The vacuums are always free, Just press the button and go. Everything is fine. We have interacted with management and they have always been friendly and helpful. We even had an issue with the do-it-yourself and they gave us our money back and paid for a longer clean in another port. So that was good. My issues are (1) outdated. It looks a bit sketchy and kind of not kept up well. Looks like it was build in the 1980s and has never been updated since. (2) I think the prices are high for a car wash, but everything is high nowadays. My wife and I can get a carwash done for under $5, but we have to be quick and it doesn't always look that great. So, I do recommend this place. It's not as shiny and new as the other places, but it gets the job done (or you get the job done).

At other car washes I worry if I'm going to damage something trying to fit the tire into the track. Generally the bed was clear except for a couple small sticks and a half broken hitch cover (which I wanted to keep). The employee proceeded to throw the items away. While I recognize the bed should be empty - jumping into the vehicle, unannounced or unwelcome, while moving was not only not appreciated but unsafe for both the employee and myself and my family in the vehicle. If there was concern with the items in the bed of the truck, they could have asked me to stop and retrieved the items at that time. While the hitch cover was returned to me - the unprofessional nature of the encounter as well as the pure disregard for safety is unacceptable. I am considering changing my business to another car wash in the area.
