Actually had gone to another oil change business and left after 90 minutes and my car hadn't even been looked at. Drove to Grease Monkey and car was taken into bay immediately the entire process was less than 30 minutes. Waiting area is clean and comfortable, staff very accommodating, professional and friendly. If you're a woman- DO NOT GO HERE. SO INCREDIBLY DISRESPECTFUL!!!! I would give this place and it's workers 0 stars if it was an option. I've never been so disappointed in customer service as I was here. As a woman, I always dread going to get my oil changed because all men assume women are morons...especially here. When I pulled in, I was greeted rather quickly. I rolled down my window and simply asked how much an oil change would cost. He talked extremely quickly and talked down to me which I did not appreciate at all. He told me that my car REQUIRED fully synthetic oil (spoiler: it does not) which would cost me $70. I asked how much a BASIC oil change would cost and he then told me that he could put blended oil which would be $65. He still didn't answer the question I asked him which was frustrating. Then he told me he would go inside to check to "make sure my car required fully synthetic oil". After watching him walk inside, every single worker proceeded to stare out the window and watch my friend and I sitting in the car. ALL AT THE SAME TIME. I wish I knew what he told them...but I'm 99% sure it was a rude comment that I wouldn't appreciate. I can't possibly imagine what would be so important for all the workers to drop what they were doing to stare out the windows. He came back out and convinced himself and tried convincing me that my car ONLY accepts fully synthetic oil. I asked how long it would take because I was weighing my options if I wanted to drive somewhere else that wouldn't disrespect me or my friend. He told me it would take 10-15 minutes. Then another car pulled up BEHIND ME and he rudely shouted that i would have to now wait 30 minutes. I've never been treated so poorly at any establishment. Ever. That was the last straw so I left and will never EVER return. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Pick literally anywhere else. read more

Incredibly fast. But overpriced. They charge $70 for bulk full synthetic oil while comparable places charge ~$35 for name brand full synthetic. My time isn't that valuable. Be sure to ask what it's going to cost so you know what to expect. I almost wondered if there was some sort of error, but I made sure to verify that the bill was correct. My story begins with a severe oil leak. ( not dripping but pissing out oil). We got oil change done in April ( 3 months earlier ) I didn't think this leak had anything to do with them but why not have them look just in case we had a defective filter or something loosened up. We dropped the car off the night before after hours and put key in drop box. The next morning I spoke with Paul and told him about my problem. He called me back after finding that we had a hose that sprung a leak that went to the oil cooler. I did some research on the internet and found that out Lexus model had a service bulletin on this and they were going to do this repair by replacing old rubber hose with new metal lines at NO CHARGE. Sounds great... just one problem... This repair needs to be completed by an Authorized Lexus dealer ( closest one in Tulsa ). They vehicle couldn't be driven 5 minutes never mind 2 hours. Paul and crew at Grease Monkey were willing to put a temporary rubber hose which would have allowed me to drive car but was not recommended by them because the risk of failure could be catastrophic. I was able to find replacement part from local parts store and they put new replacement part on for a very fair price which saved me from making a trip to Tulsa Lexus dealer. Thanks for going above and beyond and saving me a ton of time. That's what I call, Customer Service!!!! read more

Earlier this week I had taken my car to a different auto service station to have a routine oil change. After 2 hours of waiting, they declined to change the oil due to a drain plug that needed to be replaced and left me with no further information on how to get it fixed. I took my car today to Grease Monkey to have to issue fixed and finally get my oil change. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Not only did the mechanic show me the faulty part and explain what was wrong, but I was in and out in 20 minutes. I will absolutely visit Grease Monkey in the future for all of my car service needs. I brought my 96 gmc van in to get the oil changed, which they did very quickly. But the problem is that they say they would check the fluid levels, which they did not do. I got suspicious when the bill said they vacuumed and they hadn't. So I checked the transmission, brake, and power steering. All were low. When I called to complain the lady at the desk said they don't top off brake fluid. But don't say it's full when it's not. Anyway if you want a quick oil change they got it, but don't expect them to do all of what they say there going to do. Could cost you a lot of money in repairs down the road. read more

Exceptional service and very nice people. I took my car in to get a radiator leak fixed and they promptly took care of my issue at zero cost. It turned out that just a clamp had to be tightened but nonetheless the lady at the cash register who operates the phones was just incredibly respectful. I would recommend calling ahead of time for issues larger than oil service. They will get you in the next day on most cases. A+ recommend! read more

I was in the area working and stopped at sonic for lunch. The Grease Monkey is right next door and I was due for an oil change so I stopped by. The mechanic met me outside and pulled my car in the shop. He was friendly and said he would get it taken care of quickly. I went inside to be greater by the store manager who was also friendly and offered me coffee, television, and a seat. Soon after sitting down the mechanic came in and told me my car required $80 oil, but that they offer a synthetic brand for $60. My pleasant experience just went down the drain. We own 2 new vehicles and have always paid between $20-35 for an oil change. I would have just said no thanks and taken it a few minutes down the road to my normal place, but they were already halfway finished. This was the quickest oil change I've ever had - which is great. It was also the most expensive - which will make me not go back or recommend anyone else to go there. read more
