I would never do business with this dealership again. My wife and I made a four hour round trip to purchase a low priced CX5. Numerous texts about the vehicle. When we get there the "2 wrecks with light damage" vehicle had been hit in the side hard enough that the door was replaced and the computer needed replaced because the dome light warning never went off and you had to open the car with a key. Not a few scratches and minor damage as represented in their ad. If you do buy there make sure you get the Carfax first and study it hard. If it appears to be a really "Great Deal" I'd go somewhere else, quickly! read more

I will never buy a car from here or ever recommend buying a car from here.. sales staff and the front desk ladies were awesome.. however the finance department and the General Manger are the reason for this 1 star review.. when I first bought my car from them I had nothing but paperwork issues. They had to give me a second temp tag just because i could not get all the paperwork from them that was required to register my car.. crap happens, whatever. Fast forward a year later I go to renew my tags for my plates and I am being told I am unable to do so due to incomplete registration..so I called the bank to get the paperwork that was requested, the bank tells me they still have never received the title to the car from the dealership. So I call the dealership, this is where I start to get irritated. I ask to speak with someone in finance. I was told I would get a call back.. I never do.. I called back 3 days later, I'm told the same thing. No one ever calls me back. So after 2 weeks of no one calling I ask to speak to the general manager, I'm told he will call me back later that day. I never get a call.i called back the next day, he is at lunch and I'm told I will get a call back... that never happens.. I called back 2 days later and I'm told by one of the ladies at the front desk that he said everything was sent to the bank..he doesn't even have the courtesy to call himself after all the issue trying to get some sort of answer after 3 weeks of calling. Folks do NOT bring your car here for repair. I just took my car in for an oil change and to investigate the check engine light. After a phone call they wanted to charge me $1500 before taxes to "fix" my car. I started googling and asking questions. Yeah they were SUPER expensive for the part versus the local auto shop and even wanted to argue with me about that even though I was sitting there looking at the price for the part on Autozone. To top it off I found a website that tells you the repair cost range of services in your area, and Mazda's quoted cost was HUNDREDS of dollars higher than the HIGH end of where the website said they should be for my car's make model, and year. I feel like this was super sketchy and wouldn't recommend anybody get work done at Superior Mazda. Hope my opinion helps others avoid losing your hard earned money. read more

Don't expect good service, especially after signing. I purchased a vehicle from Superior Mazda in the beginning of November. When I walked in for my scheduled appointment, I waited at the front desk for over 5 minutes while employees walked passed me, looking at me, but not asking if I needed help. After I got service the experience was great. Until I signed the paperwork, then it was the most difficult thing ever to get service. My car had an issue with the driver seatbelt when purchased. It was still under warranty so the dealership offered to drive the vehicle to Tulsa to have the service preformed and provide me with a loaner during that time. The day before it was scheduled, my daughter was diagnosed with COVID and we went on quarantine. I immediately informed my salesman, he said no problem, they'll take care of it when we were off quarantine and feeling better. This was 11/17. Messaged him again 11/30, no response. Again Dec 8th, no response. I then called into the dealership, and requested to speak with a manager. The guy that answered the phone took my info, said someone would call me back. A week later, after still not having my call returned, I reached out to the office in Fayetteville. The receptionist was very pleasant and attempted to contact each of the 3 managers in Bentonville. No one was available, she left messages with all three of them to call me back. No one did. On December 21st, I searched my email and found the Internet sales managers number in a thank you for purchasing email and called. FINALLY, she called me back. I was not impressed with her customer service skills, as she was very short with me as I was trying to explain the situation. Then she called me back multiple times asking what was wrong with the vehicle after I told her that the service dept there found it and it was on record. She did get and appointment set up for me to take me car to Tulsa. I arrived the morning of my appointment to drop my car off, met Sherri up front and she had no idea who I was or if my appointment had been verified. There wasn't a loaner ready, the salesman had a major attitude when she asked him to get one ready and I ended up being late to work after I was told I could drop off and the loaner would be ready to go that morning. So finally my car is fixed, I was informed the car would be ready for pick up at the dealership at 5. I am on my way from work and get a call a few minutes before letting me know they are still in Oklahoma because they did not leave early enough. Just after 7 that night my vehicle was delivered to my house. When I asked the salesman why he never responded to me, he said that his parents changed his phone plan so he wasn't getting messages. Why Superior doesn't supply phones is beyond me, and that didn't answer why management never called me back until Sherri. In addition to all this, the "detail" was a joke. They didn't vacuum the seats and left a pike pass sticker on the windshield after I asked specifically to have it removed. Terrible experience, shop elsewhere! read more

