The van I took thru the car wash very dirty and when I drove it over to their courtesy detailing area to vacuum and what not, I saw that the van was very clean. Even the tires got clean. 5* service read more

Bought the $22 car wash ended up with dirt still on my truck and a film that wouldn't come off. The lead girl wouldn't look at my truck, made excuses and tried to put the blame on me that I did not immediately exit my vehicle to take a picture directly after the car wash which was not noticable until the vehicle dried. I was signed up for their membership without my knowledge and they did delete that membership. I was given the managers number I reached out to Payton and did not receive a response. It cost me $363 to have a detailer remove the film read more

Back again today ,Tuesday, September 27. They have two lanes for check in, but only one is ever open. The lines are not that long here, so why does it matter? I was her on Saturday and the person in front of me could not get their card to work or something. They were there as cars backed up, because the other lane is always closed. Wasted lots of time I don't have to waste. Back again today on Tuesday. Person in front of can't get his card to work, or something. No one comes to help him. Finally he gets out of his vehicle while cars back up in the line, because other lane is of course not open for business. He walks to the office. Finally finds someone to walk back to his car blocking the lane. Finally get him moved through. Why? Why is the second lane never open for business? Cars backed up. Management of this place makes no sense. Who owns this place with investment money at risk? read more

I can't even believe how awful this car wash was. I know I'm usually disappointed from the basic low tier wash, so I opted for the $18 wash this time around and I'm certain now that I will never return. The front half of our car still had all of the bugs but went in with, but on top of that, I can actually swipe my finger across the hood and make a streak through the dirt that was still on there. Windows were the same, you can physically wipe off the dirt with your hands from what was still left on there after the wash. I don't have high expectations these days when it comes to insects, but to not even wash all of the dirt off just really surprised me! Especially with the higher tier wash! And I don't know that they even did anything different than they do with the basic wash. Maybe a spray, but no brushes or scrubbing, so if you do choose to go here, get the basic, it's the best you'll get for what you read more

One day we needed a car wash, after paying the attendant asked if we wanted unlimited wash for extra $20 for the month. We said why not and went for it, we are the busy type which we get a wash when we can. Looked at bank statements that came in and notice we had been charged 2 months (July and August $29.99 each month) which this fraud started in June, called establishment but kept getting employees are busy and to leave a message, we left several messages but no return call. Had to call bank to file dispute for unauthorized charges, if they don't call back by tomorrow I will have to file fraud and change my bank card. I just left the car wash in Centertom Arkansas at 1771 E Centerton blvd. The attendant guiding in cars looked tired and not interested in what he was doing. After I went to vacuum my car out and kept smelling marijuana which I eventually saw it coming from a black SUV down from me. I then saw the attendant come out from guiding a car in and started smoking pot then went back to the entrance I have pictures and video of it. I don't care bout marijuana smoking but I would not want my employees smoking it while they are at work and guiding cars through the carwash. Also seems like a lot of the vacuums are broken, disconnected, or don't have any suction so you have to move to different bays to find complete sets. read more

No complaints about the wash but you probably shouldn't have people here who so obviously hate their job and customer service After having a chance to look at the back of the car, definitely not worth $21. The entire back is still covered in grime. read more

The Centerton location left scratches on my pickup. It was noticed that night and brought to the managers attention. He stated a claim was filed and payment for the repairs will be promptly sent. It's been 3 months and nobody knows where it is. Be aware of this company. if you call customer service, they will tell you there's nothing they can help with and that it's the stores responsibility. If you call the store, they says it's out of their hands and a cooperate issue. There's no number to call for cooperate and neither manager at the location has a direct line to an area representative or a cooperate office. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Save yourself the hassle and find a more quality service read more

The car wash is great at doing what it's supposed to do, clean my car! But the staff is what is having me write a review. I forgot my membership barcode one day and the manager took care of it and gave me the best car wash on the house! Great customer service! The cloths they provide and the vacuums are also great! read more

I have been to this car wash a few times and have been very pleased. Usually I do the "Super" or "Ultimate" car wash for a quick clean. Honestly, my favorite is the great vacuums. I feel like that is what my car needs the most, especially with kids. They have five different kind of washes, every wash includes free access to their vacuums. Customer service has always been great and I haven't had to wait at all or not much when in line for the wash. read more

The car wash system is okay. The back of car never really gets clean, as stated by another review. I have a monthly membership but ready to try another car cleaner. Why? Because of the exit problem created by the design. It is frustrating to have to turn around in the vac areas before I can exit the area. Not worth the hassle on a busy day. read more
