What a phenomenal off-road shop!! I was in Bentonville catching a concert & happened to stumble across 4 Wheel Concepts !! Jason & his team upfront blew me away @ their customer service & their suspension knowledge !! They answered all my questions regarding suspension along w/ tire / wheel fitment on a new F-250 I'm planning on purchasing soon!! They were steering me ( no pun intended ) to the new S&B / One Up Off-Road kit that just hit the market. They said it corrects all the caster alignment issues & loose steering feel that a lot of other companies fail to address. Their knowledge is absolutely unbelievable. Even though I'm in Texas, we talked about me buying the Superduty in Arkansas, having them outfit it, & then I'll fly out & pick it up !! Great experience dealing with 4WC to install lowering springs on my X5M. Job was completed within the day (just had to wait for an alignment) and for a great price - and I'm super pleased with the outcome. My vehicle threw an error code during the install and the guys were able to identify and fix the issue (which cleared the code) within a few minutes. The work done looked great. Unfortunately it isn't what I had asked them to do. The switches are in the wrong place but once a hole is in your dash there really isn't any changing that. Also, they wiring was ran in the wrong place, so it is in my way entering and exiting. Quality job but not very handy. My advice is to get the counter guy to take notes instead of just nodding his head and not making eye contact as if he really just wanted you to leave so he could get on with his life. read more

I recently had my truck lifted and purchased new tires/wheels through 4 Wheel Concepts. We started off the process by dropping in one day to browse. The store is very clean and is staged very well. I could easily drop several thousand dollars there. We talked to an employee and got an estimate for the lift. She gave us a website where we could browse wheels based off of the bolt pattern, size of wheel and offset. This was very helpful, because it allowed us to see all available options for our truck at once - rather than going into each tire to see if there was an option for our truck. Once we decided on the wheels, we returned to the shop to get help with the tires, and make an appointment. A different employee helped us with the tires. He gave us several options, and we chose the tire for the look/functionality we wanted. We were asked to put a $200 deposit down, which was more than fair. They got us scheduled for the next week. I dropped the truck off the night before using their convenient key drop box. My truck was originally supposed to be completed the next day, but they ended up having to keep it an extra night for the alignment. We didn't find this out until we called to make sure the truck was ready to be picked up. I am very happy with the way my truck turned out. No complaints there. I previously used another 4 wheel shop to have my Jeep modified, but they recently closed, which is how I landed at 4 Wheel Concepts. My only gripe is the customer service. Only one employee had good customer service skills. She made us feel like she wanted us to spend our money there. The other staff we have dealt with, including the owner, come across as indifferent. Several times the owner interrupted the staff who were helping us, without even acknowledging us, on multiple visits. I am old fashioned, but it is sure is easier to spend thousands of dollars in a store that makes you feel like they appreciate your business. So my verdict, go there for quality products/work, but do so understanding they aren't going to go out of their way to make you feel welcome or appreciated as a customer. read more

Update; I took my 4X4 in as planned and extremely happy I found this shop! Thanks to a Firestone mechanic that recommended them to me for my 4X4 needs. Truck looks and rides way better now! Major improvements all the way around. Chris added extra touch with a nice lighted rocker switch on dash panel for rear bumper lights which most shops would of just stuck under with the adhesive it came with. We used 4 Wheel Concepts a few times and have dropped $4 to $5 grand down the few times we used them. Brittany is amazing and her customer service is what you would expect with a business you are spending thousands with. The rest of the staff and the business owner are rude, condescending and arrogant humans. We had to reschedule one of our appointments, which we thought was ok. They never said a word about it. I figured if it wasn't ok they would have told us when we asked to change the time. That was our first appointment. Then I went to get new tires on my car. We got them picked out, I put a deposit down of $200 and set a date. Our appointment was scheduled for when we were were out of town, that way I wouldn't be without a car. My mom was going to drop it off for me.... Then while we were gone my grandma became very sick with Covid and my mom had to be at her bedside non stop. So she could not take my car in. I text message dBrittany several times but she never replied, I called the shop once but never got a hold of anyone. I assumed since Brittany had received my text messages that she knew I wasn't going to be able to drop the car off and that I needed to reschedule. BUT she was in some kind of leadership training and never received them, and the office never answered my phone call. So I didn't follow up. That was my mistake. My grandma died from Covid the day before my appointment, while I was out of town (we couldn't get any flights back home in time to see her) so it was not on my mind at all. I got home and then remembered and immediately called to reschedule. Not only did they keep my $200 dollar deposit, they refused to rebook me. Said I wasted their time, he was horribly rude to the point I was crying on the phone. I explained my circumstance but apparently that didn't matter because they never reached out or refunded the money. The owner said he had enough of our "antics" I asked what that meant and he said this was the second time we stood them up, which they admitted (after I reminded them) that that was not the case. We rescheduled the first time, I texted multiple times and called with no answer to reschedule. This company has terrible customer service and honestly they aren't very good humans in my opinion. To make someone who just lost someone cry over a stupid tire appointment is insane and then to keep their $200 bucks is just wrong. Go to Boss Hawg Off Road they did an amazing job and had amazing customer service. read more
