I picked up my car, and said you don't understand call first? He said happy Thanksgiving about four times as he was basically showing me the door with his eyes and attitude! Be VERY Leary with the pricing from this place. I took my…read moreRam 1500 in to have the muffler rewelded and the bearings on the front inspected. They lifted the front end and said the bottom bearings were starting to go bad (which probably are). They estimated a cost of over $1,000.00 to fix and align the wheels. Then they put it on a lift and said the muffler could not be rewelded and would need to be replaced at an estimated cost of $475.00. I had the mufflered wired in place due to an accident that broke the wield. Jim Craig removed the wire and put it back on the bracket even though I told him the bracket was broken but he assured me, it would be ok until I could bring the truck back in next week. Well needless to say, I didn't make it home before the muffler hit the ground. This place is not trustworthy and may inflate their prices for select customers. I've gotten a second opinion $700.00 for the bearings and alignment and $50 to reweld the unwieldable muffler. BIG difference in $750.00 verses $1,470.00. Shame on them.

This was the best experience in dealing with a auto repair shop ever. They were truly "rooting" for me and hoping the outcome wasn't the worse case scenario. My car was leaking gas....bad....they said wether you get it fixed here or not, please do not drive this car it isn't safe. I could go on and on but end result was very positive.
