They said yes, I was quoted $80, and the person on the phone looked up the model and told me it had electronic steering but that wouldn't affect the cost. When the alignment was completed, I was told the bill was $120. 50% MORE THAN THE QUOTE! When I said I was quoted $80, he said my vehicle has electronic steering so that's more. When I said "you guys knew that when you quoted me a price", he said "'well '08 was a transition year" and not all had that steering. That's simply not true (they obviously don't know Land Rover/Range Rover), as all '08 Range Rovers have the same steering system......... and the electronics only affect how easy it is to turn the wheel at different speeds. It has nothing to do with setting the alignment which is purely a mechanical function. Beware of Best One's business practices.

Jerry in finance (such a cool guy too) went over each option of warranty's and add ons in an honest and professional manner. As a single mom with a full time job, I have limited time and heavily rely on my vehicle, and I trust Elstro to diagnose issues honestly without pushing unnecessary repairs. Matt quickly found the problem, ordered the part to be delivered asap by his supply truck, and reminded me I was due for an oil change and asked if I wanted to get it taken care of while I was there because he knows its hard for me to find time to get the van to them! During the multi-point inspection, he showed me that my drive belt--which had been cracked since I bought the van--was now in much worse shape. He always explains what can wait and what can't, but this time it clearly couldn't wait any longer. Thanks to the inspection and photo, I felt confident getting it replaced. He ordered the belt immediately and fixed it as soon as the part arrived. They also noticed my taillight and license plate lights were out, so they replaced those too--saving me from a ticket and keeping my van safe and reliable. I cannot express how grateful I am for their services and also appreciate them squeezing in my oil change and repairs when I was just there for a diagnosis. They have a quiet, clean waiting room. They are friendly and explain things well. No one wants to pay for auto repairs but if you have to, I highly recommend Elstro Auto!

I've been a customer of Elstro Automotive since 2018, but unfortunately, the quality of service has steadily declined while prices have continued to rise. My most recent visit was for a diagnostic test, and they told me the issue was with the ECM -- which turned out to be completely wrong. I ended up paying for two diagnoses, one from them and another from a different shop that correctly identified the real problem. After years of loyalty, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I will no longer be using their services and would advise others to verify any diagnostic findings before committing to repairs.

It was recommended, not surprisingly, that I replace the whole set. The reasoning was clearly and patiently explained and NO high pressure or scare tactics used. I opted to just get the one but plan to come back soon and get them all updated. Car was ready when promised and I got a text message informing me.
