The shop had to go and buy a tool in order to remove it. The oil change took two hours. Thank goodness that I had the time. The guys there at the shop were very appologetic etc. They comped me two interior cleans as I am a member so I already have outside coverage. I appreciated them trying to make the situation better. Just a suggestion, I would train my mechanics to pay attention to manufactures instructions on their parts.
