Great car wash that actually cleans both the inside and outside, one of the few in NWA that does it all well. The staff is always friendly and pleasant, and the facility is consistently clean, including the waiting area and bathrooms. Everything is top tier, and the service is so good I don't mind driving 20-25 minutes to come here. read more

Great car wash. bit on the high side. Service seems excellent though I wish they wouldn't wipe off your windshiled with rags after you came out. It seems to just smear it up imo... Maybe they are supposed to change the rags more often than they do? idk but yeah, its like... why bruh? just letit dry in the sun! overall tho, convenient, easy to use, and kinda fun! A good value if you want a really nice wash for your vehicle. read more

The lady who works the pay station is always so personable and efficient!! The young men who detailed my vehicle were very polite and did a good job as well. read more

Our car was chipped in two places. Both the size of a golf ball or larger. We had no damage before this and the chips were not present when we went in the wash. Once we consulted a manager about this issue, he was arrogant and irresponsible, saying it was our fault and a risk we have to take when getting a car wash. He didn't really do anything to fix the issue. I would give zero stars if possible. Horrible experience read more

We have a membership. I wanted to do a shout out about the exceptional service I received by a young g man named Q. I had been trying for years to get my car membership to work so I didn't have to get out of the car and enter my code. No one was able to get it to work until Q tried. One attempt and he was able to get it all sorted for me. Genius!! Great car wash, nice staff, I love this place. read more

*Edited- popped in today after work to get a full exterior and interior detail, it was a little over $50. I went through the wash and while the interior was being detailed I relaxed in the little waiting room. I loved that they provide this service as well as free water inside. I was there less than 30-45 minutes, it was so convenient and inexpensive for what you get. Note for next time I will throw away trash-I didn't think about the cups in the cup holder and the cup holders didn't get cleaned. I think I will sign up for the membership next time! I was SO impressed with my car wash the other day, I literally can't wait to go back and get the full interior cleaning as well. I wish they could open one closer to Springdale or Siloam Springs, because Zips sucks! (Oops, did I say that out loud?). read more

I had a monthly membership until they removed the scanners that read the bar code on my windshield After this the hassle factor was too great and I canceled my membership I liked the convenience of driving up and the sensor reading my bar code and allowing me to pass through Now I must use my phone and wait for an agent to come let me in A bad decision to remove the sensors And the app doesn't work read more

Update on Previous Review..... Good News, the owner of car wash actually cares. He took time and reached out to me concerning my complaint. He researched it, heard me out and made the corrective action that he felt needed to be done to insure a professional transaction. As I stated to him, if I was a owner I would like to know when things don't go as well as they should have, he agreed. Give these guys a whirl, I think you would be happy. read more

Loved the quality of the wash and the service! Three people worked on my truck from arrival to finish...and this was for the basic wash! Cleaned the wheels and bugs really well! read more

absolute smear job on my windows during the dry off process. this was at the Bentonville location on March 28

Really liked this car was used many times did a great job at first last two times got my car crooked on the belt and ended up scratching fender really bad attitude from manager will never recommend port go back read more

We chose to get a membership and at first it was a barcode system and was changed to a phone system to check in. Staff was very friendly helping learn the new way. Always friendly and my car is clean. Big dryers at the end do a good job but they add an extra touch of towel drying at the end. Self vacuum and cleaning towels available for your use. Wish they had one in Siloam Springs. read more

Oh man, don't use this car wash. The brushes are certainly "powerful." One thing that's specific to me: my front, no-drill, license plate bracket and the plate were completely warped and ruined. Additionally, once I got home, I noticed new horizontal scratch lines in the paint. This car wash will ruin the cosmetics. Definitely avoid if you have a nice car with expensive paint. The brushes are too rough and probably not microfiber. read more

So I have a membership to this car wash which had been there 6 months or so. Today on a Saturday when the temperature is 68 degrees they were supposed to be open at 8am. We went by at 9am and they were closed. Went by again at 11:30 and still closed. No sign or notice. Not a way to take care of customers. Especially, when you take membership fees every month from me. read more

