They lifted the front end and said the bottom bearings were starting to go bad (which probably are). They estimated a cost of over $1,000.00 to fix and align the wheels. Then they put it on a lift and said the muffler could not be rewelded and would need to be replaced at an estimated cost of $475.00. I had the mufflered wired in place due to an accident that broke the wield. Jim Craig removed the wire and put it back on the bracket even though I told him the bracket was broken but he assured me, it would be ok until I could bring the truck back in next week. Well needless to say, I didn't make it home before the muffler hit the ground. This place is not trustworthy and may inflate their prices for select customers. I've gotten a second opinion $700.00 for the bearings and alignment and $50 to reweld the unwieldable muffler. BIG difference in $750.00 verses $1,470.00. Shame on them.

I came in because my front driver tire pressure sensor went off twice in one day so I took it into this Discount Tire. Sure enough, they found that my wheel had a crack which was causing the tire to lose pressure quickly. Howard pointed out to me that it was about time for a new set of 4 tires anyways since the tread was low. Since my vehicle's stock wheel needed some calls around other sources to find, he did his due diligence in trying to find the exact model. Unfortunately there weren't any available, so he gave me some options and in the end I decided to replace the rims so that they would all match. He told me the set of 4 tires would be there in 3 days (it was Tuesday so it would be there by Friday), but I wanted to wait on the wheels to deliver which were expected the following Wednesday. Howard called me today (Monday) and let me know the wheels came in early, so I went in after work to have them installed. Total time was about 30 minutes to install. I appreciate Howard and his team's genuine care for customers and providing reliable service when in a bind. I'm very satisfied with how everything went and will be back if/when I have tire or wheel issues.

My 2011 Mazda 3 is having intermittent start issues when it gets hot outside so I took it in to get a free diagnosis. They tell me it's an issue with my clutch safety switch and that it would cost a couple hundred dollars to fix. I say okay naively thinking they are honorable or And of course they wouldn't charge me and not fix the issue, right? Wrong. I pick up my car, pay the bill, it starts up fine (it does sometime, it's intermittent). I drive it home. The next day I go to start my car and it doesn't turn right away. I call them to let them know. He says we did fix the issue we replaced your clutch safety switch. I tell him it's still doing the same thing, I would not have paid them anything if the problem would still persist. Mind you this is not even 3 days later. They say well maybe it's the battery. I said if it's the battery why did I just pay $200 for a clutch safety switch. He said because it was bad that I saw them test it. This is horrifically horrible service. To charge a customer $200 for a repair that does zero to fix the issue and instead of making it right they just push me off so they can keep my money. Businesses and mechanics that do this have the morals of a fruit fly. This should never happen but unfortunately it's par for the course for Plaza Tires. I'm pretty disgusted with this service. I deserve my money back. I'm also prepared to show them it's still not fixed for verification. Do not get work done on your car here. Obviously their word means nothing. I couldn't steal a $5 candy bar from Walmart without getting arrested but these people are allowed to take $200 from a family struggling to get by with impunity. Lovely.

Floyd and KC gave me a good amount more then I was hoping for on my trade-in. Which i. Immediately added to my Harley parts budget. Then Sean in the parts department really took the time and worked with me to find hard-to-find parts to add to my bikes. And Larry the service department manager also always had great advice on fixing or inter changing parts for my bike. Even if I wasn't having them fix it, he had no problem sharing information to help me out. From my experiences here, I have nothing negative to say about this dealership and its amazing employees and management. 5 Stars all around.

After they completed the work, I came in to pick up my car and their "payment plans" was a credit card you had to apply for, which is understandable but I wished that was communicated prior to approving the service. They fixed the issue with my car and a few months later I called them after pulling over on the side of the road because my car was having the same issue and I was not sure if my car was safe to drive, they said they'd call me back. They did not call back. Other than that, they were friendly, but communication could be greatly improved.

Unfortunately, after arriving, I discovered several issues that had not been disclosed before I made the trip. The truck had a cracked front windshield, a trailer hitch ball that was locked in place with no key available for removal, and only one key fob instead of two. While inspecting the vehicle more closely, I also noticed that the paint-marked bolts securing the driver's-side front fender had visible tool marks and scratches consistent with prior removal. I observed similar marks on the driver's door hinge bolts. In contrast, the corresponding bolts on the passenger side appeared untouched and in their original condition. This raised concerns for me about the possibility of prior repair work or accident damage that was not disclosed and was not reflected on the Carfax report. As a result of these findings, I decided not to proceed with the purchase. I spent $716 on airfare, in addition to the time and expense of traveling, only to discover issues that I believe should have been communicated before I made the trip. I understand that used vehicles can have imperfections, but I believe customers traveling long distances deserve complete and transparent disclosure of any known condition issues so they can make an informed decision before investing significant time and money.
