Unfortunately, after arriving, I discovered several issues that had not been disclosed before I made the trip. The truck had a cracked front windshield, a trailer hitch ball that was locked in place with no key available for removal, and only one key fob instead of two. While inspecting the vehicle more closely, I also noticed that the paint-marked bolts securing the driver's-side front fender had visible tool marks and scratches consistent with prior removal. I observed similar marks on the driver's door hinge bolts. In contrast, the corresponding bolts on the passenger side appeared untouched and in their original condition. This raised concerns for me about the possibility of prior repair work or accident damage that was not disclosed and was not reflected on the Carfax report. As a result of these findings, I decided not to proceed with the purchase. I spent $716 on airfare, in addition to the time and expense of traveling, only to discover issues that I believe should have been communicated before I made the trip. I understand that used vehicles can have imperfections, but I believe customers traveling long distances deserve complete and transparent disclosure of any known condition issues so they can make an informed decision before investing significant time and money. Spent hours with my mom-in-law, in finding the perfect vehicle, at an affordable price, with a warranty that can't be beat. Everyone we came in contact with, was nice and caring. He came to me & told me that he will do the survey or review for me on my phone, because it has a lot of confusing "questions" that I may not understand. He thinks I'm that stupid to not understand those questionnaires, I knew he did it for himself, get more money of course. I should have reported him months ago. Not to mention asking to go out with him? Please, I'm not interested & he was just an agent.Forcing me to get the car that is out of my budget, ended up getting 60% higher than my budget. Even I was begging him to get me a cheaper one, forcing me to buy the newest model & more expensive. Anyways, he should not be working on this company.

We'll, BABY went under the knife due to a concussion from a pot hole and the surgery bill wasn't cheap, but that's on ME no one else. The main thing is the bedside manner of Dr. Emily. Very professional, courteous, and she delivered the bad news in a way that was more palatable. I'm VERY particular about my mid life crisis sports car and she knows that. She remembered that I alone give Baby a bath and was quick to remember to tell the guys n service that when I forgot. She helped in other ways as well. Don't pass up Fletcher Honda.     I recently visited Fletcher Honda to purchase a new Honda Pilot Elite, and the experience was…read moredisappointing. The vehicle had approximately $2,400 in dealer add-ons (Fletcher Advantage, protection package, window tint, etc.) added on top of the MSRP. I wasn't asking for those items for free. I simply asked that they be removed so we could negotiate starting from Honda's MSRP. The sales manager repeatedly told me, "We can do that." But instead of removing the add-ons and presenting a new price, he continued explaining what each package included and why it was valuable. After the first explanation, I told him I understood and again asked him to remove them. I made the same request four more times. Each time he said he could, but never actually went back to his computer to remove them. He just continued trying to justify the packages. Eventually I told him, "You keep saying you can remove them, but you haven't actually done it. You just keep explaining them." Negotiating a vehicle price is expected. What I didn't expect was not being allowed to negotiate from the actual MSRP after repeatedly being told the dealer add-ons could be removed. If the add-ons are optional, then remove them when a customer asks. If they're mandatory, just say they're mandatory. Don't repeatedly tell a customer you'll remove them while continuing to sell them instead. The entire experience felt more like a sales tactic than an honest negotiation, and unfortunately it left me looking elsewhere for my purchase.

    Crain Hyundai service center is an absolute circus tent on wheels…read more Bought a Hyundai because they brag about having the best warranty in the business. My car is 2 years old with only 24K miles. Scheduled an appointment because the rear passenger seat heater quit working and the AC randomly stops on road trips. Dropped it off Monday morning. Told Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. Thursday rolls around: "It's just a loose wire. Not covered under warranty. That'll be $180." For a back seat heater wire I barely even care about. Fine. Whatever. Then: "We DID find something else wrong that IS covered under warranty, but we have to drop the oil pan, so you'll need to pay for an oil change." Okay... except I still have free oil changes for 3 years or 36K miles. So just apply one of those, right? Wrong again. Friday: "It's finished... but you can't pick it up because the oil pan seal has to sit for 24 hours." And somehow I'm also magically out of free oil changes... despite still having 1 year and 12K miles left on the program. So after six days of excuses, delays, changing stories, and warranty gymnastics... I get my 2-year-old vehicle back Saturday and owe $315. At this point I trust a gas station hot dog roller more than their service department.
