This morning I take 2 wheels from another car and 2 new TireRack tires in for mounting/balancing and I'm told they don't mount other people's tires. I reminded him they did exactly that a month ago for me, and he says they made an "exception". I was never told they were making an exception. I took the wheels/tires to Best One and they will mount/balance them - no problem. Next time I have an automotive need, I'll go anywhere except RNR. You should too. Avoid any business with arbitrary policies.

As a single mom with a full time job, I have limited time and heavily rely on my vehicle, and I trust Elstro to diagnose issues honestly without pushing unnecessary repairs. Matt quickly found the problem, ordered the part to be delivered asap by his supply truck, and reminded me I was due for an oil change and asked if I wanted to get it taken care of while I was there because he knows its hard for me to find time to get the van to them! During the multi-point inspection, he showed me that my drive belt--which had been cracked since I bought the van--was now in much worse shape. He always explains what can wait and what can't, but this time it clearly couldn't wait any longer. Thanks to the inspection and photo, I felt confident getting it replaced. He ordered the belt immediately and fixed it as soon as the part arrived. They also noticed my taillight and license plate lights were out, so they replaced those too--saving me from a ticket and keeping my van safe and reliable. I cannot express how grateful I am for their services and also appreciate them squeezing in my oil change and repairs when I was just there for a diagnosis. They have a quiet, clean waiting room. They are friendly and explain things well. No one wants to pay for auto repairs but if you have to, I highly recommend Elstro Auto!

My most recent visit was for a diagnostic test, and they told me the issue was with the ECM -- which turned out to be completely wrong. I ended up paying for two diagnoses, one from them and another from a different shop that correctly identified the real problem. After years of loyalty, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I will no longer be using their services and would advise others to verify any diagnostic findings before committing to repairs.

We thought it would be best to have it shipped at that point so he found County Tire and asked if he could leave the car until it was picked up. They said yes and he left the keys with Julie at the front and he hitch hiked back to the Interstate and got an Uber to the airport. He made it home safely and now the car is on it's way home after a failed attempt by a car shipper the first time. The car didn't end up getting picked up for a few weeks, but they took good care of it while I was nervous as heck. I wish I lived locally to give these guys my business as they came through big time for me.

I had the tires rotated about three weeks ago and the very day after they were rotated I noticed a noise from the front end of the car, it sounded like it was coming from the tires. It was like a rattling type noise.. It only happens when my car hits a certain speed like on the interstate, which, I have to drive multiple times throughout the day. When I had looked up possible causes for this noise one of them was, if the tires had been rotated, but not properly placed back on that, could be the reason. Also, my vehicle has been pulling to the left. So, The technician says that he needs to drive my car to check this out, so I give him the keys thinking he'll drive the car down the road and back and then when he comes back, he'll put it up on the lift inside their garage, and look underneath of it to Make sure that the bolts have been placed properly. Make sure that the tires were properly balanced, and make sure everything was properly aligned. But, that's not what he did, he walks back into the store looks at me and says "so how long has that steering wheel been crooked" I responded "it hasn't been. There's nothing wrong with my steering wheel". Then he says How long has it been pulling to the left? I'm like, since the day after you did the rotation. Then he tells me that the source of the sound has to be the ball bearings, and that I need to take my car to a general mechanic and have them check it out. He Didn't spend one second actually looking at the tires or checking the bolts that hold the tire on. As I mentioned before, I'm on the interstate all throughout the day several days out of the week. If God literally forbidding something goes wrong with this vehicle, it's not just my life! And this is my only vehicle to get to and from my job! And I cannot just keep taking off work and come in there and have somebody dismiss my concerns. So once I got to work, I had to find an automotive repair shop that is open past 5 o'clock so I can go and have my vehicle evaluated for something that even the repair man, over the phone, stated, sounded very much like whoever rotated the tires did not put something on properly or didn't align or balance them. Fortunately, this repair shop also does tire repair and replacement and alignment. Ps. The link they sent me in response to my review. Goes to a website for you to join their fleet program. No customer service anywhere in sight.

He test drove the car right away, and is now under the hood on another call with Red Bull drink waiting and diagnosing the issue and already has a suspect glow plug yanked out. He hasn't done any quoted work for me yet but he is getting 5 stars for who he is - energetic, caring, competent and for what he is doing at a brisk pace for me wo an appointment. There was a few hundred dollar balance and he got really nasty towards me for not paying him before he corrected the things that were still wrong. It was a shotty paint job that is spotty in the sunlight and I recently (months later) found a piece of broken plastic still under my hood. Oh, and the hood was supposed to be replaced (the insurance paid for a replacement hood) but there is still deer fur on it where it hit the deer, which means the hood was Not replaced after all.
