They fixed the issue with my car and a few months later I called them after pulling over on the side of the road because my car was having the same issue and I was not sure if my car was safe to drive, they said they'd call me back. Took…read moreback to them they agreed to take to jeep dealer repair inspection. inspection showed the AFTERMARKET cooler they put on failed. Them jiffy lubetried saying they didn't replace the oil cooler which would have been the original problem. Jeep was bought new from same dealer never had work done on it anywhere else. The took four days longer than Jiffy Lube expected. They gave me the oil for free so didn't list it on the invoice so now they're trying to say they didn't replace that part but it's aftermarket they had to have replaced it nobody else would have they don't stand behind their word go to the shop. They are scum. You don't do people like that $4000