I love getting my car cleaned and decided to check out this relatively new car wash. You can buy a one time wash or you can purchase one of their memberships. The washes are Silver, Gold and Platinum. The Silver is $12 for a single and $34 a month for a membership. It includes underbody blast, wheel cleaner, drying agent and hand dry. The Gold was is $17 for a single and $40 a month for a membership. It includes everything a silver has plus triple foam, clear coat protectant, and rain repel. The Platinum wash is $22 for a single and $45 a month for a membership. It includes Gold wash plus tire shine and hot wax. All of the memberships are unlimited. On my visit I purchased the Gold wash (single). Before I entered the wash, they sprayed down my car to give it some extra cleaning. Once you exit there are employees waiting to hand dry your car, which is nice because the dryers don't always get all the last drops. After you get hand dried, you can either leave or go to the vacuums. I always make sure to vacuum my car after. I love the high power vacuums they have, it seriously can get everything! This is a great car wash and I will be coming back! Awesome service! read more

I had the BEST experience here. I came early on a Saturday and I received the "early bird special" which was like $2-$3 (I don't remember which) off. I was very happy about that. Then before I got through the washing aspect of the car wash, one of the workers sprayed down my car to make sure that all the gunk got off my car in the wash. I really appreciate the extra service. Then I got my car washed and it smelt good, it wasn't too old for my 5 month old, and then when the wash finished, I got a quick towel dry from the workers which was unexpected but much appreciated. I was overall very happy with my service and will be back soon! read more

Diamond Wash - They always get the bugs off! - Car Wash Near Me - Bentonville, Arkansas

Great experience. Fast service. Polite team members. Clean car. I'm happy!!! Seriously though, as a mother of 3 young children my mini van is always "just one snack pretty please" away from from disaster. Since purchasing my Diamond VIP membership my van has been so easy to keep spotless and crumb free! The value of the inside detailing that comes free with the membership is incredible and this is the only place in town I've seen the opportunity! The feeling of a clean car both inside and out that took me zero effort ranks up there with a trip to the salon read more

Diamond Wash is THE BEST car washing facility I've seen. They have 3 wash options ranging from $12-22 and they each include a towel dry service upon exit which works great for getting those last drops. I did the $17 Gold Wash and it was totally worth it. You can even choose a 'touchless' (brush-free) wash and, from my experience, this cleaned my car almost perfectly. It even got the wheels clean! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The vacuums are great too and there are plenty of spaces available. They offer VIP Club Membership for greater value and if I lived in the Bentonville area I would sign up in a heartbeat. read more

My washes were good and I was a member for months, however when they moved to their new system, things went from a convenient bar code scan to having to wait in line to key in and scan your info. Then they charged me twice for one month. It took weeks to finally get someone who said they would remove the over charge only to come in and be told I would have to pay again when id already paid twice for the month. No apologies even after explaining and showing the texts showing our conversation. So I've moved to Club & even though they don't wipe it down, they give you a clean towel to wipe your vehicle and an air freshener. No biggie to wipe off a little water while you vacuum your car, I use it to wipe down the inside surfaces too and know it's clean versus reused towels at Diamond that they wipe down your car with. read more

Came to Bentonville for a dr apt and across the street was this car wash. Leary of drive thru car washes because our car was damaged in one. But it was hoppin so we took the chance on it. Very satisfied!! They spray your car down really good before it even goes through the wash. When you come out of the wash you have two guys with towels drying our car so it does not have spots. Wow! You definitely get what you pay for. Now I think we will drive from Springdale to Bentonville just to get our car washed. Great job guys!. read more

Staff was super nice the wash actually cleaned my tru k and the price was reasonable. I love the towel drying and that they really spray down the trouble spots before you drive through read more

Dishonest business practices. I came and asked for a wash and detail. I typically get the Diamond wash. And have been a loyal customer. The wait was over an hour so I paid for the wash - they said "come back and you can just pay for the detail only". I did. I told them. They declined. Then spoke to the manager, who also declined to honor their promise. Even knowing they had committed. No integrity. read more

Went to the car wash today! They have the hunted house going on! It's fun but your car isn't going to get to clean.

