With Patriot, communication was stellar throughout. After I submitted a quote request online, I received an email back within 24 hours with a very reasonable quote. I had a couple of questions and the rep (Allison) was great. She even suggested putting some extra information in the notes about where to do the pick-up and drop-off (something that was completely messed up by the other company). On the day of the pickup, the driver texted me to let me know exactly when he would be there (the other company messed that up too). We talked about the best place to do the pickup and he went to the place that I suggested (the other company insisted on an illegal and dangerous location even though I told them there was a safer and legal spot just around the corner). I asked the Patriot driver to give me his best estimate on the drop off date because I needed to book a flight. He told me he would text me after picking up the other the cars. And he did!!! He arrived on the date he said he would. He texted me about where he thought he could do the drop off and I was able to suggest a better location within walking distance of my house. In short, they did everything they promised, with excellent communication throughout. I will never use anyone else.

They always take time to answer my questions, offer guidance, and keep me in the loop. The site is neatly organized, clean, and totally secure. They have some common sense rules about getting in and out, and they enforce them properly, so I always feel like me and my things are safe here. The inside climate is just perfect! Not too dry and not damp at all. Also, not too hot or cold. I have had some temperature and moisture sensitive items to store long term here, and they have always come out in pristine shape. Access to my units for moving and to retrieve items on a daily basis has always been very easy. At first, I was wary about the set hours of operation, but I found over time that structuring the hours added to the security of the complex and I could easily plan to make a trip during access hours. We have had a stressful series of moves with many unpredictable problems, but this place was not one of them. Totally reliable and a pleasure to use!

This is my second time getting my cars shipped across the US ( Memphis to California ) and Rustam was very fast. Instead, he had us ready for a pickup starting Monday and proceeded to drag us through days of endless delays and flat-out lies. The pattern was exhausting: Art would confidently assure us that a driver's truck repair was "finishing up" and that we would get a call in 60 minutes. After an hour and a half would pass with no word, we would call the driver ourselves, only for them to tell us the truck was nowhere near done and might not even be ready that day. When we called Art back, he would act completely surprised and say he'd "check on it." This exact scenario happened multiple times since Monday, yet he was completely unable to find a replacement driver. Art actually suggested we drive our cars to the repair shop to load them onto a vehicle that the driver had already told us wouldn't be ready for days. It was completely absurd. Ultimately, Art left us totally stranded on Wednesday, and we had to scramble to find another way to itransport our vehicles. He is all talk, completely disorganized, and has zero follow-through. Avoid this company at all costs.

His quote for competitive and reviews on the r/autotransport were great and on top of that, I just appreciated how quick he was to respond to my questions. He was able to get me a reliable transport the day after I submitted my request with him and gave me a 5-7 day estimate for delivery. There was one minor hiccup since the driver was 3-4 hours late picking up the car from the dealership but Karl was on top of it and connected with the driver on numerous occasions to ensure the pick up was going to happen that day. The car was successfully picked and 4 day days later (one day sooner that the estimate) the car arrived in CA with no issues. I would gladly use Karl again and recommend him to any others that need a reliable and trustworthy car transport.
