the car would be delivered to the house unless the driver will be unable to get into the housing complex or the nearby roads prevented it. It wasn't until I got a call from the driver that we would have to meet him in another town (appx 80 miles) in order to get the car. While questioning the driver he stated that his paperwork said nothing about delivering to the house. So what was discussed with Bob and Nick at Electronic Transport Solutions was not flowed to the driver. We made the drive to pick up the car and the next day I called Bob and questioned the delivery. He said that he didn't see anything in his notes. I said that our conversations went back over a month. He offered to split the cost difference with me but I said to take a day or two and go through his notes. After a couple of days I began calling and left messages asking for a return call. I never got one . I called the company and asked for the president and I was connected (he was located in another state and time zone). He said that he would have someone contact me. A day or two later I got a call from Nick who stated that he told my wife and mother-in-law that we would have to meet the driver. When I told that to my wife and mother-in-law they both laughed and said that Nick never said that we would have to meet the driver. Nick offered to split the difference with me and also said that all parties involved should be on the phone. I told him I would try to arrange that and get back to him. When I spoke to my wife and mother-in-law both stated that they know what was told to them and that it is just his word vs. ours and that it is a waist of time. Due to conflicts I was not able to call Nick back for about a week. When I called I asked for Nick and put on hold for a minute. When the phone was picked up again I was told Nick was on another call and he would call me back. He never did. I called a few more times and left messages and never got a call back. It seems to me that there was never any intent on their part to make the delivery as we had discussed. I would recommend that anyone who may do business with them in the future tape record your conversations with them. You may need it. read more

Sam the driver was very attentive to my vehicle. Picked it up from my work location in Morrisville NC. Kept me informed as to when he would arrive for pick up. Arrived on time. Took pictures to show me it was loaded. Gave me an approximate date foe delivery and said he'd call 24 hours before to make arrangements. Since my vehicle was shipping to Northern CA, I contacted Sam 5 days into shipment for an approximate ETA. He told me when he thought he'd arrive and said he'd call in the morning to confirm. Next morning he confirmed delivery time. He was right on time. Vehicle arrived in same condition it left it. Sam treated my vehicle as if it was his own. Very polite and attentive. read more
