My only complaint is price you pay for a vacuum.. 2 dollars for three minutes in cash, or 3 dollars for 3 minutes on credit - way too expensive for what you get, the vacuums don't seem to be as strong as they should be, and suck (ironically) at getting much of anything out of your vehicle. If you need a vacuum you should definitely go to a different car wash! But again, as far as water washes go this is the place to be!

It was so easy for me to see what I'm doing and to pull into the glass tunnel because it's so open and there was no track system to navigate! At other car washes I worry if I'm going to damage something trying to fit the tire into the track.