My folks were looking for a used vehicle (SUV) and as their daughter who formerly sold for Toyota/Lexus/Scion, they requested my assistance while I visited from out of town. We were unhappy at the first dealership we visited and so I called them to see what they had in my parent's price range. Steve answered the phone and was, polite, upfront and easy going from the moment we started chatting. He got the used car manager, Doug, on the phone with me and we quickly came to an agreement on a vehicle that may work for my parents. We drove over, my parents liked the SUV (used Nissan Murano) and so I chatted off to the side with Doug about what kind of deal we could do. When he and Steve worked up the final numbers, he gave my folks a better deal than we originally discussed! The sales process and service here is fantastic. Huge thanks to Nicholas, Kenneth, Rusty, and Jeff Tyson for helping us out with our Mazda CX-9. We purchased it sight unseen, the dealer delivered it to us, and we were unsatisfied with the condition of the paint on the hood. However, because of all the rain that week, it took me a few days to get the car clean and see the issue. After a couple of short phone calls, Rusty was happy to pick up the vehicle from us (over 2 hours away!) and give us a loaner while they repainted the hood. The dealer didn't have to work with us, but Superior chose to make it right and the hood looks GREAT. I just had the most amazing experience this afternoon at Superior Mazda. I was on my way back to Tulsa from Eureka Springs when my tire pressure system monitor warning light came on. I pulled over and found that my tires were fine so I stopped at Superior and asked them to just check to see if I was okay to drive back to Tulsa. They checked everything and it turns out that one of my tires had too much air in it so they reset it and then asked me if I had time to have my car washed and vacuumed. When they said my car was ready I asked how much it cost and he said nothing. The next time I buy a new Mazda you can bet I'll be going to Bentonville. Unfortunately, this is the only Mazda dealership in the area, so you are stuck. For sales and service, it's the only game. The salesman was one of those, "How can I get you into a car today" sort of guy. He was just gross. As for the service department, it gets even worse. I have a brand new car with 4,000 miles on it. The car started to pop out of gear, mainly in third and fourth. They could not figure out what was wrong with it, so they sent me home with it. The next time it happened, we brought it back again, only to have the same response. They kept it one more night and then had the issue happen to them. Bottom line, I have a rebuilt transmission on a brand new car. As a car dealership attempting to promote themselves as "customer friendly" my expectation was to have them take care of us and install a new transmission. After looking and test driving vehicles for weeks, we finally decided on a Ford Explorer from this dealer. It was a descent deal, missing a few of the features I was hoping for push button start being one of those features, but decided I could live without it, because the Carfax listed all the features and the first feature listed was Remote Start which is another feature I was really set on. After signing the paper work, I asked our salesman how the Remote Start worked. He looked at me weird and said it doesn't have remote start. I questioned why the Carfax said it did, he then says it's a generic description That they put on Carfax....which is weird considering Carfax should be very specific according to the Vin number of the vehicle that it's listing. Is all the other stuff listed on Carfax generic, accidents, oil changes etc? They should have done the right thing and offered to install it for me, but they just dismissed it when I asked & sent me on my way. I won't buy from there again! read more

