I am very happy with my entire shipping process. The budget they provided seemed high, but then the actual quote and then transaction were more than fair and reasonable. They shipped a car for me from the Washington, DC area to Orange County, California. The car was not only picked-up within an hour of the window provided but this thing must have driven non-stop across the country! The shipping time they provided seemed pretty aggressive but they stuck to it. They provided timely updates on the day of delivery and notice in the hours leading up to actual delivery. Delivery was made at the beginning of the delivery window and the car was exactly as they picked it up. They do broker the actual trucking, so props to this driver. If I ever have another car to ship I will most definitely return to David and crew. Great staff, great service and great communication. Thanks, Easy Car! read more

I don't waste time leaving reviews good or bad but, I have to with this company. David answered my call after hours on a Saturday and booked me a tow from SoCal to the Bay Area two days later for my SUV with a bad transmission. Super cheap price and great customer service. Easy payment plan as well. Driver was also very responsive to my calls and always answered when I would call to get an eta. Hopefully I'll never need a tow like this again in SoCal, but if I do, I'll ONLY call this company. Thanks again for your support! read more

RULE #1 ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO GET AN EMAIL WITH THE QUOTE THEY GIVE YOU. David is a SCAM artist. He initially provided a quote of $1,300 for transporting my car, but when I requested an email confirmation of the quote, I never received it. Lucky me, I documented details from our conversation (I do this everytime I'm talking about money especially when its a large amount). I had written down the quoted amount of $1,300. When the time came to ship my car, David asked me, "do you remember what I quoted you" I said of course I do, I have it written down, $1,300. He said, "I don't think I quoted you that, that doesn't sound like a number I would say". He proceeded to say, "That was way too low of a number to ship my car from LA to New Jersey" Thankfully I reached out to multiple car shipping companies and had numerous of other quotes who quoted me THE SAME PRICE. All of this to say - get multiple options and keep those options OPEN till the last minute because you can get a scam artist like David who will change the price last minute. ***Also, ALWAYS ask for the quote to be emailed to you so there is a paper trail between both parties**** read more

Moved from Charlotte to CA and they were amazing! They were quick fo find me a driver, explained the costs and my car arrived in a week. No damages to my car or anything. You're also able to put some items in the car too (which helps save some money shipping packages). read more

The process of booking the transport of my sons truck was good. Good communication and quick follow up from Easy Car. The actual company that did the pick up and delivery was not without hiccup's. Driver had a language barrier and did not know how to operate a manual transmission. I loaded truck myself and that was just fine with me. Truck got to destination in 3 days what was pretty good. Along the way i texted driver to check location. He responded in timely matter and truck was delivered in good condition. Originally i wanted to deliver truck myself, but i could have not done it in the same time and for the same amount of money. So thank you Easy Car. Matt U. read more

Is this even a legit business? I have inquired with them 2 months ahead to prepare for my move but had little to no communication with them. Not sure how they have things organized, but I had to constantly reach out to finally get a hold of David weeks later. When I finally got to speak with him, he advised that I would get a call 10 days prior to my set day for a follow up. No call, so here I am trying to follow up again. He also advised that the pricing may be different from the what should have been my locked in price that I booked with. Customer service is not top notch here and it really just takes a simple call for a customer to be assured that they would be in trusting hands. Would not recommend. read more

Hi! My wife Debbie and I purchased a 1949 Willys Jeepster Overland from Left Coast Classics in Sanoma Calif. Our Car arrived in perfect condition, and I must say that the young man who delivered our car was absolutely awesome in the meticulous care he took at gently removing our vehicle out of the enclosed trailer! We were super happy! I would definitely recommend them and use Easy Car Shipping again!! Thanks, Randy and Debbie Myers Costa Mesa California read more

We shopped around and read reviews to find a company to ship our car. So it turns out that this company is well named! The last thing anyone would want is to have problems shipping a car. The company rep on the phone was super professional and clear. He explained the ins and outs. Easy Car has been around for a while now. They contract with good shippers. They quoted a very good price and we were off to the races. You request a period of time and bingo on the very first day of the time period requested, we were booked. The transporter, Robert, came promptly was super helpful and friendly. He quickly notified us when the person on the other end accepted the car. Everything was smooth as silk. You can feel good about choosing this company!! read more

Everyone at Easy Car Shipping was very responsive and helpful in setting up the delivery of our vehicle. David answered all of my questions. Calin (the actual driver with Lux Auto Transport based in Ohio) did an amazing job with giving daily updates and even came earlier than the scheduled time. The vehicle was in great condition with no issues during the transport. I would definitely recommend Easy Car Shipping and Lux Auto Transport to anyone needs their vehicle shipped. read more

Overall a very good experience. They arranged to transport the car quickly and didn't charge us for expedited delivery. The driver was several hours late picking the car up but delivered it a day ahead of schedule and in good order. Solid communication throughout. Would work with them again. read more

I would rate 5 stars but I ended up paying an extra $100 dollars over my quoted price even the receipt is $100 less than what I ended up paying. I think it was just a clerical error or a mix up between the company and driver. Now for the good, the company worked to ship my car to a more remote location and I'm sure it was out of the way so I'm very appreciative of their help. It took some wrangling to make it work and they did it. The driver was phenomenal and communicated the whole way and was very friendly and easy to work with. Fantastic driver and friendly company, minus the clerical error or mix up with payment I would rate 5 stars. read more

