Those complaining about the Zips on Pleasant Grove probably haven't been there. Wife and I have been members for almost 2 years and have never received anything but outstanding service. Every employee has been courteous and helpful, especially Benjamin. He's always in a good mood, with a kind word and quick to answer any questions. The price is right, the quality of service is excellent, and supplies are always available, even on the busiest of days. We'll continue using Zips on Pleasant Grove. Usually only ever come to this car wash yet today the two guys working at 4pm were horrible. I understand trying to do your job but I don't need a membership pushed down my throat. He wanted to give me basic plus $18 wash, and wasn't even going to show me the $12 wash. I said no, I know you have a $12 wash and that's what I want. He told me the the $12 wash doesnt have soap, it's just a rinse off and it won't do anything for my car. I thought, maybe they've changed it, fine I'll do $18. It was the exact same wash. I don't appreciate the pushy service, Don't come here, memberships are horrible they will raise prices without telling you, every time I come back for just one wash they try to push the membership down my throat. read more

This is a HARD NO. First we paid $30 for the full service wash. I doubt we got anything other than the basic $12 wash. So that was really disappointing. It was a busy Sunday morning and they were just putting cars through one after another. Not a big deal until we were in the middle of the wash and somehow it felt like our car got stuck and you could see the truck behind us baring down. Fortunately it was fine and we had to make sure we did not hesitate at the end. The car was at least clean... And then we noticed it. The scratch marks on the car right above the rear passenger door and along the roof. It looks like something was just dragging along the top of the door and across the roof. I was hoping they were just scuff marks but no. I doubt there is any recourse for me. But you should avoid this place no matter what. read more

My wife was told "$10 for the first month, no contract, no strings, no kidding." Just like their website states. She was charged $45, 7 days before the month was up and was told she signed a "form" agreeing to a reoccurring charge 7 days within the end of the month. Zips refused to refund due to, the Contract, all the strings, no kidding. Don't fall for their snake like marketing like we did. If they tell you one thing, it will be the other in THEIR favor. The worst place!!! Don't spend your money in this car wash... The car wash left hydraulic oil all over our brand new car. They shut the car wash down but didn't so much as apologize to us. We had to go to an different car wash, who didn't want us getting oil all over the brush rolls (understandably) so they manually washed the oil off first. Needless to say, this cost us a morning and had to pay for a real car wash even though we had a zips subscription. Hope it doesn't ruin the car's paint. read more

The manager at the Pleasant Grove location in Rogers, AR on 9/23/2022 at 4:54pm was very rude and obnoxious today when I asked him to leave me alone so I could take care of my own business. His behavior just slowed the process down and since I was on an important phone call with a business I had been trying to reach for quite some time today that I had finally gotten hold of and needed to speak with immediately about a PRIVATE matter, I did not appreciate him all in my business pushing buttons on the machine like I was incapable of handling my own transaction and not leaving me alone as I asked. I have done business here for years so know how to select and pay for my own car wash. The last few times I have been there he has been doing this. I do not appreciate it at all, especially since my adult daughter could see he was only doing this to female customers and repeated my own request to him to just leave me alone. We both made repeated requests for him to get away and leave us alone. I even tried to explain my phone call was a PRIVATE matter. Then when the machine did not give me my receipt as requested he got rude about me insisting on my receipt, not so much with his words but with his tone. I was already in a lot of pain and did not need his interference or attitude. He is BEYOND PUSHY & RUDE!!! read more

With locations as far away as Western Tennessee and central Oklahoma, the one here in Rogers is conveniently located for Mrs. K's drive to and from work. When I'm doing the chauffeuring, I stop here to shine up and clean up our bright red convertible. This location has an enclosed drive-through system with the usual cleaning services including tire shine, underbody wash, and a warm blow drying system. Once you're through the wash, there's a parking area with free (yes, free!) vacuums so I can tidy the crumbs and other evidence. "No, dear. I'm not eating in your car." They offer a gift card system if you're looking for that unusual present for the car enthusiast who already has everything. They're also a sponsor of many local sports programs with the clever tag line of "Drive Clean" which means to be free of drugs and booze. And they belong to organizations that try to limit their environmental impact. How cool is that? A good wash and vacuum. It's practically a mani/pedi for your car! read more

I decided to join the unlimited wash plan. I'm happy with the service, locations, etc. They have nice clean facilities. The vacuums seem to work well and the auto wash does a decent job. The attendants are friendly. I'm overall satisfied with this business. I would recommend using a Zips Car Wash. read more

Vacuum's are hit or miss. Been a few times the vacuum heads barely have enough power to effectively clean leaving me ultimately giving up. Other times, they are completely shut off with no signage. Other than that, it's about what you expect when you get a car wash. Staff is nice & helpful if needed. For me, I do 2-4 washes/month so may be things others won't notice. This is purely a convenience play at this point for me being so close to Walmart. read more

Most of the vacuums hardly have any suction power, some don't even work at times. The wash bay line has been down to one lane for weeks now. At busy times of the day the line is out to the street and I have watched cars turn away because the line moves so slow. ((Typically someone will have a problem at the pay booth and there isn't an attendant to help them)) I went by early one morning right after they were supposed to open around 8:15 to find the car wash was "closed" as they didn't have anyone to open the store up and an unhappy "employee" that complained about how overworked he was and the car wash was in severe need of hiring more help because he couldn't do it. I don't know what is happening here but the quality of this car wash that was once nice has gone WAY down hill. Very disappointed as a loyal monthly wash club member and am going to have to move my business somewhere else. read more

Zips is convenient. The vacuums that work are pretty good. However too many just don't have any suction left. Also, the parking lot where you vacuum your car is disgusting. It's so bad I almost didn't stay to pay for the car wash. The parking lot can't be gross and filthy and then I get back in my just vacuumed car... the place is ok, not great and certainly not 5 star. Purchased a vehicle used after thoroughly inspecting it. About 2 minutes after purchasing, I took it through ZIPS carwash in Rogers. When going in the wash, I folded the electric mirrors in. In the middle of the wash, I heard a pop and then the wash was immediately stopped. Car wash starts again and I continue until the end. Upon exiting the car wash, my drivers side mirror will not fold out. I immediately go to tell the attendant what happened. He dismissively takes pictures, has me fill out claim paperwork, and tells me that they will call me within 48 hours. A week later, I call them to ask about the status of the claim and I'm told I'll get a call back. Another 2 days later, I call back to be told my claim was denied. No reason given. I ask for a copy of the video and they agree to give it to me. I drop off a flash drive and pick up the video a few days later. When I watch it, they only provided the video of my leaving the car wash. It's fairly obvious that they will take no responsibility for damaging your vehicle and will give you the run around. I used to visit the car wash frequently but I won't any longer and I suggest the same to you if you like your vehicle un-damaged. read more

This is a terrible car wash. The wash itself only does a mediocre job. 75% of the vacuums don't have enough suction to do even a half decent job. The parking lot in the vacuum area is nasty with debris and needs to be swept. With two employees working at a time, one is attending to the cars. The other guy, instead of standing at the self pay machines and trying to sell memberships, needs to be sweeping the vacuum area and ensuring the vacuums are not clogged. read more
