Well; After a decade together someone's actually messed my car up. And really didn't care. They broke my strut with less than 40,00 on it and told me they could give me a a 1/4 discount on one replace the other to. Mark was supppper helpful and all the staff super happy I payed for my rear differential to squeak and everything else. I work hard to pay for my bills and yall really helped a lot. In from out of town to visit family and the connection between my muffler and the exhaust sheared off. of course it's a Saturday and not many auto repair shops are open. I brought it to them and they were able to fix it relatively easily. When I went to pay he said no charge and wouldn't let me pay. luckily I had some cash to leave for the guys. Also while we were there I heard him talking to his son who was driving to Tulsa so he could get parts for another customer who needed help. Truly above and beyond customer support. Over priced. Disrespectful and incompetent workers. Went in to fix A/c. Was told there was no leak and only needed Freon. And paid for repair. Left the parking lot the A/c still didn't work but the shop had closed. Came back Monday (because they closed Sunday) and now there's a leak and now they want me to pay an additional $840 to fix it. Even though he told me himself there was no leak. I believe they caused it. The front desk associate is a jerk. And doesn't value the time or money of the customer. Don't go to this shop read more

Service was average, but this location heavily underestimated the wait time for me.... I was told 20 minutes for a simple tire patch.... I've been in the lobby for an hour and I'm still waiting.... I don't mind the wait but don't tell me it's going to be a 20 minute wait and then it take at least an hour over that wait. UPDATE: 1:30 wait so far....the lady working the front desk and the guy trying to balance my tire are now taking a cigarette break together 2 hours in... tire is back on my vehicle and the lady at the front desk cannot figure out what information is needed to complete the transaction. Just over two hours for a tire patch and my vehicle reeks of cigarettes thank you Midas in northwest Arkansas!!! read more

Phenomenal customer service. went in to get my splash shield replaced under my car and it took not even 20 minutes. had to go buy the attachments from a dealership because they didn't have any on site which was no problem. at the end they didn't even end up charging me. will definitely be going back for any car related problems. I was attempting to get an inspection to submit as a driver for UberX, and called Midas (in Fayetteville, AR) because it's one of the places Ubers app immediately directs you to. I had to ask for the price of the inspection on the phone twice before receiving an answer, but thought maybe he was just busy and in a hurry. I was quoted $25. When I got there I was lucky enough to have another Uber driver in line in front of me, when I heard his total come to 49.99 I asked if he had simply got an inspection or if he had something extra done, the same man that answered my call (I think maybe the owner but I'm not sure?) told me no, he got nothing extra and that was the price of inspection. After he just got done telling me the inspections were almost pointless and he did more inspecting on an oil change than he did for these Uber inspections. It's quite literally a check list of things non mechanics could check themselves. Blinkers, windshield wipers, brake lights, ECT. I took my keys back, sure I could find a more reasonable price. Especially since I had gone to the trouble of printing out the inspection form myself and bringing it with me. I called Meineke Car Care Center in Springdale, and was charged $20. I don't know about their other services but absolutely don't go to Midas for an Uber inspection. I believe local franchise owner Mr. Rocky Arnold, might be ripping people off because he knows he's one of the few in the area that offer that particular service. Not to mention, quoting me a fake price in a "bait and switch" style over the phone is illegal. The Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (ADTPA) contains a catch-all provision providing a private right of action for all deceptive trade practices in any business. I attached a photo of the inspection list for perspective. This list couldn't possibly take a competent adult who is NOT a mechanic more than 5 or 8 minutes. Terrible. Customer service is terrible. I took my Jeep Cherokee in for brake work. I arrived at 8:00 AM. At 9:00 AM I received a phone call and the manager told what I need to have repaired and I told him to go ahead. He stated it would be about an hour and a half. Three and a half hours later I went to get my vehicle. It wasn't touched. Manager stated they needed a special tool and the auto parts store hadn't delivered it yet. Saying the auto store promised it by 12:30. I was there at 12:30 no delivery was made. I live 30 minutes from Midas. The manager should have called me and told me my vehicle wasn't going to be ready in an hour and a half and told me the circumstances why. When I'm told an hour and a half, I expect it in that time unless I receive a call stating otherwise. Won't be back. read more