Best customer service ever! Also a great wash. The whole process was flawless and my car was shiny for days to come.

The first thing I have to say about this place is that every time I go through the wash there is always some teenage boy who just stares. A customer should not feel uncomfortable going through a car wash. Second thing is I bought an interior detail and the end result was not what I expected. My windsheild had streaks on it and my carpet was still a little dirty. Not to mention the back of my car was not washed all the way. If I could give this place a negative star I would. read more

I come to Arkansas to visit family and when driving, I always stop here for a wash and inside cleaning. I get the Diamond Wash which includes an inside detail. The current price is $44 for the top level Diamond wash and I have never been disappointed. This trip I added a leather cleaning and conditioning treatment for my leather seats, which was well worth the extra $20. Every trip I am impressed with the young people that work here as they are so polite and take the time to make the inside of my vehicle spotless. I wish this place was close to where I live because of the exceptional job they do compared to the places I go to at home. read more

This was our first time at this car wash. I was looking for someone to clean the interior for a reasonable price. After our travels out west we had all kinds of sand, clay, and other forms of dirt in the carpets, door panels, etc. Found this place through Yelp and thought we would try it. We pulled up to the entrance and were immediately greeted by a cashier who explained the services and checked us out. She have very clear instructions on what to do next and what to expect. She also gave us a rain check for the next week with a code to get a simple wash since it was about to rain. We chose the Diamond package with the interior cleaning which came out to $44. And for that price, we sure experienced the white glove treatment. They pre-sprayed as we entered the wash and the wash itself did the best job of any automatics I have seen in the area. When we pulled out two workers were waiting on us to hand dry the vehicle and buff the wheels. Amazing! They then directed us to their co-workers down the way who were waiting to attack the interior. One worker greeted us and explained what they were doing to do. They even offered us a free air freshener scent but we declined due to our allergies. They pointed us to a lobby so we could wait comfortably while they went to work. The lobby had free water and a vending machine with snacks and do it yourself cleaning products for sale. There was also a private bathroom and a television. They also offered free WiFi for customers while waiting. About 15 minutes later and they were done. We came out to our six year old vehicle looking really close to the day we bought it new. Outstanding work!! We will definitely be back. Best service we have had in any capacity in a long time. Well done crew. Well done!! read more

Paid for the Premium with interior. $59!! Automatic machine was ok. My car was not very dirty, I just wanted to get the dirt and debris off from a rainy week. The automatic machine is ok. Hand dry was weak. They used a dirty towel I could see dirt on it and I'm lucky with my new truck. Didn't touch the rims and they have water marks left. The interior was not very well done either. They didn't even vacuum the seats. Or center console. There was legit garbage and crumbs left everywhere. I would NOT pay for interior ever again. I may buy basic car wash as machine was good. read more

I wouldn't even give them 1 star, my brand new truck got scratches all over it. They tried to deny that that could have happened. Matt took a report on it and had Don Higby come look at it next day. Don tried to use wax on the worst area and couldn't get the scratches out, he then said to get some estimates and we would go from there that was over 2 months ago and now he won't answer my phone calls. He claimed he would be turning into his insurance but I doubt that will happen. I have been in contact with the state of Arkansas insurance dept., I will proceed with the better business bureau and their ceo Daniel Patillo as to why they feel that can scratch up a vehicle and not fix it. read more

The car waah pulled the weather stripping off the top of my car. The guy that wiped down my car put it back on. However driving down the highway it came off again. When i pulled over on the side of the road i realized not only the weather strip was hanging off but that my antenna is gone. I called the place 20 plus times line is just busy. Outside of these 2 issues the car is clean. I would like to be contacted to get the antenna replaced and weather stripping repaired. read more

Super nice car wash with the prettiest attendant I've ever seen. Truck went in covered in mud and dirt and was spotless afterwards. Prices are higher than a normal automated wash due to the fact that they personally pressure wash your car before you go into the actual wash. Highly recommended. read more
