I recently moved from Fayetteville to Bentonville and I have to say the different Nissan shops were…read morelike night and day. I was having problems getting my car started, called to talk to someone about getting it there for a check up. Brandon was super helpful and friendly over the phone and Justin went above and beyond when I went to pick it up. They took care of my battery problem, rotated my tires and did my oil change as well! Justin explained what I my car needed soon and offered his help for that too, then had my car washed before I left. 10/10!! Looking forward to using them again.

Shady Experience and Poor Transparency -- Walked Away Disappointed…read more I recently went to this dealership to buy a car for my elderly mother. I was greeted by Blaine, who showed me the car and joined me on a test drive. From the start, I made it clear that I didn't want to play the usual "back and forth" pricing games -- I asked him to give me his best offer up front. After taking quite a while to "check with his manager," Blaine came back and told me that the very car I had just driven was already sold. That immediately raised red flags. He then said they had other cars available online, but when he returned 10-15 minutes later, the price he quoted was higher than the online price, by $1000+. He tried to explain that they were "giving me money off" what they had invested in the car, but the sticker price was actually about $1,000 over what was listed online. To make things worse, he said the dealership would "only make $120" on the deal -- a line that sounded scripted and designed to make the offer seem fair. It was clear he'd been trained to say all the right things while still trying to justify inflated pricing. Overall, the entire process felt misleading, disorganized, and condescending, especially toward a single woman just trying to buy a reliable car for her elderly mother. I chose to walk away rather than get caught in a shady transaction. If you value honesty, transparency, and respect, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Can't say enough about the wonderful service provided by Emily…read more I bought a 2017 Honda Civic Hatch Sport Touring I affectionately refer to as "BABY". We'll, BABY went under the knife due to a concussion from a pot hole and the surgery bill wasn't cheap, but that's on ME no one else. The main thing is the bedside manner of Dr. Emily. Very professional, courteous, and she delivered the bad news in a way that was more palatable. I'm VERY particular about my mid life crisis sports car and she knows that. She remembered that I alone give Baby a bath and was quick to remember to tell the guys n service that when I forgot. She helped in other ways as well. Don't pass up Fletcher Honda. We won't go elsewhere now. Thanks Emily

I recently visited Fletcher Honda to purchase a new Honda Pilot Elite, and the experience was…read moredisappointing. The vehicle had approximately $2,400 in dealer add-ons (Fletcher Advantage, protection package, window tint, etc.) added on top of the MSRP. I wasn't asking for those items for free. I simply asked that they be removed so we could negotiate starting from Honda's MSRP. The sales manager repeatedly told me, "We can do that." But instead of removing the add-ons and presenting a new price, he continued explaining what each package included and why it was valuable. After the first explanation, I told him I understood and again asked him to remove them. I made the same request four more times. Each time he said he could, but never actually went back to his computer to remove them. He just continued trying to justify the packages. Eventually I told him, "You keep saying you can remove them, but you haven't actually done it. You just keep explaining them." Negotiating a vehicle price is expected. What I didn't expect was not being allowed to negotiate from the actual MSRP after repeatedly being told the dealer add-ons could be removed. If the add-ons are optional, then remove them when a customer asks. If they're mandatory, just say they're mandatory. Don't repeatedly tell a customer you'll remove them while continuing to sell them instead. The entire experience felt more like a sales tactic than an honest negotiation, and unfortunately it left me looking elsewhere for my purchase.

All I can say is that their service department has a serious communication issue. When you call in…read moreto ask for an update they really push for you to use their "text response" system. It all started with my first service advisor Logan. They had my Jeep for quite a few days and then said they had the issue fixed. I picked it up and before I even got home the warning light for the rear diff was back on. So I called and rescheduled it for service. Took it in and they had it for a few more days and then when I kept calling and texting to get an update, Logan told me they had to order a part and that it was on backorder. So I picked it back up. I had to call several times over the next couple of weeks to get any kind of status update on the backorder. Part finally came in and they called to schedule it. I set an appointment and took it in. At this point Logan is longer employed there so I get a new service advisor who is also the Assistant Manager. I thought this would be good and I would at least get better communication than I got with Logan. That was a mistake to think that would be the case. After they had it for 2 more days I called and ended up getting the "text" message thing again. I also left a voice message asking for a status update. I didn't get a text or a call back. So I called again the next day and again got not response. When he finally did call me back the following day he was pretty short and said that it was a hard repair and wouldn't be able to get it completed before the weekend. He asked if I wanted to pick it up and reschedule. I said yes. He told me he would call me on Monday to get it scheduled. I ended up calling back on Wednesday and setting up an appointment with their service desk. Once it was dropped off I called & texted for 2 more days looking to get an update on when they would be finished. I finally had to drive up there, walk in, & stand in front of Doug to find out that it was done. Who knows when he might have gotten around to letting me know it was finished. I called and left a message for the shop manager and never received a call back. Yesterday I got a text message from Sierra @ McLarty Daniel CDJR asking how my recent service visit went. When I told her that it was terrible she asked what happened. I told her it really boiled down to poor communication. That was the last I heard from her. No response at that point. Which was what led to this review. POOR COMMUNICATION!!!!

Updating my previous review:…read more I took my wheels off to work on my brakes. Every lug was tightened to the extreme. Chrome was flaking off the lugs as I removed them. It was SIGNIFICANTLY easier to remove the rusty brake caliper bracket screws at 130 foot pounds of torque than it was to remove my lugs. Over torqued lugs, under torqued lugs, it's all the same. The lack of detail on the service makes me 100% confident I will not return. For parts or for service.