Easy Car was absolutely great! Shipping a car, no matter what, is a leap of faith. You can mitigate the risk by reading Yelp review and meeting the business owner, but the fact is you say goodbye to your car and pray that it shows up where it's supposed to on time. If it does, then you're already ahead of the game, and if the service is affordable--well you've hit the jackpot. Lucky for me, Easy Car Shipping was the jackpot. Their service was impeccable, and even worked around some scheduling issues on my end. My car got to its destination 500 miles away the day it was supposed to and in the same condition as how I left it. Easy Car's pricing was excellent to boot. I can't recommend Easy Car enough--thanks, David! read more

David at Easy Car Shipping saved us! We originally had a booking with a different company that fell through. I reached out to Easy Car Shipping only 1 week before we had to have the car shipped, David responded within minutes and said he would try to get a driver (this was during the 4th of July weekend). He was very honest and informed me that it would cost a little extra because the prices had gone up. He did not require any deposit of any kind. Our deadline came and we still didn't have a carrier for our car, so David offered to store our car at their location in Santa Ana until he could secure a carrier, at no extra cost. We finally got a carrier and our car was picked up only two days after we left. We were told about 7 days of delivery (cross country, from CA to NJ). The car came 2 days ahead of schedule! David, thank you so much for your help! I could not be more pleased with your exceptional service!! read more

This was my first time shipping a car. Pick up in Laguna Beach,, CA was on time and the driver gave me a specific time window which I appreciated. Then the drop off was in Seattle and again perfectly on time and driver showed up with my Prius in great condition. The whole process went very smoothly and I will definitely use them again if I need to ship a car. read more

Won an van in an auto auction and need it transport from Tx to Ca ASAP due to possible storage fee. Called bunch of companies to get quotes and it range from few thousand to under a grand. But all the cheaper quotes I got seems to have either no review or really bad reviews on yelp. Also of companies give me super low quotes on their website but when i called, it will be much more expensive. Called Easy Car Shipping and David is very well knowledge about the size of my van and very easy to work with. The quote is not the cheapest but also not on the higher end of quotes. The van got pick up the next day(Fri) after i made the deposit and arrive the next day(Sat). That is just super fast, Tx to Ca is almost 1500 miles and got the van in 2 days!! The trucker was super nice and update me when they are arriving and willing to work with my schedule. Def will use this company again, it just hassle free compare to the other cheaper rate shipper. read more

I bought a Classic Muscle Car across the country and needed a good shipping company. They have an instant quote calculator on there website, other companies took my info and emailed me hours later or the next day. These guys understood my car and the special needs. They offered both Open and enclosed and the price was within my budget. I chose the enclosed option. From start to finish they eased my stress and answered my questions. I'm happy I chose Easy Car Shipping. read more

State2State advertises that your car will be delivered in 7-10 days from pickup. DON'T BELIEVE IT. My car took 17 days to reach its destination. When I complained I was advised that the trucking company would call me to offer compensation for the delay. Of course they never called. State2State is just a middle man. You can contact a trucking company yourself. Don't waste your money on these folks who quickly blame everything that goes wrong on the trucking company and pretty much cut you loose after they have your deposit. read more

I scheduled my pickup on a Friday and the car was delivered on Sunday! This was most expedient service ever! Definitely recommend.

I compared 5 companies, Easy Car Shipping was the cheapest and the most responsive. I've asked for 3 different quotes and they responded with each of them while others just responded answering with just one or even asking me to call them. The shipping was seamless, they gave me the option to drop off the car on their place so the driver could pick it up there instead of me dealing with the scheduling. The drop-off was on time and the driver very experienced and professional. I will use them again in the future! read more

San Fran to Boise. Car was picked up almost immediately and communication was stellar through the whole transaction. No weird rigamarole phone communication with folks not familiar with the shipment. It was personable, and again, the communication was excellent. When the driver arrived into town, he called and worked with me to meet him. It truly was "easy." I hope that Easy Car Shipping continues to uphold the values they bring to their company, and continue to recognize what truly makes for a quality customer experience, unlike so many other companies that are amplifying themselves out there, buying ads and paying for reviews on dubious websites. read more

The best car shipment company. We called around to so many competitors to compare pricing, insurance, delivery dates, etc. Easy Car Shipping had the best of everything. Loaded car next day and got it w/in 12 hrs!!! Excellent customer service

My car made it from the midwest to the west coast in 3 days, which was pretty impressive considering United Auto Transport told me it would be between 5 - 15 days before delivery. The price was 18% cheaper than United's cost with a tighter window for delivery. The driver arrived early to pick up my car on a Saturday morning and by Monday night it was being dropped off 1400 miles away. David is great about communication via phone and email. The drivers are all subcontracted, so you never know what you're going to get there; and mine spoke English just barely well enough to arrange drop off and pick up logistics (this is the only thing preventing me from rating my experience 5-stars), but it worked out just fine. read more

I had an amazing experience with Easy Car Shipping. I needed to ship two cars within a week and reached out to them via Yelp. They were quick to respond, gave me an EXCELLENT quote and were very thorough and easy to talk to. They explained things and had great customer service via email and on the phone. They had everything set up for me so quick and easy. The dispatcher they chose was amazing and got our cars half way across the country so fast!!! Their emails were very professional and first class. I would definitely recommend Easy Car Shipping. They give great quotes, have great customer service and it was the easiest, most stress free car Shipping experience I've ever had!!!
