I came in because my front driver tire pressure sensor went off twice in one day so I took it into this Discount Tire. Sure enough, they found that my wheel had a crack which was causing the tire to lose pressure quickly. Howard pointed out to me that it was about time for a new set of 4 tires anyways since the tread was low. Since my vehicle's stock wheel needed some calls around other sources to find, he did his due diligence in trying to find the exact model. Unfortunately there weren't any available, so he gave me some options and in the end I decided to replace the rims so that they would all match. He told me the set of 4 tires would be there in 3 days (it was Tuesday so it would be there by Friday), but I wanted to wait on the wheels to deliver which were expected the following Wednesday. Howard called me today (Monday) and let me know the wheels came in early, so I went in after work to have them installed. Total time was about 30 minutes to install. I appreciate Howard and his team's genuine care for customers and providing reliable service when in a bind. I'm very satisfied with how everything went and will be back if/when I have tire or wheel issues.

Wes was an asshole to me for asking questions about my vehicle. I get my car back 3 days later . I'm driving back home they failed to put all of my bolts back on my metal skid plate 4 bolts missing there are 6 altogether . So it's flapping and dangling . After leaving there shop I had to pull over on the highway just to turn back around and drive back to Christian Brothers. My skid plate could have caught on something and ripped the plastic off on the bottom of my vehicle or could have lodged up underneath potentially damaging expensive components like the oil pan, transmission, transmission pan. (I unfortunately didn't get his name, i am terrible about that) I was afraid I'd get treated poorly because I didn't know how to change my own headlight but never fear! My teacher showed me with the upmost patience. Within a short amount of time, viola! My way is lighted! He even showed me how to install my windshield wipers.
