Dont waste your time or your money, the folks here at RNR tire talk a great game about 6 months…read moresame as cash but this deal hides some nasty work. You will be charged weekly fees that are not explained at the time of purchase making your tire purchase exponentially more expensive. They don't charge interest for financing the tires but they do charge some absurd "insurance" and "taxes" on a weekly basis that conveniently workout about the same as if you were paying interest. At best they are disingenuous in advertising 6 months same as cash but I believe the truth is that RNR makes their money misleading people about the cost of their product and the nature of their services. Most other tire shops offer the same or similar financing options without the added scam that RNR tries to pull, I'd recommend going literally anywhere else for your automotive needs. As of today I have paid over 900 dollars for 2 tires for a 2015 Honda accord, don't make the same mistake.

I would like to say a big thank you to Taylor Greech and Arthur Keith. I came in on Thursday to get…read moresome wheels, and unfortunately, a few things didn't work out exactly the way we had hoped. They both took the time to make it right and truly took care of me. I've had a couple of really difficult years, and it honestly meant a lot to have someone take the time to listen and treat me with genuine kindness and understanding. These two guys really work hard in what I'm sure can be a very stressful environment, and they still took the time to make sure I was taken care of. That meant a lot to me. There are still great people out there who care, listen, and try to do the right thing. Taylor and Arthur definitely showed me that. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for wheels or tires. Thank you both for everything. I truly appreciate it!

E. Wood Local Guide·33 reviews…read moreI brought my toyota rav4 in for an oil change and to check brakes for frequent grinding when coming to a stop. I called about 5 hours later to check the status and was told oil change had been completed and waiting to check brakes. A few minutes later I was contacted that my car was ready with no problems found. He explained that there was over 60% of the pads left in the front and 80% on the rear. That would be fantastic news if the brakes didn't grind! They test drove and couldn't duplicate the problem. The problem did continue for me driving home. I appreciate they didn't want to do work that wasn't necessary, but service advisor did not care to listen to what I thought might possibly cause the noise. I explained my car had previously been in an accident and had front suspension parts replaced. I suggested it might possibly be a loose pad or calipers loose or hanging up but he blew it off as a sensor. I didn't get the feeling that my problem was worth looking at beyond checking the pads for thickness and diagnosis fee. I basically was charged 204.00 for an oil change including their 3.5% credit card use included. After using my debit card I noticed the fee so changed and wrote a check for 197.00. Maybe it's me, a little confusing thinking debit card is the same as cash (most places). They did however only refund 197.00 of the 204.00 charged. So we are back to 204.00 for an oil change (to be fair, I got my preferred oil) and to be told my brakes are great. I have had people recommend your shop to me in the past and decided to give your shop a try with my brakes issue, but will never recommend or be back. Enjoy your 7 bucks credit card fee you kept, it will give me enjoyment in telling everyone I can of my experience and waste of time and money using your business. Update: I did reach out to Doug, but after emailing back and forth I am unsure he understands my frustrations of getting my brake problem blown off. It was my understanding I was paying for a true evaluation of what is causing the grinding noise. What I received is a free tire store look at the remaining brake pads. My option is they just don't care to do anything beyond the quick and easy $$, or care to listen to their customers. I never plan to return, trust is gone.

I don't normally write reviews, but felt I need to for the guys at Cycle Gear in Rodgers, AR…read more I was on day 3 of a motorcycle trip when I got a flat on my Harley. I was able to get it off the road, and needed to find a shop to fix it. However, it was Sunday and Harley is closed, so my options were slim. Luckily, Cycle Gear was open, and they were 1.5 miles away. I spoke with John on the phone, and although they couldn't change the tire (they don't work on bikes), he would allow me to work on it outside their shop. I got the bike towed to their shop and was able to find the screw in the tire. I plugged the hole, but the tire had popped the bead and wouldn't hold a seal. I was dead in the water. John called the manager, and they allowed me to leave my bike in the back of their shop, until I could get it to Harley the next day. Awesome! The next day, Harley came and got my bike and got me on the road. Cycle Gear didn't have to help me the way they did. John even helped with trying to get the screw out in 100-degree heat! These guys were a class act. They never once gave me any grief about leaving my bike in the shop overnight and were patient with me the next day. In a time where it seems that customer service is dead, Cycle Gear in Rodgers, AR restores my faith in people. Even though all I bought was a tire plug kit, they really went above and beyond in helping me. If it wasn't for them, I might still be on the side of the road. These guys will forever have my gratitude! If you are ever in Rodgers, AR shopping for bike gear, PLEASE go check them out. They have a ton of great gear, but most importantly, they are GREAT people. Thank you so much guys!! You really are the best!!! TK