I'm from Houston, Texas and found an automobile that I was searching for online. I contacted Walter and received outstanding service. The automobile was as expected with no issues and Walter and his staff took excellent care to make sure that all issues were addressed. One of Walter's co-workers, Sam (I think it's short for Samantha) even assisted in the installation of my Texas plate. All in all it was a delightful experience. After presenting my Drivers License and insurance to them for copying I left in search of a cold drink and Sam even took my credentials out to my wife who was sitting in my car to make sure that they weren't misplaced. if i could give zero stars i would this place has no integrity period. my car was brought into this place by one of there technicians. it was picked up from my home the gentlemen had a very dry personality as i gave him the keys to my car by the time i got inside my home he zoomed away in my car. a day later i get a video of them going through a evaluation of my car and overall my car was not bad. however, there was a part where my check engine light was mentioned which alarmed me because that light was not on previously before they picked up the car. i raised a question to an adviser by the name of jeremy who got extremely disrespectful and rude as if how dare i ask him a question like that about my car. i only wanted a explanation because my car didn't leave home like that. i explain to him i'm only asking the question as anyone would because i wanted my car be delivered back the same way as it left my home. he started to overtalk me and not allow me to get a word in. i was then asked about the loaner car they gave me to drive as if i'm suppose to be over the moon. i wanted my car either way. i felt so insulted with the way he was speaking to me. he even stated my car ran like crap which is a huge insult. i eventually asked to speak with his manager because obviously we were not getting anywhere. come monday morning i spoke with the service manager michael who at first seem like he was going to rectify the issue but gave me a back handed apology saying i'm sorry for how you were treated by jeremy but he is not usually like that. why even apologize if you're going to make excuses for someone's wrongdoing or poor behavior. michael then asked me to pay for half a diagnostic test and a compression test which was not cool. why would i have to pay for these things when all i wanted was my car given back to me the same way i gave it to them. jeremy was trying to sell me brakes earlier in a conversation. i know they are in the business of trying to make money i get it but you can't force that on anyone and does not give you the right to lie on a customer when they tell you their car didn't have a check engine light issue when it left home. the story is really long you guys they didn't even bring my car back to me they wanted to come pick up the loaner and have me tow my own car back they offered to tow it back at first without diagnosing a issue that occurred in their possession who does that the reason they took the towing offer back was because they said they spent $250 on a diagnostic in which anybody with common sense, no they never spent that money and they didn't wan to pay a outside towing company to tow my car back to my home what happen to common courtesy i gave them the loaner back with no issues the same way i received it and they gave me my car back with not only a check engine light on but a battery light and a power steering light in which i knew nothing about. i would never recommend this place to anyone please be careful guys think before you go to this location if you look into the reviews on this location you will see echoes of the lies that may be potentially told by certain employees at this place. i know i'm a fair person and won't put anything on a person that should not be but they completely screwed me over. yes, my car is a 2005 however it only has 74,000 miles on it. i'm not dumb. i'm writing this review as a warning for future customers to beware. record everything take pictures do it all because they will lie. they may try to write a response saying they took care of me but it's all a lie. there are so may other dealers you can visit but i would think twice about this superior mazda one if you'll lie you steal my grandma always said that about people and that is so true because they lied and their customer service skills are trash at least adviser jeremy and service manager michael's are for sure. i wouldn't recommend someone here for a pair of hubcaps. read more

I found 2 Subarus on their web site that I liked. So I filled out the pre-approval form and sent an e-mail on the other, because it did not have a price on it. A lady named Jackie called me back with the price and told me the other one is in Siloam Springs but she would get it to her lot so I could look at them both. I told her I already sent in a pre-approval for the one in Siloam, she asked me to fill one out for her lot and she would get right on it, then she gave me her cell # and asked that I text her when I was done with the app. I also told her on the phone I had cash for the down payment (more than what the web site stated).The next day I sent a text asking if the was any news on the approval. I got no response. Then Saturday morning I get a call asking if I was still coming in at 12:45pm. I had not schedule a time, because no one had gotten back to me yet. I asked if I had been approved she responds with my manger said everything is fine, just get her in here to get this done. I then double checked with the lady that we had been approved for the subaru, because I don't want to come down and waste yours or my time. She said yes we will get it worked out. We show up at 12:45 like asked, and we were meet at the door by a gentleman and we asked for Jackie. Jackie came out for a second to tell us she was with other customers, and she would be with us in abit, before she walked off I asked where the cars are and she said the Siloam lot would not send over the car, so I asked where the other one is, she turned and looked across the lot and responed with I don't know. We sat there for 30 minutes before another lady came over and started talking with us for a minute during this minute says I don't think we can get you approved for the cars you are looking at(both under$8k with our down payment it would have been less than $5k), but we can get you approved for a vehicle with less than 70,000 miles and newer than a 2009. We told her no we are here to look at the Subarus. She replys I got that what else are you looking for in your vehicle, we told her 4x4 or AWD. She said ok then replys I'll be right back with what we have. Another 15 minutes later she comes back with we don't have anything that meets what you are looking for, but we do other car that are in your payment range. I told her no we are here for the car we already discussed on the phone, then she replys well the bank will not approve the loan on those car, because those cars won't last the duration of the loan, and those car did not pass. So I ran through everything we had been told before we even made it to the lot, she says sorry about that but we can get you in a car today and you can trade it in in 6-12mth for something else you like. We got up and left. This was a text book bait and switch. STAY AWAY THEY ARE ALL LIARS!!! read more
