    I personally had a very smooth purchase process through Superior Mazda. We worked with their sales rep Maggie who did a phenomenal job being available and responsive to our concerns but also very patient while we worked through our decisions. This team stayed a significant amount of time after close to ensure we were taken care of to include a detailed walk through of our vehicle's functions and operation. Big thanks to Maggie and the Mazda team for a pleasant experience.

I called at 8 am this morning and they said they had the car and would be starting on it. I told them I would be in at 10am to pick it up. When I arrived it was not done but they said it would not be long. I told them I had an event to go to with my grandson and needed to be out by 11:30. They said not a problem. At 11:20 I went to the maintenance desk and asked how long and reminded them of my appointment, they said they would check with maintenance, 10 minutes later they were back telling me they were waiting for my permission to install a new battery!!! I said yes but why didn't they ask earlier? The person said it would only take 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I got up and went to the desk and asked if I could pay my bill as I now would be late for my grandson and I needed to speed things up. Finally the car came up, and when I turned on the car I realized all my settings had been changed. I am not a techie person, I always tell them, do not change my settings and if they do, switch them back .... I had to wait for the technician to make the changes, by this time I was very annoyed , as I drove off, one if the service people, yelled out to me in a very snarky, condescending way, to have a good day! I was extremely offended by the tone. I am the customer, I was trying to be civil in light of a bad situation and then had to hear a smart ass employee that was extremely offensive make light of the hell I had just been put thru. My event was missed, my grandson was disappointed and my respect for this dealership is now non existent.

    Wow. Just looking at the other reviews, I feel like I don't need to post yet another extremely…read moredisappointing review but when you are treated this bad, you just have to. My first visit to this dealership was around May of 2024 and I had a bad experience with their communication and length of time to get things done. But gave them another chance June 2025. Came in with an engine misfire, the technician did a VVL test and found an issue with that. The tech told my rep something like "we can fix the VVL issue, it's easy, but recommend she get two other engine tests to make sure there is nothing else wrong with the engine". My rep did NOT tell me there was a fix to the VVL issue. He said "we HAVE to do these two more tests to figure out what the problem is before we can fix anything". Another $500 worth of tests!!! He just conveniently left out the part about being able to fix the VVL issue! He knew I didn't know anything about VVL tests or what that means or how to fix it, and that I would probably just go along with $500 more tests! So I called a few other people and they said they were taking advantage of me and to take my car to someone highly recommended by people. So I did. And that shop did the same test, found the same issue, replaced the solenoid the next day for a grand total of $450 (tests, diagnosis, parts and labor) and the car has been great since. These reviews are telling, do not take your car here.
