When back to O'Reilly's (stupid me) to get the battery. They wouldn't swap the battery for me so I asked if I could use s crescent wrench. Apparently a crescent wrench is to exotic for a store that loans out specialty tools. I had to go back to the RV park to get my tools and change out the battery and the take the old battery back to get my core charge refunded. I am not sure the understand the meaning of costumer service.

I have been fooling around with my battery on my key fob for better than three weeks. Always having…read moreto put it in the ignition and always wishing I could find somebody else who would provide me a new battery and change it for me. Well, John at battery experts did exactly that it took him less than five minutes. He was very friendly. He was very professional and it only cost me 10 bucks. Absolutely worth it and oh did I forget to say that I walked in at five minutes after two in the afternoon on a Tuesday and according to the sign on the side of the door, they close at 2 o'clock on Tuesday. so he took care of me even though I walked in late and was just oh so nice. I cannot recommend this company.

I want to thank the guys who helped me with my car on 9/13/21. Unfortunately I can't remember their…read morenames but I can tell you I was there around 8:00-8:30 pm. I had went to a different business earlier in the day because my headlights went out. At the different business we tried a new bulb but that didn't work so he said it had to be a fuse but then refused to help me any further. Long story short after purchasing new fuses at a separate Advanced auto, still no luck. Worried it was going to get dark soon I went to the Advanced Auto closer to me on 38th st to return the fuses. The guys listened to my story about trying both a bulb and a fuse. They went above and beyond working with me for at least an hour trying to solve the problem. Unfortunately we never figured out the issue so I ended up going to a mechanic today. Turns out it was in fact both bulbs had burned out!! And although it turned out to be the bulbs after all, the guys listened to me when I said I had already tried that which is why we didn't check the bulbs a second time. They didn't push anything on me and actually paid attention to what I said I had already tried, and as a female that is so very much appreciated! Plus they worked effortlessly trying to help me solve the problem! They reminded me why I usually always go to Advanced Auto first! I had only went to the other business first because I commute to and from work and it was on my way home. Thank you thank you, for going out of your way to listen to me and trying your best to help!
