This results in 'curbing' the wheel, because if you're even a bit to one side it scrapes your wheel to get you to the middle. Every car wash in existence, including other zips locations, make sure to adjust you (instructing you by hand motions) so that you don't scrape the side of the belt! Worse than this though, I payed for the best option on a monthly subscription and this location doesn't bother to give you the correct wash cycle. Luckily there wasn't too long of a line and it moved quickly. Before you go into the car wash they give you a cloth to clean the inside of your car - nice touch!
