I've used them and they are the best that I've used over the past twenty years in NW Arkansas. I have a Honda minivan that had no AC for a couple years, and I was always scared to get it looked at. Finally did, and Advanced Automotive was the most reasonable price - - $169 after checking it out and refill with refrigerant and making sure everything works - - now I wonder why I suffered for two years without AC. Other places wanted that much and more just to check it out without any other services. Today, my granddaughter had an oil change on her BMW and it cost less than half of what she paid last time AND they checked for what we thought was a rear end leak as well as checking everything else out and test driving the vehicle. SO VERY, VERY happy with their friendly service and professional service - - all at very reasonable prices!!!

They lifted the front end and said the bottom bearings were starting to go bad (which probably are). They estimated a cost of over $1,000.00 to fix and align the wheels. Then they put it on a lift and said the muffler could not be rewelded and would need to be replaced at an estimated cost of $475.00. I had the mufflered wired in place due to an accident that broke the wield. Jim Craig removed the wire and put it back on the bracket even though I told him the bracket was broken but he assured me, it would be ok until I could bring the truck back in next week. Well needless to say, I didn't make it home before the muffler hit the ground. This place is not trustworthy and may inflate their prices for select customers. I've gotten a second opinion $700.00 for the bearings and alignment and $50 to reweld the unwieldable muffler. BIG difference in $750.00 verses $1,470.00. Shame on them.
