In an emergency I can change a tire, but I'd rather call AAA. And I'm perfectly fine with paying someone to change the oil. I know little about car maintenance or repair, but I do know that if I needed a replacement flux capacitor, Autozone would be where I would turn. Still, I like browsing an Autozone. The clerks don't jump on you and they don't seem to mind someone wandering the aisles who is imagining being able to install some of these doodads in his own vehicle. Today, I was looking for a mounting bracket so that I could put a vanity license plate on the front of my wife's car. They had two different models on the shelves, but neither would be a good fit.

Do you relish the anxiety and uncertainty of not knowing if/when you will get your tires installed that you have already bought and paid for? Then this Walmart tire center is the place for you! I bought four tires on the 22nd of August, and set up an appointment to get them installed on the 26th. I went in on the 26th and they told me my tires weren't available and that I would have to just wait. Here it is the 29th, and my app says the tires are now ready to be installed. Of course my appointment still says the 26th and there's no way to reschedule. I went in and some guy said there are 4 cars in front of me waiting for tires, but Tonya should be able to make me an appointment. I went over and talked to Tonya who said no, it's first come first served only. I still don't have my tires installed, and I doubt it will be today, I just don't have time to sit around here any longer. Worst customer service and tire buying experience ever. Please avoid.
