Kellie at EMC was referred to me by a good friend who has used her in the past. Needed to ship my new Audi RS3 from a dealer in Texas, out to CA where I live. From the moment I texted her, till the time my new vehicle arrived...her service was outstanding. The carrier was great to deal with as well. Car arrived ahead of schedule and well cared for! The auto transport industry is typically horrible to deal with...Kellie made it easy and stress free. Pricing was very competitive too. Will not hesitate to use Kellie's services for any vehicle shipping needs in the future! read more

We needed to transport my son's car from Central NC to Tucson, AZ, on an unexpectedly rushed schedule. Working with Kellie was incredible. She was responsive -- even taking texts/calls at off-hours, communicated clearly -- walking us through the whole process -- and got us a quote with a reputable auto carrier for less than anyone else I could find that had been recommended to me. The car was delivered on the early side of the window we expected, which was also a wonderful surprise. She made everything about this whole process, as easy and painless, as possible. I would recommend her services to anyone, and will use them again, myself! read more

I was given Kellie's contact information by another person who had used her services before. I felt super comfortable just discussing my shipping needs with her right out of the gate. I have shipped probably 10 or so cars over the years and this was the fastest and best service ever! The guys showed up right on time just as they said they would and the car was unloaded when I came around the corner. I called Kellie on a Tuesday Afternoon and she had the car picked up the very next day. It was a 650 mile delivery so not super far but the car was in my hands Thursday! I will definitely use them again in the future! read more

My experience with EMC themselves was good, but I can't give them 5 stars, simply because the transportation company they selected, Masney Auto Logisitics, left a lot to be desired. And in the end, that has to reflect back, at least partially, on the broker. The Masney driver couldn't find my address on his Garmin, despite the fact we have lived here for 6 years, and the Garmins I have on my motorcycles have no issue with our address. Because he had no idea where we live, he asked that I come down to the neighborhood entrance to help him, so I grabbed my neighbor to give me a ride to where he was. After I got him to move his semi out of the very tight entrance, so neighbors could get in, he was so worried about not being able to turn around in the cul-de-sac at the end of our house, (like many semis have done in the time we have lived here), that I showed him a space he could drop the car at, and leave the neighborhood directly. Of course, I was expecting to jump in the '55 and drive home, but.... the car was out of gas! We got it off the truck, with me pushing, and him inside steering, and I had to call my neighbor to come back and give me a ride to the gas station. Now, the car being out of gas isn't the driver's problem, but it also isn't a problem for me, IF THE DRIVER HAD UNLOADED THE CAR IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE! You know, the service I paid for. He dumped it almost a mile from my house, and it was my responsibility to get it the last mile home. Nice.... read more

Kellie has fully exceeded every expectation I had for this kind of service. She was in constant communication, her price was competitive and her driver was amazing. The car was delivered in tip top shape and here a day early as her driver was concerned he may end up in what is supposed to be the worst snow storm in denver since 1883. If I ever have need again, Kellie will be who I call. read more

Had a great experience. Answered all of our questions, kept up with us as she found drivers that worked for our dates. We were told 7-10 days and it took about 4 days total. Pricing was more than fair. Not the highest by a lot and not the lowest but close enough with the level of service we received. Highly recommend. read more

We shipped our sons car from NY to KS. We were referred to Kellie by a friend who has worked with her before. She found us a transport company, as this wasn't a normal route. Kellie answered all our questions, and there were many, as this was the first time we've shipped a car. She was like talking to a friend. From the first time I spoke to her I felt comfortable. She worked with an extremely short time frame and got the car delivered in time! We highly recommend her. Thank you Kellie..you were awesome!! read more

Kellie was great to work with and came through with efficient delivery of a car we purchased from the east coast.

I worked with Kellie and she is awesome and on it. Responsive and upfront. The driver who she contracted was quick and pretty friendly and flexible. Kellie was pretty quick to book something for me as I had to move forward leave to my new place across the country and leave my car to be picked up ASAP. She kept me in the loop and always did what she said she was going to do. The car arrived within days and in great condition. Such a stress free process. Especially compared to my other experiences with nightmare movers. NOT with Kellie! Appreciate it Kellie!! read more

I was recommended to Kellie by a family friend because I had to ship my car from Texas to New York. From the first phone call, Kellie was extremely informative, nice and professional and explained the entire process to me so that I knew what to expect. She also did everything she could to stay within my price range and to ease my mind during the entire move. The only stressful part was when the driver picked up the car because it was during the work day and the person who was supposed to drop off the car for me was at work. But Kellie worked her magic to have the driver wait until my family member was off work to pick up the car. Thank you so much for everything and for ensuring my car made it to me safe and sound. If I (or you reading this) move again, call Kellie to help you ship your car! read more

I was in a bind and needed last minute vehicle transport for my food truck and luckily I called Executive Motor Coach. I dealt with Kellie who was more than accommodating assisting me in finding the right driver for the job, and quickly. Her customer service was above and beyond. She also provided me with a very reasonable rate for the job, hundreds less than some other carriers (who btw couldn't organize anything even close to the time frame I needed and were much more expensive). The driver she connected me with, Steve was an ultimate professional. Both the receiver of the food truck and I were extremely impressed with his professionalism, communication and promptness with delivery. I would highly recommend contacting Kellie for any and all of your vehicle transport needs, she is a gem to work with. A+++ read more

Kellie goes above and beyond to take care of her customers! You simply can't ask for better customer service. She is genuinely invested in her customers, and MOST importantly she KNOWS what she is doing and she gets the job done. Her prices are the best you will find, hands down. She has exceeded my expectations. We reached out with a nearly impossible last minute transport request from Temecula to Colorado after Road Runner flat out no-showed. Not only did she make it happen, she made it happen in a matter of hours for half the price. I'm telling you she knows what she's doing and she is well connected with the drivers, which is so important. This is the only auto transport company you need. Thank you, Kellie. What a pleasure it has been working with you. read more

Kellie goes above and beyond to help you through this process. There are a lot of shady players in this industry, so finding a trustworthy service was a relief. I sent two cars from CA to TX, both arrived on time and transport driver was very courteous also. Thank you Kellie! read more

We had a great experience working with Kellie at Executive Motor Coach. It's expensive right now to ship a car but, after pricing it with about 6 vehicle shipping companies, not only was Kellie's price the lowest but she was so pleasant to work with and incredibly accommodating. The streets in our area aren't wide enough for a big rig so the driver, Jay, parked his rig miles away and took an Uber to my house to get the car, then drove it back to his rig. When Jay arrived at the destination, he arranged with my daughter to deliver the car to her in the evening after work at a convenient location. The car arrived in perfect condition. Kellie and Jay went way above and beyond to work with us. A+ in all respects. read more