So thankful. Was worried because my passenger window roll up and couldn't afford a new motor at this time. Call the place I usually go to because it is close to where I live. Said they couldn't just try to roll it up and quoted a price I couldn't afford at this time. My daughter told me to call Midas and he not only got it up but did it right away. Love love love this place. I don't trust just anyone with my car. So I check around for ratings first, take reviews with a grain of salt, but most seriously. Seeing that Midas all the way around has amazing ratings, I decided to go here. Walking in, was already amazing on the spot. Instantly taken care of, even though they were very busy with cars in all bays of the shop, but plenty of people to take care of them all and still handle customer service. I felt with the manager, which was amazing. He was so nice and respectful, which I love. Very very honest about the work and my car. I picked up my car a little later, cause I went next door to go shopping. I came back and it was completed and perfect. I WILL be back, for sure. Thank you!! read more

These guys never fail to disappoint when it comes to needing to get something done on my car. They are always kind and never pressure me to get more things done. They give you an upfront price and if it doesn't end up costing as much as they quoted you they will adjust it. They always find time to fit me in and get it done in a reasonable amount of time. PLEASE READ: Will NEVER go back. I had a VW Passat and needed my rear brake pads replaced. I got a call from an employee who said when they started to put the new pads on, they realized VW has a "special tool" that makes you have to take it to a VW dealership. This was not a big surprise, as other repairs could only have a VW dealership do it. So I said I understood and would come get my car. As my husband and I were pulling up, he noticed that a guy was actually "shaving off" my brake pads to put it back together. I know NOTHING about cars but my husband is very knowledgeable. He immediately asked the employee to stop and asked for the owner/manager. The employee said "he's not here". My husband said "call him". I was still confused. So he did and my husband told the manager what was going on and that he (manager) knows that it would be completely unsafe to put me out on the road with my brakes like that. The employees had no regard for safety, etc! I'm so glad my husband was with me and saw this because I would have no idea what they were doing and would have driven off! The manager apologized and KNEW they were in the wrong because he said "no she can't drive it like that" and HAD IT TOWED FOR FREE to the VW dealership in Rogers. This is shady, unsafe, and negligent. read more

Took my car in for new brakes. After 3 hours I called to check the status. They said they're pulling it in now. About 30 minutes later they said it was done. I asked, how did you get done in 30 min? They said breaks are fine and just did the oil change. I knew this was incorrect. So I went to another place the following day. They said "how could they say these were fine". The break pads were almost passed the squeaking stage to almost metal. Don't recommend at all. read more

Don't waste your time or money! This place is horrible. I won't go into a long story because they have already wasted enough of my time and money. But I suggest if you want to TRUST a good mechanic, then I wouldn't go to MIDAS. If their policy for labor is only guaranteed for 90 days then that is your first clue that it isn't guarantee worked. Plus when I picked up my car and left to return to Springdale, my air quick working again and when I checked under my hood the parts weren't put back together! Then they had the nerve to suggest that I did it because there was no way they would've made that kind of mistake. Staff members I have had the pleasure of dealing with are very friendly, courteous and helpful. I had an exhaust leak problem so I tried taking it to Midas to get it fixed. They took a look at it and then tried to tell me my exhaust manifold was broken. They told me to take it to one of their friend's mechanical shops down the road to get it fixed because he would give me a fair price and not to take it to the ford dealership because the dealership would over charge me for the fix. Because I just had Service King look at it and they told me it was an exhaust leak, I decided to take it to the ford dealership. The ford dealership told me the exhaust manifold was perfectly fine and that it was just an exhaust leak problem. I'm a college student. Do not trust these guys at Midas they will try to take advantage of you if you are young. read more

The last time two times I went here they didn't even change my oil and charged me for it, which I found out later when I decided to take my car to another mechanic because it had been acting up but they didn't tell me what was wrong with it.
