Bought two tires and even asked to have more air put in the one. Went a couple blocks down the road and went in to shop. Came out and the tire was flat FLAT. Took another car back there to see about then going to fix it and they said we needed to bring the tire in! WTH?? Two women - one being a senior citizen and they expect us to be the mechanic?? I came by yesterday to repair a tire and it was right at five pm and it was closing time. I came back today at 4:45 PM to repair my tire and they were open but told me it was to late for a repair. Maybe they should have a sign with the schedule of tire repairs since it's different from their regular operating hours. I brought my car in for a tire patch. They told me i needed new brake pads...yet i had JUST had new brake pads put on my car a week before. I swore id never take my vehicle back to Tire Tracks. Well, a tornado hit our town and the tire place where ive been taking my car had damage from the tornado and they've been closed. So i had to go back to tire tracks for a tire patch on a new tire which I picked up a nail in. After the patch, the tire began to lose air the next day. I took the tire back to tire tracks. They told me there was a 45 min wait, but i ended up waiting for over 2 hours for my tire to be repaired. They also pilfered through my belongings in my car. This place sucks. They lie to women to try to get more business. (Brake pad lie) I dont recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else where the business is honest. read more

They forgot to put the brakes back on my truck. Went weeks saving to buy what they said was wrong with my truck. Quoted me 1000 dollars to change my breaks and the hub so i'd been saving for that just to do it myself and find out they never even put my brakes back on. this is insane. read more

I called around 9am to see if they could fit me in for an alignment they told me to bring it on in. I told them I could be there at 10 and was told it would take about an hour to get it done. They said they would give me a call when it was ready. 3 and a half hours later I called to see if it was finished and was told since I'm a walk in they would get to it when they got to it basically. The employee on the phone told me it might be done by 4pm but couldn't guarantee it would get done today since I was a walk in. The lack of communication and disregard for my time waiting is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend going here. read more

We have bought tires for J&L Concrete, Wayne Owen, and John Ligi. Called tire tracks on a flat repair. Told me 15 minute wait. Waited an hour. Still nothing done. Came back an hour later. Waited 45 minutes. Still couldn't get it fixed. I guess it's because we have road hazard and they weren't making any money. Called the owner at 751-9270. He was even more rude than the Rogers store. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced! We will not be going back. read more

I bought four new Nexen Rotarian HTX RH5 tires here in 2020. Fast forward to 2023, 20k miles on the tires and the edges have completely rounded. Took the tires to the shop since they were well underneath the 60k warranty. Despite being able to provide proof of alignment and rotation. I was told the warranty would not be honored. No proration, nothing. My suggestion would be to find a shop that is going to stand by the products the sell. uphold the warranties provided, and ultimately take care of well meaning customers who are simply trying to ensure their vehicle is safe for their family. read more

The employees are very quick and efficient. Had our tires mounted and balance all in just less than 15 min since walking into the counter. The pricing is also better than most of the other places compared, including norm the tire man, SAMS, Walmart, Firestone and discount tire direct. Would definitely recommend. read more

Got my ties mounted and went out to my truck and there was grease in several places on my leather drivers seat. Went inside was given a plain rag for me to clean it with, I expressed I was irritated that my leather seat had grease in it and was told "Sorry". I brought my 2010 Nissan Armada in for 4 tires and an alignment. It was a toss-up between Tire Tracks, in Rogers or Norm The Tire Man in Bentonville. I went with Tire Tracks because a local mechanic recommended them. Tire Tacks mounted the new tires. The balance is questionable, but that's forgivable. As for the alignment... Shortly after dropping the car off, I got a call from Tire Tracks. My rear alignment was out and the rear adjustment hardware was corroded and would have to be cut off. Cool. Let's get it done, right? No. They didn't want to fix it because they would "have to order parts on backordered" and "that would tie up a lift for too long". Seriously? Park the car and order the parts. This is what mechanics do; they solve problems that customer pay to have solved. I had a conversation with Tire Tracks a couple weeks before bringing my car in. I was assured they have "the best alignment specialists in Northwest Arkansas". Hardly. Now I'm taking my car to Norm The Tire Man anyway, who sells the same tires and is actually a full service auto shop. Phil at Norm the Tire Man didn't hesitate to accept the work I needed when I described the challenges that stymied Tire Tracks. Trying to find something nice to say here, but honestly, tire prices are competitive everywhere. My time is worth more to me that a few dollars per tire. When I need tires and an alignment, I want to drop my car, select my tires and come back later knowing the job is done to completion. The last thing I want is to be told the job is not done and that I'll need to take it elsewhere to have it done properly. Just go elsewhere in the first place. read more

I brought my car to them to get 2 tires mounted which were carry in. I am deaf so I had written down on a sheet of paper what I needed. The man at the counter wrote on the paper I provided that the cost for labor to mount the tires would be $79 for each tire. $158 in total for both tires. I would assume he thought I was deaf and dumb. The last time I had a carry in tire mounted it was $20. These people are not honest and will rip you off if they think they can get away with it. read more

I needed to replace all of my 245/70R16 tires on my PU due to age. I purchased 5 Cooper knockoffs from Amazon and spent some time searching Rogers for the best price to have them mounted. I took them to Tire Tracks and in a little over an hour I drove away with balanced tires on the ground and the spare mounted for a reasonable fee. Don't waste your time ... just go there for all of your tire work. 5 stars is possible if the floors were cleaned and all the stacked up tire piles removed. Really, does the average customer really care about all these tires in the waiting room? read more

Alert: This is a very legitimate business. I usually prefer getting my cars serviced at dealers, but in this recent instance, they declined to fix my flat tire "because it was on the sidewall". Tire tracks fixed it in 20 minutes. Glad I didn't spend several hundred on a new tire. Satisfied customer. read more

I will never go anywhere else. I have been going to them for 3 years now and they've been great. I have gotten all of my tires through them and all rotations and alignments. The guys that work here are great, they won't try to scam you for your money. They'll be honest with you if you don't need a service (which is RARE). I have used Tire tracks to replace tires in the past, yesterday I took my car in for 2 front tires, after hearing a noise, I figured this was the problem since they needed to be changed. After my car was finished the noise was still there, so I went back in and tried to explain, Chris came right out without being asked and took the car for a drive and told me what the noise was and how it needed to be fixed (actually explained the different types of parts, and costs). When we got back he took my car in lifted it to make sure this was for sure the issue, it was, and then he called to get the part they needed ordered for the next morning. All of this at closing time, they could have just gone home and told me to come back the next day to check it, but they stayed after time to go home!
