After having work done on my son's truck we had to take it to the dealership. Where we found out they had not put things back together properly and used the wrong size bolts. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If I could give them a zero I would. I will say though Brian who is an employee with them was the only professional person in the establishment. They should be thankful to have him. That is the only nice thing I can say though.

I was upgrading my whole suspension here and putting on new wheels. When they were done, car was…read moresitting on the parking lot under the rain, so I didn't do visual inspection of the car and just left right away. I wasn't expecting anything bad to happen anyway. Parked it in my garage. It's not my daily driver. After few days I noticed that my brand new wheels are scratched all around in multiple spots. They were brand new in the boxes when I got them there to their shop. I really like these wheels so I was heartbroken when I saw that damage. I was in the process of making this car ready for the car show. Rear ones had just clear coat damage, but the front ones were scratched to the metal in some spots. When I came to their shop and showed them the damage, they spent around 30 minutes denying it and making up stories about how someone else have done it. In the end they did admit that it was done by them during the alignment by the alignment wheel. I was hoping that they would compensate me at least the price of the front wheels. Gentlemen named Mike said that they would pay me 50% of the price of just one (1) wheel that was damaged the most. But they never did. He also said that I wouldn't be able to get the alignment done without scratching the wheels anyway. Seriously??? Wth? The very next day a called them few times and they just ignored me and have never contacted me since then. Now I have to spend another 500$ on the set of another new front wheels. And all of that after I have spent there around 2400$ just on labor alone and was going to spend even more, because there are lots of things that I wanted to do on that car project. If that's how you guys want to run your business, so be it. I will be looking for some other shop. Really disappointed. I don't recommend going there, they might damage your property and won't even admit it or do anything about it. Not cool.
