I just started a membership here about a month ago and I am very unpleased for starters they don't smile and look like they hate their job when you enter like you ruined their day. Am a member of Splash so I can get my car wash when it needs it. I recently came from a road trip and wanted my interior cleaned so I went to there Rogers location. To be fair as a member they gave me a discount. The service guy tried to pressure me into add on's. I declined, so have gotten out of there at that point but i did not. My car was still very dirty with the carpet almost untouched! The counsel was still uncleaned! I could see guys out there moving around my car and was shocked on what a poor job they did. Am currently thinking about cancelling my membership so I can find another company. read more

I've been a customer at Splash for over a year now. Bought the unlimited yearly wash plan. The people at the kiosk outside are always friendly and willing to help. Same for the employees at the entry of the car wash - very nice and happy to help. I've had my oil changed here a couple of times and they do a very nice job and the prices are reasonable. Detail shop is fast, very detailed oriented, and the waiting room is a nice place to wait for your vehicle. I can't count how many times I've visited over a year, but it is a LOT and the people are always great. I've tried a few other places in NWA and yet to find one this nice. read more

Terrible experience. The audacity of them to call this a detail is insane. This was hardly a vacuum, they basically ran a vacuum over the car a couple times and didn't try to clean it at all. I have had several details done at Splash Car Wash NWA in the last two years. Each time I was let down but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I won't be back after several sub par experiences. I took it in again yesterday for one more chance with a car that was lightly dirty. It just needed a vacuum and wipe down. Honestly I can't believe I paid $49 for a car wash and detail and the person that cleaned my car did not even wipe down the inside correctly not only that the windows still had water marks when I rolled them down! I LOVE this place! I have the All Inclusive Membership. So, for $63/month I can get my car washed & detailed on the inside every single day. Then, every 5,000 miles or 3 months (whichever comes first) I get a synthetic oil change. Their waiting room is fantastic! There is a place for kids to play, TVs, comfortable chairs, WiFi, popcorn & drinks. I can get my car cleaned inside & out, have my oil changed & my tires rotated in under an hour. My wife and I washed our Jeep and as we were paying a young lady came up and asked would we like a membership? We declined and continued through the wash. The next month a $35 charge was applied to our credit card. We went to the car wash and spoke to the assistant manager. He was very nice but said could not cancel "account" or do a refund and that we would have to contact corporate office. so I called and talked to a lady but she could not do anything but send my request for a refund and for cancellation of the "account" that we did not know we had to another part of the company. I asked if I could speak to a manager, but no she was unable to so. A few days later got email saying could not refund the $35 charged because we had not requested the refund 7 days prior to due date. This is one of the best car washes ever, the people that work there are extremely friendly and the car wash leaves the car spotless every time. They have free vacuums to clean yourself or you can pay to get the car cleaned by them and it's worth it. They never fail to please me! My sister has gone to Splash several times and has been recommending it for over a year. I have a long road trip coming up so I went in for an oil chain, tire rotation and detail. The wait was what I expected for not scheduling an appointment and the number of services requested. Upon checkout I was thanked for my patience and offered a 50% discount! Had a coupon for a free $19 wash. Couldn't get the scanner to read my phone and a young lady came out to help just as I finished manually entering the code. She told me what to expect and then guided me into the tunnel. Overall clean of the truck was acceptable but the wheels still looked grimy. Might try another similar tunnel wash and pay special attention to the wheels. Possibly this is average but could be poor. At this rate I'll need to clean the wheels at home by hand. Detail service is terrible. They didn't even attempt to wipe down inside of truck. Left huge amounts of dirty areas (1'x3') areas on both sides of the truck was left even after going back twice to ask that they get it cleaned off. Do not recommend this location. read more

Just left Splash after my first visit and they've officially hooked me as a returning customer. Though my very first impression was a bit shaky (the parking lot and entrance are pretty weird to navigate - or maybe I'm just an idiot), everything else was seriously wonderful. The staff who greeted me (a girl with FLAWLESS makeup and oil on her clothes - totally badass - and a guy) were super friendly and welcoming. They asked me what service I needed and immediately got to work on my oil change. I expressed concern about a mold smell in my AC (hence the 8,000 air fresheners!) and the girl with the perfect eye shadow (seriously, if you're reading this, you rock that look) went to work on pulling out my cabin air filter while the guy pulled the one under the hood. Instead of the whole OH MY GOD THESE ARE TREACHEROUS AND MUST BE REPLACED WITH EXPENSIVE NEW ONES RIGHT NOW thing I was expecting, they showed me that, on the contrary, they looked quite fine and didn't need to be replaced for a long while. Then the makeup girl goes to the computer and starts googling treatment for mold smells in AC vents for me! Who does that?! So sweet! K this is really long. Basically, they did my oil change, washed my car in and out, and gave me a free $42 car wash for later all while being supremely friendly and down to earth human beings. I had a great experience with a basic oil change and decided to go back for a car wash and to vacuum out my car before having a baby. The attendant EJ explained that they do an interior detail as well and for the price, it was well worth waiting 15 minutes to drive away in a freshly vacuumed and wiped down car as opposed to taking a whole afternoon to do it myself at home. All of the employees were kind and personable. The lobby was tidy and had a kids area for my daughter so we could both wait for our car comfortably! The amenities and service were built with the customer in mind and that is something I really appreciate now that I'm not able to move around as easily.
