But not superior and Brandon. He was a joy to work with, took his time explaining things to me, answered all my endless questions, and kept me well informed on the arrival of my new car. Cannot recommend Brandon and the entire Superior team enough!

From the beginning, he was…read moreresponsive, transparent, and incredibly patient while I asked a lot of questions and compared different options. What I appreciated most is that he was never pushy. Brandon worked with me for almost two months while I researched different vehicles and waited for the right deal. Throughout that entire time he stayed helpful, professional, and respectful of my process without ever applying pressure. Car buying can sometimes feel stressful, but Brandon made it straightforward and comfortable. He kept communication clear, answered all my questions, and ultimately helped me land on a deal that felt right. If you're in the market for a Mazda, I definitely recommend reaching out to Brandon at Superior Mazda. He made the experience much smoother than I expected and was great to work with.

As another customer review put it, if I could leave a 0 rating I would. Worst dealership, or any…read moremechanic, experience we have ever had. It would take way too long to explain our bad experience that occurred over a 4 day period that we had here in early August 2026. Suffice it to say that 1) our vehicle did not receive the service that was requested and were told had occurred, 2) our 22yr old daughter felt treated in a very patronizing way when she arrived to pick up the vehicle as witnessed by our sister-in-law and 3) we immediately had to take the vehicle to be serviced at Firestone for the issues. I reached out to the Service Manager and the General Manager more than a month ago about this but have yet to receive any response from either of them. We have been Toyota owners for 35 years but we would NEVER buy a vehicle from or go to this dealership again.

E. Wood Local Guide·33 reviews…read moreI brought my toyota rav4 in for an oil change and to check brakes for frequent grinding when coming to a stop. I called about 5 hours later to check the status and was told oil change had been completed and waiting to check brakes. A few minutes later I was contacted that my car was ready with no problems found. He explained that there was over 60% of the pads left in the front and 80% on the rear. That would be fantastic news if the brakes didn't grind! They test drove and couldn't duplicate the problem. The problem did continue for me driving home. I appreciate they didn't want to do work that wasn't necessary, but service advisor did not care to listen to what I thought might possibly cause the noise. I explained my car had previously been in an accident and had front suspension parts replaced. I suggested it might possibly be a loose pad or calipers loose or hanging up but he blew it off as a sensor. I didn't get the feeling that my problem was worth looking at beyond checking the pads for thickness and diagnosis fee. I basically was charged 204.00 for an oil change including their 3.5% credit card use included. After using my debit card I noticed the fee so changed and wrote a check for 197.00. Maybe it's me, a little confusing thinking debit card is the same as cash (most places). They did however only refund 197.00 of the 204.00 charged. So we are back to 204.00 for an oil change (to be fair, I got my preferred oil) and to be told my brakes are great. I have had people recommend your shop to me in the past and decided to give your shop a try with my brakes issue, but will never recommend or be back. Enjoy your 7 bucks credit card fee you kept, it will give me enjoyment in telling everyone I can of my experience and waste of time and money using your business. Update: I did reach out to Doug, but after emailing back and forth I am unsure he understands my frustrations of getting my brake problem blown off. It was my understanding I was paying for a true evaluation of what is causing the grinding noise. What I received is a free tire store look at the remaining brake pads. My option is they just don't care to do anything beyond the quick and easy $$, or care to listen to their customers. I never plan to return, trust is gone.

This has not happened. Regrettably my confidence in University Auto has completely eroded. University Auto has proven, yet again, they lack integrity. They have maliciously created a consistent pattern of incorrect and misleading diagnoses and substandard mechanical knowledge, leading to botched costly repairs and damage to my jeep. This recurring cycle of fraudlent misrepresentation of work has not only left me with unwarranted inconveniences but left my jeep with unresolved consistent mechanical issues and a significant financial burden resulting in an inoperable vehicle.

The only hiccup is that you don't get notifications if they message you back unless you go and check the page yourself. That being said, the service was quick and trustworthy. We then looked into future repairs that will need to be done, and I was quoted for that very quickly. I will most certainly be returning to this location as I've been looking for a shop that I can trust with my car for as long as I have it. Service department response... nothing wrong with-it ma'am... you need to let your engine warm up before driving it, like she's an idiot or something. All the BMW service department saw was an attractive blonde woman and didn't even give her the respect to really diagnose any issues. Anyway, that's a review for BMW in Bentonville, AR, not Alternative Beemer. They are the best in the NWA area. Shane found our issue when all we did was bring it in for an oil change. Although it hurt to drop an unexpected almost 4k to repair the issues (oil change, bleed breaks, water pump replacement, thermostat replacement, valve cover replacement) it was nice that they found it and recommended what needed to be repaired without pressure in doing so. We also have an oil pan gasket leak but will need to save the 2k to repair that. They have a pretty nice system with pictures, and you can do everything online, even message the service manager Jim, who is very friendly and patient in explaining issues. I will never take my car to the dealer service center again... Alternative Beemer is the way to go in the entire NWA area! Seriously, if you live in Rogers and surrounding areas, take your BMW here and you will be glad you did.
